Description of Work: They gave us an estimate for a cabinet repair and we plan to use them as soon as our insurance pays us for the repair. They were very responsive and professional.

Description of Work: The provider came to write up a quote. I told him what needed to be done and he wrote some stuff down. He said will write up a quote and email to me in 2 days. Have not heard from him since. Maybe he lost my information.

Description of Work: They were not able to help me with the problem I have but were able to help me find another companies that would and went out of their way to give me advice on what I need to do and find out to make sure all was done correctly.

Description of Work: I initially contacted Wolfe Construction to obtain a bid to prep/paint the interior of my condo and do some minor patchwork. Rob was prompt to return phone calls and made it a point to personally visit and provide an estimate. The project was a 3 day project, and the right people were there when required to ensure that the job was done professionally and on-schedule. I was confident enough with Rob and his team after 1 day to add some additional demo and wall reconstruction to the project, and they were able to accommodate, squeeze into the schedule, and deliver at a fair price. Importantly to me - the team was thorough with the work, they paid attention to every detail, and they completely cleaned up everything that was moved or dirty from the painting and construction. | I plan to contact Wolfe Construction in the future when I have painting or inside remodeling/construction projects.

Description of Work: Contractor visited the house after I had purchased the Big Deal and made estimate of house painting costs. Total cost of the painting job quoted by Wolfe was almost twice what another Angies list painting provider, who has worked on our neighbors house, quoted, even considering the Big Deal discount. I contacted Mr Wolfe to review the difference in prices which he attributed to the quality of his workers and his presence at each job. He did offer an additional discount but the difference in price was still very large compared to the other provider. Mr Wolfe was courteous and I had no other issues with him. I am sure that he does good work but my neighbors experience as well as other Angies list reviews on the other provider , given the cost differences, drove the decision to request a refund. Thank you

Description of Work: The estimate of square feet of wall area of our house and the cost estimate were much higher than expected.

Description of Work: Robert and Matt from Wolf Painting were prompt, and polite. We did not realize that our square footage was much more than what we had purchased through the Big Deal. This almost doubled the price. As much as we would like to have Wolf Painting paint our home, we cannot afford it right now. I think that their quote was very fair and will contact them in the future should we want to pursue this project.

Description of Work: After emailing and leaving several phone messages over a period of several days I have not heard back from Wolfe Painting. As a matter of courtesy I would expect them to at least tell me that they have received my emails and calls and will contact me at some time in the future. If they won't contact me prior to service and getting paid I have no faith that they would be responsive to correcting problems with their work or honoring a warranty after they have been paid.
