We hired Yahan Inc. to install a retractable awning in our patio. The entire process was easy and free of complications. It took less than three weeks from the physical appointment to measure the exterior to the installation of the product. Everyone we worked with, Briska, Natalia, and Diego, was courteous and professional. They answered all of our questions, sent us a dozen or so renderings of the different colors we were considering, and always communicated promptly. The installation went as scheduled. The installers took their time to clean up the work area afterwards, test the awning, and explain the operation and care of the awning to us. We highly recommend Yahan Inc. for any awning related needs. Thank you for your excellent service. We enjoy our patio so much more now

Addtional Accordian Hurricaine shutters were installed and maintenance was performed on the older accordian hurricane shuters. The communication with the office, the paperwork for the permits and contracts went very smoothly. The scheduling, tining and actual service also went very well. The staff doing the work were very persnable and resposinve to our requests. Very happy with the company and their work performed. Will continue to use for annual maintenacne too.

It went very well. My only concern was outsourcing the labor, which I didn’t expect, but they did great work. Very pleased.

They installed a large fixed awning. This was the first company I could find with good reviews and was not completely outrageous in price. The reviews were correct. The company went out of their way to be polite and very accommodating. Someone always answered the phone or email. I loved that the owner was on the site when the awning was being installed. I am very happy.

This company was fantastic. I did my due diligence and received quotes from other hurricane shutter companies and Yahan Inc. was the last company I received a quote from. I had to read it a few times to make sure I was reading it right. Next, Diego visited and showed me a miniature working sample of the shutters with all the colors. I selected the color and agreed to purchase and received a contract within 12 hours. From the time I signed and submitted the contract, I had my shutters installed two and a half weeks later. The workers were extremely professional and efficient working in pairs on different windows and they cleaned up afterward. Personally, I like this company and the way they do business. Throughout the entire transaction, everyone was friendly and professional and had great communication from start to finish. They were honest in regards to the available options and offered advice when I didn't need the higher priced option. They even fixed my patio door that was hard to slide and now it's like new. I got a great deal and I'm a happy customer.

I requested Yahan, Inc. to assist me with the permitting in addition to building and installing the awning. They were very helpful, and when the permit was approved it was just a few days to complete the project.

They were quick and what I loved the most was that the boss man himself, Diego, came to make sure everything was done right.

We decided to install a retractable awning in the patio of our house and we contacted yahan through angie's list, they did an excellent job, our patio looks very nice, with a pretty big shade and now we always invite family and friends, my new retractable awnings is manual it is super easiest to open. Installation was made in record time, yahan’s team was very professional and courteous, in addition to all this great job the awning’s fabric has 5 years of warranty and labor 1 year, we are very happy with yahan’s services and product, we highly recommend yahan for any installation of awnings.

There was one glitch in the process. They forgot to ask if I wanted straight edge or scalloped awnings. When I saw that they were installing the scalloped awning, I told them to stop the work, which they did. They took the awnings back and replaced them with the correct awnings within a week. Their customer service is superb. They came out to do the measurements exactly when scheduled, and perfectly estimated when the awnings would be ready for installation. I will definitely use them again.

Yahan was the best price and rated good on Angie's list so we signed a contract. We hired them to remove and replace our awnings due to a new roof. When the first came to install the new awnings they really didn't fit right and they worked with use to make sure everything was perfect. We are now very happy with the final product. Thanks

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. THEY WENT OVER AND ABOVE THEIR DUTY. I WOULD TELL ANYONE WHO NEEDS A CANOPY REPLACEMENT (OR NEW) TO CONTACT THEM FOR THE JOB.

We had a great overall experience with Yahan Inc. Diego was a very personal guy + they delivered prompt quality service.

He came ahead of time to put them in and to be paid, and after opening them and closing them like 3 times, they are so loose, wrinkled on the bar, they are not fabricated well, they are not tight, the fabric bending in the middle, even the valence he uses cheap material completely wrinkled not holding the fabric. and I want it Sunbrella Marine fabric, he came with the catalog, but what I had is lower grade Sunbrella fabric, and if I open them to cover our sitting area, or to get the sun out from my house and furniture, like I use to do with my old ones which they last us more than 10 years, very well fabricated, and they were Sunbrella Marine fabric, but with his, the fabric lay on the arms, bending in the middle, collecting dust. when he came and he sees the problem, he asked me not to call him anymore, they will take care of the problem from the office, I 'm the one who followed up with Heidi, promising to send someone to fix them, they never did, and he disappeared. don't be fooled like me by reviews by this guy, like I did, and I regret it. that is truly my honest opinion. he doesn't show professionalism or to care about his work or his customers, he only cares about money. After experience I learned when installing an awning asked to be open and closed from 3 to 5 times, because in one time the problem doesn't show.

It was great service. It was pretty quick like in two days. I shopped around and they were the quickest and the best. The owner was here and he had one or two workers with him.

As noted above the provider was requested to provide the details of what needed to be done in order to close the permit with the city that was taken out by the previous contractor. Yahan, Inc. communicated all aspects of the project and communicated daily until the end of the project. Heidi and Diego were extremely cordial and communicative.
