I received a discount. The priice included the labor, time and bringing in the garbage disposal. They were wonderful. I would say that the price was average. I called a couple of places and they were all around the same. The quality was wonderful. I would definitely use them again.

They dug up electric meters outside that were for my house and my neighbor's home. When they turned the electricity back on, they forgot to turn on my neighbor's! When my neighbors called them about it, the company couldn't come out right away, so they were stuck without electricity, A/C, etc. They ended up calling the Boca Raton electric company who said that NO ONE should have to be touching the meters.

It went well. We're happy with the work.

Very swift response, and very reasonable price. No recurrence of issue since.

Let's a text on their website Sunday afternoon and received a call back within ten minutes to schedule a plumber to come out Monday morning. Received a call Monday morning stating they would be there between 8:30 and 10:30, they showed at 9. Gary was very good, got me a price right away and ordered the new tank. Two hours later we had hot running water. Couldn't have gone better.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. They were very patient in their responses to my questions. Gary Brown was the plumber who came to install the toilets. He was super! Great guy and very professional. He was quick, clean and provided me instructions. Would definitely work with them again. High recommendation.

I've asked them to come out once before and I was very happy and actually I've got, we're kind of phone tag back and forth, my heat pump wasn't working for cooling so one hot day that we had and it had to be warm enough to fix it so he keeps calling and saying I'm looking at the temperatures but it seems [01:58]. It wasn't over the top great but it was okay. Professional, I think they were good.

The receptionist called 30 mins prior to the technician's arrival, and he then arrived on time. Pleasant gentleman. Evaluated the work and provided an estimated. Said he could get it done that day but would need to call in reinforcements. 3-4 guys worked on the project and got it done in 3 hours. There work was very good and we have had no issues in the past 2 months. Only negative I can think of is they were slightly pricey, but they offer a standard 10% discount for Angie's List customers so that helped. They also didn't do the greatest job cleaning up after themselves and the holes they made in the wall were odd shaped which made it more difficult for my husband to patch them.

EXCELLENT! I have used them before to install a water heater and felt they were fair. I called from work very late in the day just before a holiday - they were able to send someone out same day for an estimate and to do the repair. When I arrived home, I was unable to tell that they had been there since my yard looked the same as when I left in the in the morning but without the flooding.

Very punctual, knowledgeable, honored all coupons. Had some post-service tweaks needed, and the company didn't hesitate to come right back out the next day to correct to our satisfaction. You can tell that this company prides themselves on their service. This is a high integrity company, and I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and will definitely use their services going forward. Don unplugged the main drain which had tree roots in it. Now its OK, but eventually I will have to have the underground pipe fixed which is a very expensive job. Don was very nice and performed the unplugging quickly and efficiently. He was a pleasure to deal with. He was on time and prepared. I would definitely use him again. The phone staff was very good too. I just would hope that future jobs like my underground pipe repair would at more affordable prices. West End rates are probably in line with the plumbing industry. I've see some other companies advertise $99 for mail drain clearing, but I went by my neighbors recommendation and used West End Plumbing. I was not disappointed.

Quick response, efficient repair, courteous technician and the apartment was clean when he left!

After cleaning out my main drain line, the provider thought the sewer clog may still be there and may be caused by faulty underground work performed by an AT&T contractor which led to the damaging of my main drain line and thus causing the sewage backup. The provider opened a clean-out next to the street and stated it was my clean-out (but it was in fact my neighbor's clean-out). The provider asked me if I wanted to view the blockage with a camera for an additional $250.00 which would confirm the broken pipe was broken by the AT&T contractor. I agreed to the charge and the plumber viewed the line with the camera along with the plumber's supervisor who had showed at my home. They both stated there was a break in the drain line and it needed to be repaired. The provider then gave me an estimate of $1600-1800 to dig out the drain line and repair it. I agreed to this repair since I had assurances from the AT&T contractor that they would pay for the work if there was in fact a break caused by them. The provider then started digging out the ground around (the neighbor's) clean-out and after some digging stated it ran under the neighbor's driveway and that a portion of the driveway would have be removed to find the broken pipe. I then told them I could not authorize that work since it was on the neighbor's property. I then contacted the AT&T contractor and they sent a crew out to find the leak supposedly caused by them. The AT&T contractor continued the dig that was started by the provider and found no evidence of any sewer line breakage. They then started looking for another clean-out since this sewer line appeared to go directly to the neighbor's house and not to my house. The AT&T contractor then discovered my home's clean-out approx. 27 inches over from the neighbor's clean-out and subsequently ran water through it from outside my house to my clean-out by the street and found no evidence of any blockage. The neighbor's son then appeared at his home and I asked him to flush his toilet to see if there was any evidence of a blockage coming from their home to their clean-out by the street. Again, no evidence of a blockage anywhere. I contacted the provider supervisor (Hollis) that same day by phone to update him on what had transpired and he abruptly said he would call me back in a few minutes and hung up. As of today (06/06/2016) and 3 days later I still have not heard back from the supervisor. I am upset with their level of incompetence, professionalism and willingness to charge me for a non-existent and expensive repair.

We live in Weston Hills Country Club. Our neighborhood is very strict about the renovations that is being done in Homes. In most cases you need to get a permit from the city and have inspections if you are doing jobs/renovations in your home. Also these permits can not be pulled by the home owners. The contractors has to pull the permit for you. So I needed a Plumbing Company that can do everything for me. My old Water Heater was completely broken and leaking from the top. I called West End Plumbing to check and give me an estimate. They gave me the next day early morning appointment. Justin from West End Plumbing was at my door at 8:30 AM. He checked everything and told me that they can find the water heater that I was planning to buy from Home Depot the same day - same price. (which I needed to wait 1 week) He brought the new Unit and finished the entire Job in less than 3 Hours. He was very professional and kept everything super tidy and clean in the garage where my water heater is located. He placed the new unit and make sure that everything works well. It was a good experience. We previously used them and had a pleasant experience on the dryer repair, figured we would call again. They came out and made the repairs and had another good experience. They said they do sell new washers and provided competitive pricing.

My entire experience from start to finish with West End Plumbing was AMAZING. I inquired online through Angie's List messaging and within 10 minutes of sending my message to West End Plumbing, I received a phone call from to schedule an appointment. They have their scheduling and appointment confirmation process down pat; they called exactly when they said they would the morning of my appointment to provide me with the time frame window for service and again when the technician was on their way to my home. Randy H. was the technician that worked on the projects, I had 3 outdoor faucets replaced. Randy H was very friendly, professional, and proficient in completing the projects. I would highly recommend Randy H. If you have plumbing needs, I highly recommend West End Plumbing. I will be using them for any plumbing needs going forward.
