I hired Vincent to remove a few areca palms that were dying from a disease. Job described was to cut trees and remove intricate root system so that we can have ganoderma disease treated & safely plant new trees.Vincent quoted a price and I agreed without haggling because I knew this was a hard job that I couldn't do myself and that I thought he would do what he said he would. Instead, he showed up 2 hours late on the scheduled day I had waited to leave for work to see them start; he left a gigantic bulk trash pile right in the middle of my front lawn despite my clear instruction to do 2 separate piles on both sides as per neighborhood rules; he brought a grinding machine that broke a watering system pipe , wasted a few landscaping lights and removed only 2 inches deep roots, then covered it with mulch...When exposed with the uselessness of his superficial job, he came back, ran the machine again a few more times, lecturing me as to how impossible it was, screaming at me to "educate" me about why it couldn't be done properly. I had no choice but to hire another real landscaping professional for a few other hundreds to actually have the job done. Vincent is a just loudmouthed, lazy, lying guy, not a professional: he took my money and did half the job , knowing exactly what was needed was much more. Don't trust the guy for a second.

Vincent does a great job, is very professional, and charges a great price for the work they do. They were a few hours later than they originally said, but Vincent did a good job of keeping me informed. Vincent and his crew clean up afterwards, and will make firewood sized pieces out of any wood if you want. I will use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

Called on Monday to make an appointment. We decided on Wednesday morning. I rearranged my work schedule so I could be home. Vincent was a no call no show. Thanks now I will be working late with nothing getting accomplished.

They do good work for me. He came within an hour of me calling him because he happened to be in the area. He said he was with his team in my area and he could stop by. That was really prompt. He did fast and clean work. He left the yard cleaner than what it was before even though he cut down the trees and ground the stumps. It cost me $300 and that included 3 small palm trees near the pool which was delicate work. I was pleasantly surprised by his work because I didn't know anything about him. He was recommended to me by somebody else. I have recommended him to neighbors.
