appliance repair
+ -1 moreHe was paid for a repair he never completed. Initially they brought out a broken part and I said it was not acceptable. They stated they had to order part. I received a message my part was in to call for appointment. I called and spoke with owner Bob multiple times. He acted like he didn't know who I was. He would look into it. Never called back. After several calls he stated the part never came in another was sorry I can't help you. He was already paid and blew me off for 6 minutes until I finally gave up.
