USA POWER CLEAN

They cleaned up the furniture and there was mold still in the air bothering me. They wanted me to buy a machine that removes the mold but it would cost additional $1700.00 approximatelty I wanted to rent one, but about $2000.00 if I bought a new one. I told them no. They washed the carpet too, but that made it worse than it was by leaving dirty streaks in it.

He came in and brought in all of his machinery to test and see if I would like the way it looked. He is a very fast talker so I agreed to let them do the work. He had 2 younger kids with him, that didn't speak English, and Dennis sat at my kitchen table on his cell phone while they did the work. I liked the cleaning job, but they missed several spots and now most of the spots are starting to come back. Some of the places they missed all together in my kitchen and the work in the bathroom didn't last long, the grout and tile went back to the same discoloration. I tried to call Dennis about three days after they left to tell him about all of the things I saw that were wrong with the job, this work was done in August and I tried to call him well into September and they never responded to me. I called the BBB to file a complaint and they said he wasn't a member and their hands were tied, I also called the A.G office and they attempted to resolve the matter to no avail. I want him to come back and fix this work. I would never recommend him to anyone the work was lousy and the customer service is terrible.

On July 9,2008 we contracted with USA Power Clean to strip and seal our Mexican Tile floors. According to their local newspaper ads, this is a service they provide. A company called "Vista," arrived at my house and did a test sampling by hand to show me what the end result would look like. I hired them and they proceeded to bring old power cleaning equipment into my house, not "the most sophisticated powerful State-of the Art Equipment" as advertised. After paying a Frank Lerczak, not USA or Vista, by check, he told us not to walk on the tiles for several hours. Imagine my horror when I discovered the floors were permanently etched and all baseboards ruined by the brushes! I have since hired a reputable contractor to redo the job and unsuccessfully repair the damages caused by USA Power Clean, Vista Services and Frank Lerczak. Unfortunately, I now have to live with damaged Mexican floors. MEXICAN TILE FLOORS HAVE TO BE HAND STRIPPED AND HAND FINISHED. From the heavy machinery, we now have swirl marks in our tiles.

The work was absolutely terrible. Inexperienced. It seems like a bait and switch company with the $25 special, then additional charges come in. I would not recommend them to anybody to use under any circumstances. Cost is for 2 rooms (operated under dolphin carpet previously).
