I spoke with Bruce over the phone and he was very pleasant. He sent me a lot of literature to look over the weekend before I saw him. When he came over the following Monday (16th) he seemed to be very knowledgeable. I did find it odd that he handed me his pad of paper to take notes of the measurements of all the windows. I thought that is something he should have done himself. At the very end of our time spent with him, he started talking about his political views. Regardless of mine, that was not a smart idea on his part and it had nothing to do with why he was there. With all of this, the biggest reason for the F is he promised to get me a quote by the weekend. It has been two weeks and I still have nothing from him or the company. There is no chance I would spend the kind of money required for this job with a company that already has made these types of mistakes.

I bought a new motor from a shutter company I dealt with several years ago. They sold me the wrong motor and refused to replace it with the correct one. Went to another company that installed motors on our shutters a few years ago. They tried to rip me off also. Stopped by Rolling Shield and explained my problem to Al, a salesman. He sent their service person, Russ, out the next day who said he would exchange my motor for the correct one and install it for me. Russ came today, installed the new motor and it works great once again. Al and Russ saved me over $500 on this project. Thank you Rolling Shield. I could not be happier with their work.

Overall, the quality of the materials and workmanship was really good. We only had one issue with them not closing out the second permit, but even the salesmanship was great. We interviewed 6 vendors for this job, and they were by far the best!
