we have used west end several times and they are always, always professional accurate in their diagnosis and have fair pricing. we had work done to a leaky pipe several months ago and we noticed water under the flooring in the living room. They came the next day, spent hours trying to find anymore leaks and gave us a clean bill of health. We will use them anytime we have a plumbing problem. They are the best.

West End always comes through. Easy scheduling with same day service, luckily. Employee was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The way all companies should be.

As always, West End was courteous, punctual, professional and top-notch. Came out the very next day exactly on time. Have used them for years and would never use another company for plumbing issues. Would recommend without hesitation to everyone I knew that has plumbing issues.

Technician could not fix the problem

It took a week to fix it because they had to order 2 parts from Home Depot . That was the only place who had the parts because it was there water heater. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Amazing experience! Appt was scheduled within the hour, technician arrived on time and confirmed (as expected) that the 21-year old unit had to be replaced. While he dismantled the old heater another technician delivered the new one and from the first phone call to hot water was only a few hours.

Excellent service, they came over on a Saturday, within an hour after calling. They fixed our leaky trap and disposal.

Went smoothly, plumber read from instructions for new faucet for correct installation.Called for backup for installation of heavy cast iron sink so job could be completed on scheduled day. West End always sends extremely competent plumbers,.experienced in the particular job requirements. You do not have to worry about correct job completion if you use West End Plumbing.

I can count on one hand the number of reputable contractors in South Florida, and West End Plumbing is one of them. Have used them exclusively for years for my residential plumbing needs. This is the second time we have used West End Plumbing and both times they have been exceptional. Their response time in both cases was quick and in this case they were here in 30 minutes on a Saturday morning. When you have water leaking from a corroded faucet and the only way to shut it off is to shut the main water supply, it was very much appreciated! Gary Brown, the plumber that came out this time also installed a new wax ring to stop a toilet leak. Gary went out of his way to explain the issues, was courteous and very professional - that service is hard to come by these days. The faucet issue will take another appointment, but he was able to stop the leak until my schedule allows for them to return next week. Great Job, thank you West End Pluming and plumber Gary!

Special rate for Angie's list. Not worth it. After calling another company recommend by the manufacturer, I realized this person didn't know much about this water heater. He stated they would charge me $200 to have him call manufacturer tech support to figure out what is wrong. This didn't sound promising, so I declined. Called manufacturer that gave me name of another local service company. And I did research to find that unit was still under warranty. They determined minor sensor issue and fixed in under an hour. Without having to call manufacturer tech support.

Work had issues after done vendor got nasty

They checked and said all we needed was to replace part of the toilet. We completed the repair ourselves, but he also gave us some advice for future water heater issues. Will definitely call them for all future plumbing issues.

Since I was an Angies List customer, he only charged me $19.95 for the "non-service" call. He was very pleasant but should have know where to look for the source of the leak.

Went well. Received call from west end this morning and by early afternoon had my new water heater installed

They responded quickly and on time and were polite and courteous. They visually looked at the water heater and gave me a quote for over $1,200 to replace it with a new one. Their "service" meant quoting and replacing the water heater without looking at what the problem really was. I wanted someone elso to examine the water heater as a second opinion to determine the cause and possible cure for the problem. I got a second opinion that offered the option to take out the heater element and possibly replace it if it was the problem. They showed me the heater rod was completely disintegrated in one section and was responsible for water leaking out of the heater onto the floor. They replaced the element which fixed the problem. The water heater has been working normally since the repair. Instead of just going ahead with a $1,200 replacement, I ended up spending less than $100 for a new heating element which included labor.
