Did all the plans for apartment renovation and upgrade. They dealt with the City of Pompano Beach building department which must be the worst in the country. The plan approval about a year, with the city continually making more demands and requiring an extensive amount of additional unnecessary tests and submissions. VDG stuck with it and we eventually got our approval.

Eric came out and had some good ideas on how to build out a new outdoor living area for our home. He provided the plans and then the revised and quot;as-builtand quot; plans for the project. Unfortunately Eric wasn't nearly as involved as his contract said he would be. We never saw him again after the design was done (and paid for). He was supposed to be involved all the way to the end of the project according to the contract, but we never heard from him again unless there was more money involved. The plans also missed some key aspects that had to be resolved by the contractor. His work was fair, but I wouldn't recommend him.

Eric was great. Came out and gave me an estimate, even gave advise on how to lay out the new kitchen we were planning (kitchen was not included in the scope of work for the addition). Decided to go with him because his price was best, and he seemed trustworthy - and he was. He explained what he would do, and did exactly what he said. Our final plans were ready in 3 week, he had sent me a draft before then to see if I wanted any changes. His recommendation of General Contractor to do the work was also great!

They have worked on the project intently, they listened to our ideas and wants. They have been helpful and worked with us in solving problems that have popped up. They are very professional, work in a timely manner, and promptly return contacts.
