+ 0 moreI recieved multiple estimates from $10 to $21 thousand dollars all for the same property??? Waltons proposal was not the cheapest but he was the only one that took the time to explain the process of reroofing, permitting and material options available. Everyone else seemed to be interested in just signing contracts and receiving deposits. Walton was refered by a friend which also helped in my decision.The job went well and within time frame promissed. I have other properties and will use Walton on those as well.

+ -1 moreI would recommend people not to use him. I wasn’t there when the work was going on and my wife was looking after everything. We also had a special inspector who told him that the water was leaking from many areas. He said that he would repair it but didn’t turn up after that. We tried contacting him several times but couldn’t reach. He was very irresponsive. He refused to do all the work. I would rate him the worst overall. He didn’t even show up on time and was not at all punctual. My wife had many problems with him. I would never use him in the future.
