What great company and people, I have called them for a water heater huge problem. It had to have all parts totally replaced. West End Plumbing was promptly to answer my call and arranged immediately how to accommodate my schedule with theirs. The worker Ted came in few hours at the same day and did a great job. He is very polite and kind, very professional and really knows what he is doing. I highly recommend them and I will use them always.

Adam and his team were fabulously professional! So refreshing to deal with a service provider that was honest, on time, efficient and neat. His prices were reasonable and reflective of the work that needed to be done. Everything was completed promptly and with limited mess. His team cleaned up after themselves completely. Everything seems to work well. We would definately hire Adam and his team again should we be in the need of plumbing work in the future.

Initially i though the toilets were backing up because of plumbing issues. However the gentleman that came assured me that was not the case and i had wanted to change the toilets anyway. We talked about my budget and he gave his recommendations. The following weekend he came and installed them. I have not experienced that issue i had previously ever since. he was punctual and professional in nature. i will definitely conciser them in the future for plumbing needs.

We had no hot water in our home, so I called West End Plumbing first thing in the morning. A man answered the phone, took my information, and said that a woman from the office would call me back within 15 minutes to schedule an appointment. I promptly received that phone call. They asked for the water heater's make and model number, and I was given the day's first appointment. "Pete" arrived at my home at 8:45 AM, as promised. He came with a water heater on his truck, completely prepared to replace the water heater if necessary. He gave two upfront estimates: one for thermostat replacement if necessary, and the other for replacement of the water heater. When he had fully checked the water heater, he found that the water heater was fine and that the problem was actually an electrical one. We accordingly called an electrician, who fixed the problem. We most appreciated the DIRECTNESS and HONESTY of this company and Pete, the employee. We would call them again, and would confidently recommend them to others.

Very clean job. Courteous techs. Finished the job in less that an hour. I will use them again for any plumbing issues at home. I quoted with several other contractors, including Home Depot, and their price was significantly lower than all the other ones. It's refreshing to see there are still good people out there doing contracting jobs.

They did a good job. They came on time and they worked quickly. I don’t have anything to complain about. They were really good. Altogether for all of that I think I spent like $360. I think the price was pretty good. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Difficult getting the service order taken over the phone. Had to repeat the information a number of times. Like the operator was preoccupied, that should have been the first clue. 1st service technician was in reality an estimator or sale guy. I was expecting someone prepared to come out and do the job. In reality he gave me a quotation, said they would have to order the parts and return on another day. Nice guy, easy to work with. Schedule service call with the office for two days later. On the due day, got the call that the parts weren't in and they would need another day for them to be acquired. So be it, not a flooding situation. On arrival, technician was able to repair our kitchen faucet. Neither of the faucets could be removed from the two bathrooms. Faucets are twenty years old and mineral deposits were clearly around the threads on the bonnets. Technician was very apologetic. He worked cleanly and neatly and picked up after himself. We adjusted all the costs, settled up, and he departed. He did have some suggestions as to where I could acquire new faucets. The bottom line though, it cost me $246 to repair one faucet, and I still have 3 that are leaking. The work on acquiring and figuring out the next steps is still on my shoulders. Everybody was nice to talk to and quite polite but the results just weren't there.

They were great! Due to the unusual location of the break, the first technician did not have the necessary equipment to properly repair the pipe so he called the office. They sent another tech out with the correct equipment & he was able to fix it & pointed out another problem with another pipe & fixed that one as well. He answered all our questions. Both techs were very polite & professional.

HAVE USED THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST FOR INDOOR AND OUTDOOR PLUMBING WORK, ALWAYS A GREAT JOB WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN.

The overall experience was terrific. The receptionist accommodated my time constraints and the plumber showed up on time. He knew exactly what the problem was, quoted me a price and completed the work in about 1/2 hour. He was courteous, and careful not to track water through my home. He left my guest bathroom exactly as he found it.

They were very good. They came when they said and I haven’t had a problem since then. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

The overall experience was fantastic. I scheduled to meet with the owner of the company on July 11th and had to cancel and reschedule. The office staff was very nice when I called and rescheduled for a couple of days later. The owner came out to meet with me on the remodel of the bathroom. He gave me experienced and well thought out designs for the layout of my bathroom. He even suggested and showed me samples of bathroom fixture and accessory kits so that everything would match. The plumbing portion of the job began on July 19th and was completed on the same day. The work was exemplary. The plumbers were clean and picked up after themselves. It was so easy to deal with West End Plumbing that I now use them for all of my plumbing needs and highly recommend them. Tracey

Don was here for about an hour and a half. He first went all around the house to see where the other clean outs were, to make sure he wasn't missing any other issue. Then he began inserting the snake into the clean out by our kitchen sink. That was tough going, as he had to withdraw the snake to put on a sharper front tool to break the clog at one point, and pull it out partway several more times to be able to get it to get all the way to where it had to so that it would totally dislodge the clog. After he finally got the line clear, he had me run water in both the kitchen and utility sinks to make sure the water went down alright. Then he packed up his snake and other supplies and thoroughly hosed down our porch to clean off all of the material which had washed out of the pipe.

My water heater is located in the corner of a closet next to my washing machine and the dryer which had to be removed to get at the heater. We found that one of the washer hoses was frozen so they had to be replaced. I ok'd the additional work. They were very professional in doing all three items. They left my place as clean as when they arrived and completed the job in approx 1 1/2 hours. I will definitely use them in the future if the need arises.

West End Plumbing was great! I noticed that my Hot Water Heater was leaking profusely and water was everywhere. I called West End in the early morning and told them of my emergency. As they had promised, a plumber was there 2 hours later at 11:00 A.M. I found him to be very professional, responsive to my questions and cleaned up all the debris. The price was the same as was quoted to me on the phone; which was very fair. I'm very pleased that I now have a reliable plumbing company to deal with in the future and I will highly recommend West End Plumbing to others.

I called West End Plumbing to first purchase and install a water heater. Their service was so good that i decided to use them for my complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling as well as a few existing leaks that I had in my house. From start to finish they were the best!

I have been looking for a new water heater for quite a while & have spoken to many different company's - this was the first time I actually felt like I wasn't being taken for a ride. Called on a Thursday & made appointment for Monday morning. Two gentlemen arrived promptly at 9:00am. Both very professional, courteous & cleaned up after the mess. Owner takes his company & reputation very seriously. - I can't say enough good things about thier work. Very Happy.
