Ginger is incredible and a top notch pro. She has amazing attention to even all the little details that a seller or buyer may miss. She really does all the heavy lifting through all points of the process, and makes a burdensome task become a breeze. We have bought and sold two homes with her and she has hit home runs with us through all those transactions. We wouldn't think to use anyone else in south Florida. My wife and I have become very good friends with her and her husband as a result of working with her. Incredible realtor broker and overall wonderful woman. She sold my home within a week for me. I was able to close within 6-7 weeks for more than I was asking. She found me a condo as well about 2 months later. The closing went smoothly. She screens all buyers. There were no hiccups.

Ginger helped my wife and I find a great home in Coral Springs, Florida. We had previously been with another realtor and were not making any progress. When I contacted the agent it was late afternoon and I ask if it would be possible to take me to see some homes the next day. It was very short notice on my part but the agent was very accommodating. She took the time to hear what I would be interested in and then said she would line up some homes for me to see the next day. The agent picked me up the next day and we spent several hours looking at properties. We found something that day I liked and the next day at a moments notice she was able to show the house to myself and some friends that were helping in the decision making of the purchase, After several days it was decided not to purchase the property so at this time I made a call late at night and ask if it would be possible to see other properties. Again, the realtor lined up appointments for us to go see the next day. We found a great home and are so pleased with the home and its location. This realtor has a lot of experience in her field and does what ever it takes to help the buyer in the purchase of a home.
