I am so pleased with the service provided by this company. They are professional and the job was done in a timely manner. When an issue occured it was immediately address and resolved. Would recommend and will use them again for any plumbing issues.

The kitchen drain had been giving us some problems for about a year. We tried the remedies that we found on google but still had a slow drain. Today the sink completely stopped! No water would drain. It was after 3pm on a Friday. I frantically called Angies list and they sent me some business names to try. I chose West End . I was so pleased! They sent someone here within about 30 minutes. He checked inside then had to go up on the roof to try to clear the drain. He then worked under the sink to finishing clearing the problem. When all was clear he even ran the water to make sure there were no leaks going on under the sink. Our drains are now running free!!! What a relief. Johnny did a super job! He was VERY polite and nice. The company saved us from having to make a weekend or after hours call. I would recommend them!

They arrived on time and were very proffesional. The proffesional plumber that came to my house was Mario and his aid, I am sorry did not get his aid's name. Mario was very proffesional and very well experienced plumber, he did and outstanding job. When they finished their work , they cleand after it was done and Mario explained to me what he was going to do and the quality of the replacement valve he would installed . He explained that the valve that had gone bad was a builders quality type valve, meaning cheap. He explained, the valve he was replacing the old one with was an excellent valve with stailess steel inerworkings versus the all brass and with a worm gate type valve. He installed a ball bail valve. I did have to call the office to clarify what I had missunderstood regarding the valve. I thought Mario had meant a stailess steel valve would be installed, Meaning the casing of the valve. However, what he meant was that the inner workings would be stailess steel tha casing is brass. The person I spoke to at the office was Adam, he was very nice and proffesional and explained to me whta Mario had meant regarding the new main shut off valve. I found them very honest and very proffesional. I will defenitly use them again and I highly recomend this Company. We are very satisfied with their work.

West End Plumbing's workers were prompt, cheerful & courteous including those I dealt with on the phone. I've had water heaters installed before and the plumbers always made a mess - not the West End Plumbing workers. Everything was cleaned up and tidy and the install *looks* professional as well. I've used them before and will use them again. They've always gone above and beyond, warranty their work and nothing has ever gone wrong. If their schedule allows, they will even check out other things in your house for future services. If they can't they're honest about it which shows respect for other customers as well. Highly recommended!!!

Their Service Technician, Ted, checked out my existing system. He explained how it worked, that it was worn out (8 years old), and what specialized system I needed to purchase directly from the manufacturer. Upon receipt, he would then install it. He returned and made the difficult installation. I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Additionally, Aubrey and their office staff provided very professional coordination. I could not be more pleased with their service. I highly recommend West End Plumbing.

Requested to have quote to replace sewer line. Of all the companies I called these are the only ones that wanted to charge $95 for coming out to quote. I work with contractors everyday, including plumbers. Never have been charged for quotes.

He did a good job. He left things clean and tidy after performing the job. However, I thought the price was a bit high.

Technician arrived on time and did the work professionally. Cleaned up afterwards. We have used them before and have been satisfied with there work.

Ted finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. No more leaks! Ted was professional, We were really pleased that West End Plumbing had the manpower to respond so quickly with same day service! We will call them for any future plumbing issues.

We had a toilet that was leaking at the base. I called on a Friday and had service done the following Monday. When I described the problem to the plumber, he was concerned that the flange might be cracked and asked if I just wanted to go ahead and get a new toilet, which he quoted at $550. I thought that sounded a bit expensive, and didn't want to do that if it wasn't necessary. The toilet seemed to be working fine other than the leaky base, so I just had him remove the toilet to assess the problem. It turns out that the toilet was not aligned properly, which was causing the leak. He replaced the old ring with a new one and reset the toilet with correct alignment, put in new bolts and caulked around the base. The whole job was quick, and the plumber was professional and cleaned up the area after he was done. Overall, I am happy with the result. I do think the price was quite high for such a quick and relatively simple job, and although I know that plumbing work usually is pricy, I do not know how their price compares to others.

They found the problem was electrical in nature and referred me to an excellent electrician who came early the next morning and fixed the problem. While at the house,they showed me that the person who had installed the heater had not done it correctly.They corrected the issue and brought it up to code.The work was well done,the people were polite & courteous.Would definitely recommend.

The plumber was knowledgeable, courteous, and polite. He did the job correctly and cleaned up after himself. I would use this company again.

I was quoted $425 (Parts & Labor) to replace the faucet. $425! What a joke! I went to Lowes and picked up a replacement faucet for $90 and found someone on Craigslist to install it for $85.

MY CONTACT LETTER: 11/29/2014, Good morning, my 23 year old, AO Smith, electric water heater, builder supplied, is dying for sure. It is not yet an emergency, but I need to replace it soon. It is in the garage, but in the way of a future plumbing project and I am very interested in an electric, tankless water heater. Would like an estimate on that and a couple of other minor plumbing projects. Could some one come out? As senior citizens we would like to know that Angie's List not be a party to this kind of trickery and protect those of us who have paid to use your service. We realize that we are a tiny drop of water in the ocean, but principal and ethics can come in tiny drops.

The provider was punctual. Explained the options for unstopping the tub. Let me know what to expect upfront pricewise depending on the type of clog. Worked quickly and was very personable. Would definitely use again.

The service Technician was very professional. He suggested upgrades to us for a better operating toliet. He cleaned up afterwards.

Called 12/17. Appointment set for following day. Was advised would receive a call day of service to confirm time. They called first thing 12/18 and set appointment. Technician at my residence right on time to the minute. Very efficient, very knowledgeable. In and out in approximately an hour. The service charge was minimal and only charged if work was NOT performed. Of course my service charge was credited toward my work. Although my issue was a relatively minor toilet install, their service was none the less perfect. Will use again without a doubt.

The worker was very professional and after finishing the main work, gave me tips on some other items which I found helpful. The only recommendation is they sent an initial person on the 1st day to "size" the project despite me telling them the work that is needed and what is entailed. I had to take time off from work for no avail. However, they do work Saturdays which helped.

From the very first call I made to Adam Strickler {Owner} yesterday morning, explaining to him I have no hot water and the tankless hot water heater unit installed is failing and has been failing repeatedly {installed from another plumbing company}. Adam explained to me that he suggests I go back to the hot water heater tank and remove the tankless unit due to "issues" with the tankless units. I paid attention to his suggestions and informed Adam to install an 80 gallon hot water heater tank unit. Conversing with Adam and Adam's office staff {Randy, Lindsey} is a joy. Very professional, competent, informative. Installers: Michael, and Justin, with James their assistant. All excellent craftsmen. From the initial call to Adam yesterday morning to the completion of the job approximately 5 PM in the evening. I am completely satisfied with such a professional quick response to my plumbing needs. The tech arrived on schedule, worked quickly and did a very professional installation. From my first call to the completion of the job everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. They spent the time to explain all my options and never pressured for any extras. I will use them for all my plumbing needs.

I started my do it yourself project to change the cartridge in the very old shower faucet. Well as most projects go and after two trips to Home Depot I had the water off and the shower apart and there was a piece that wouldn"t come out. So I ended up calling after regular hours. They came on time as promised , pulled out the remaining piece, replaced it in 10 minutes. THEY WERE WONDERFUL! but VERY expensive! My water pressure in the shower is the best in 20 years. Thanks
