We are more than pleased with the work performed and the completed project. Can't wait for them to start my next bathroom.

They came in and had the job done within 2 hours. There was a mess on the floor from where the old toilet was. While waiting for the new toilet to be delivered to the house, the gentlemen started cleaning the floor. I didn't even ask them to. They were very helpful. They then installed the new toilet. I have heard of this company before but have never used them. I received my Angie's List publication and was excited to see them in there. I knew then that they were the company I was looking for. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Within 5 minutes diagnosed and fixed in 15 minutes. Also have a good service contract . Extremely satisfied .

The person I spoke with, Adam, was very professional, pleasant and helpful. The person who came to my home was on time and seemed to be good at his job but somewhat unprofessional. The installation went fine and everything was repaired. However, there was a problem with the leak under the sink because a piece (washer) was lost and it took two days to replace the piece. It started out as a great experience but started to go downhill. I left two or three messages to speak with Adam after the work had been done but could not get ahold of him and never recieved a returned call. I wanted to let him know that there was an issue with the person who came to my home. Adam agreed to take off the cost to tighten under the sink, but the person who came to my home seemed to be upset about that. They gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member.

I'm satisfied with the service. The office staff is very patient and polite. Their response time is phenomenal and they are very flexible. Ted was able to change the packing without needing a new handle. He worked very hard to save the handle from breaking and finished the job without incurring us extra expenses. He as a courtesy, cleared out the hairballs that had formed inside the drain in the bathtub. Very good experience overall. Several weeks later, there is no leak. Very good work indeed.

The office was courteous and responsive. A two hour window was first given11:30am to 1:30pm, very acceptable. A follow up call at the first quoted time 11:30am, only 20 minutes out. Job completed within 45min, including verifying that was the only leak. and creating the proper size T fitting. The cost of service was discounted for using Angie's List. Peter was very clean with his work and friendly.

It was a great experience!!! I called and explained the problem. Approximately one hour later a gentlemen came to access the damages. They scheduled us for repairs the next morning. ON TIME, very friendly and helpful (including the office personnel) They fixed the problem, cleaned up and we were good to go! One of the best experiences I have ever had and will DEFINATELY recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber and will DEFINATELY use them again!!! Thank you West End Plumbing!!

The service and the work provided well exceeded my expectations. A team of technicians responded to my home in about one hour after I placed my call. I showed them the project, replacing the oldest leaking water heater that could possibly exist, with a new one I purchased. The job was quoted me at $450 with 10% off for Angie's List Members. I had been quoted two hours earlier from a different company over $900 for the same job with a lot of undo work. The team worked efficiently, with a sense of urgency, but not in a hurried fashion. Even though it was about 5:00 when they arrived and had obviously been at it all day, they never seemed rushed. They clean up as they went along and worked very effectively together. In about two and a half hours the work was completed. They left a clean work area and thanked me for the job. I own a business and know how hard it is to get one superior employee, let alone two on one team. The guys were affable, professional and most importantly to me, friendly and happy to work. I would definitely call this company again.

As anyone can relate, it's challenging when things break. As I stood in my kitchen, I saw a large quantity of water coming from the closet where our water heater is stored. I checked the water heater and noticed that the job was larger than me and larger than I was capable of sufficiently addressing. I checked Angies List, asked some friends, and did some google searches and did my research on Water Heaters and Companies that install them. I contemplated going to Home Depot, purchasing and trying it myself, but with two young boys, I realized that this would be tough. I looked at Angies List and saw the history of West End Plumbing. I was highly impressed with this company; not just the ratings, but the fact that on each Angies List review, they were the only company that responded to the reviews of their customers. That's fascinating to me.. Very professional.... I called and requested a Sunday service, being that it was 3 PM and I figured that they already were stacked for the evening. The receptionist found me a service rep, who immediately responded and remedied the problem. Took about two hours, the rep cleaned the area, and explained the entire process. I wish I recalled his name. He was extremely professional and respectful, and made spending that kind of money during an emergency very comfortable. Fantastic company. Not that I want to spend that kind of money short notice again, but this company is awesome; earned future business.

It was good customer service from the very first phone call to the completion of the job. I called on a Saturday morning and within 2 hours, Pete was at our home. He was on time, professional and courteous. He was very thorough in explaining the source of our leak and that we needed to locate the other end of our pipe to cap the leak. He provided an estimate and even offered a 10% discount just for being an Angie's List Member! The work to cap the leak was completed and we were provided a written estimate for the work to re-route the water to our shower and toilet. Pete and his assistant came back on time on Monday morning as promised. They were courteous and completed the re-route of the copper pipes. We also got a 10% discount for that work as well. They were efficient, neat and thorough and responsive to our questions. West End did a good job and their prices were competitive.

There was some difficulty removing the old cartridge. Corroded rubber was stuck in the valve, reducing water pressure. Our plumber, CJ,, tried a course of techniques and finally removed it. The new valve operates better than ever.

Service tech came fast and on time. He checked plumbing in water heater, a/c closet and hall closet which was wet on floor and bottom of inside wall. He determined leak was from unit above us due to a/c drain pipe blocked. He told the renters the problem who called the owner. The service call was for my unit but they did not charge for going upstairs. They were very courteous and professional explaining everything.

West End Plumbing was willing to schedule their work to coincide with my progress in remodeling a condo over the last three months. From the first phone conversation to the last appointment they were professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Will call upon them for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

It was a little expensive. They did the job in one day and they were done. They had to deal with my sister-in-law, and they didn’t run away. They were very professional and very courteous. I would recommend them. They were fast paced. Everything has been fine after that. They did call my husband because it wasn’t in the quote to bring in the camera. So they did call him to make sure it was okay before they did it, which I really appreciate. The quality was good. They always kept in touch with us and got back to us as soon as possible. They were there on time.

