I own a small construction company and we perform payroll on a biweekly basis using an online payroll system. Every time I tried to log in to our payroll system, I would get an error. I tried everything I could think of to get logged in and no success. By this time it was after 8 p.m. and I needed help. I called Analogy Consultants to see if they could assist me. I honestly did not think I would get in touch with anyone at such a late hour. Patrick answered the phone and was able to immediately diagnose and correct my issue. He actually was able to remote into my computer, changed some settings, and cleaned up my browser history. And like magic, I was able to log in! Patrick is simply amazing! He stayed online with me until all checks were cut to make sure I did not have any further issues. Because of him my workers were able to get paid the next day and everyone was very happy. Patrick is a very reliable, trustworthy person. I felt that my sensitive payroll information was 100% safe in his hands. I will definitely be calling him in the future for any of my technology needs.

I recently was up late working on my dreaded 1099's for 2019.. I got all information entered into my payroll system and my printer decided to quit on me. When I tried to print out a 1099, the printer would just spit out a blank form every time. I called Patrick at Analogy Consulting and after a bit of troubleshooting, he was able to patiently walk me through removing my print head and cleaning my ink screens. The ink had apparently clogged the screen because I hadn't used my printer in a long time. Thanks to Patrick, I was able to printer fixed and 1099's were submitted to the IRS on time. Thank you Patrick! You are the best. I recommend Patrick for all of your technology needs and woes. He does not disappoint.

My system had locked up. Patrick was able to correct everything, remotely, in a matter of minutes. He gave me some hints on things to do and not do to prevent the problems ever recurring. He was like a human computer! Whenever I had a question or comment, he had the correct/appropriate answer before I could fully ask it. I offered to adopt him but he said he has a mother and she would do just fine. I would recommend this man for any computer issues!!!!!

Patrick is always prompt and courteous. He has always been thorough in his analysis and resolution. He has usually been able to turn our equipment around in a day or two. He has frequntly been able to resolve a problem simply by remoting in, which is awesome as I don't have to unhook and re-hook up all equipment.