Did all of these in a very timely fashion. The girls in the office called and made the appointment, and the installers showed up on time, as well as giving a heads up a half hour before they came. I want to thank Adam Stricker (owner) Justin and George as well as Pete, Randi, Carla, and Alana for the help they provided.

Great work, fast, honest, and reasonable. Technician came out, i pointed out the problem to him, told me exactly what the cause was and had it repaired in about 15 minutes. Would absolutely use them again.

There was no hassles or problems, but a bit expensive!

, This was the first time in 25 years as a homeowner that I needed to use a plumbers services and as everyone else I had heard stories of ripoffs, excessive costs, etc. I had heard of West End Plumbing from homeowners magazines and Valu-Pak mailings. I looked on Angie's List and saw that had good ratings so I decided to give them a try. I have lived in this house for 15 years, and never had any plumbing problems, but all of the outside hose faucets are showing wear. One on the side of the house had a broken handle and was dripping even when tightly closed. The other three had a good seal when closed, but leaked at the stem when turned on. I thought I had to replace 4 faucets and was dreading the cost. I called and the woman who handled the call gave me general cost, but said the plumber would have to take look. She told me that she could have someone out later that afternoon. About an hour later, she called back and said she had someone in the area and he could be there in 20 minutes. Right on time Don arrived and looked at the faucet that was the worst. He called in to discuss the cost, and i was given a quote that reflected deeper discounts the more faucets I had replaced. X for 1, Y for a second, and Z for a third. I found it reasonable but decided only to replace the one that was actively leaking, and had the broken handle. He told me was going to shut the water supply before he did so I wouldn't be inconvenienced, and did the repair in about 10 minutes. He replaced the standard valve with a 1/4 turn ball valve with the handle on top, which was superior to the original. But here is where this company and its honest employees really shine: Don informed me that the faucets that leak at the stem when turned on have packing nuts that loosen over the years from the heat. While I was inside, he tightened them as a courtesy to me. If you are looking for an HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY plumber, do not hesitate to call this company. They are prompt, courteous, trustworthy and professional.

I called West End Plumbing for service at my commercial building in Oakland Park Fl. the woman that answered the phone was nice and professional. That came out the same day to give me an estimate. They replaced the backflow valve that afternoon. The price was fine for the type of work. They also took care of getting the city permit and certification for the backflow. I was very impressed and happy.

We had nothing but positive experiences with this company. Adam, the owner, was very hands-on, and he and his staff were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They even came back for a courtesy call about an issue we had after service was completed. This company has honesty, integrity and skill set second-to-none, and their scheduling and communication were excellent. Would highly recommend and would use in the future without hesitation. Great company.

I live in California, and looked up several plumbers on "The List", to repair a leaking toilet in my elderly mother's home in Coral Springs. I gave the list to my mothers care giver, and she called and made an appointment. The repair quote was $659. this was to replace a sealing ring,under the toilet and replace and repair the valve and connecting hose. If I had been there myself, I would have called several plumbers to get prices before I made an appointment, but the care giver just went with the first one on the list. I think West End Plumbing, is way out of line with there prices. After the plumber diagnosed the problem, the care giver called me with the quote she had been given. At that point, if we had decided to go with another plumber we would need to pay West End $95, so felt we had to go ahead. I did call the office and get a small discount, we ended up paying $609. I asked about the price of a new toilet, and was given a quote for a toilet that I didn't care for, which was 2 times the cost I saw on the internet. I have a large home in California, and deal with issues like this all the time. I have never paid that much for a toilet repair. West End is just way out of line. Perhaps they take advantage of the ederly.

The installation was great!!! The service was prompt and very reliable! Everyone was wonderful to deal with and courteous. They called me within a half hour of arriving to my house. Amazingly Smooth! I would highly recommend this Company!

I contracted to replace my 40 gallon water heater with a Rheem 40 gallon water heater. There was nothing wrong with the old one but I wanted to avoid a problem and that is why I was replacing it. The workers shut off the electricity to the heater, shut the water main and removed my old water heater. When I went out to my elevator lobby, I noticed that the water heater they were getting ready to install was only a 30 gallon heater. I explained that I contracted for a 40 gallon and gave them a $200 deposit for this and that is what I want. The workers showed me their paperwork which said to replace with either a 30 gallon or 40 gallon. I showed them my contract which showed that I purchased a 40 gallon. They said a 40 gallon wouldn't fit. The old one was a 40 gallon so it certainly should fit. After some back and forth conversation where I told them I would not accept this, they finally took the 30 out and got a 38 gallon. Even though I contracted for a Rheem 40 gallon, they only make a 38 (not a 40). They definitely should have known this beforehand because this is their business. Then they told me that it would cost more because they had to do some piping work which was not in the contract. I told them I would only pay what I contracted for. They called the salesman, Hollis, who said they had to charge me more because of the piping work. I explained that he was here and saw what was needed and took my deposit and now they were trying to get more money from me which was out of the question. I was not going to pay one penny more than what I contracted for. I also reminded him that I got him many other customers who also contracted to have their heaters replaced and I didn't expect that I would be treated this way. After much back and forth he finally agreed to only charge me the contract price. I have heard from others in my building that they tried to do the same to them....... bringing a smaller heater to install and also charging more money than was contracted. I plan on replacing my a/c unit shortly and told Hollis about that when I first signed the contract for the water heater to which he replied that they have the largest a/c company down here in Florida and will give me a good price. There is no way that I would ever use this company or any of their affiliates again and would warn anyone that I was very unhappy with their company policies of low prices and then trying to get more money at the time of installation.

Justin was on time, professional and did a great job. He even drove me to Home Depot to take back the defective water heater I had installed myself. West End is a great company. Highly recommend.
