It took him three days to show up, he spent 20 minutes working on my computer, said he fixed one problem and not to worry about the other, charged me $150 for a house call (approx. 3 miles from the store), gave me no receipt and two hours later the Wi-Fi still did not reach 25 ' within my apartment.

The Laptop fan was over heating and making noise like it was about to give out. I took it in and they first tried to fix the fan but decided it would be better to replace the fan. They had to completely dismantle the computer to get to the fan. They ordered the fan and installed it as soon as they got it and it runs great.

Very quick, very professional. I left the PC and then picked up a couple of days later. Working as good as new.

Had crash problems with my still under warranty PC. Dell said they would send a tech onsite to replace mother board. Would be 3 to 5 days. Told Dell no good so they shipped a new mother board to my home. Got it the next day. Called a neighborhood repair shop and they would not do the job. Called Geeks at Best Buy and they would not do the job. Gave me some long detailed story about what it involved. My take (although not said directly) was they wouldn't do it because I had not bought the part from them I went to your list (which I should have done right away and will always do first in the future) and contacted this provider. They told me to bring it in and they would replace mother board. Brought it in to them and spoke to DAN. Told him to please place the faulty motherboard back into the package it came in because I had to send it back to Dell. He said they would work on it and would be ready later today. True to his word, I received a call from them about 3 hours later and they said job was done and to come in and pick up my PC. This was a supremely satisfying experience. He was very polite, professional and accommodating. And most of all the faulty motherboard was placed in the package and put in the box so I would be able to send it all back to Dell. I would highly recommend this provider.

Arthur was great....he said he would have the job done in a day or two, and landed up finishing it in one day....he estimated the cost between $75 and $125, and billed me $95.00. The job was done early, my laptop now works perfectly, and on top of everything...his work comes with a 90 day guarantee!! I will definitely use him again!!

The process went very well. It took them a little longer to get the job done than anticipated, but it was a holiday weekend and Arthur wanted to make sure he gave me back my computer totally fixed so I would not have to return. He spent a lot of time with me when I picked up the computer to explain some new files added. I know from previous experience that a big name store would not have provided me such service and would have tried to sell me a new computer rather than repair the computer. I was very happy with the work performed and my laptop is running better than ever.

They arrived right on time, they installed microsoft word and Excel and brushed me up on what I had forgotten. I unfortunatly have Multiple Scleroisis and was having a bad day they worked me thru everything I could do and tried not to charge me full price.They are very understanding and made me feel like family.I have forgooten alot since working for the school board but they were so understanding and you cant put a price on that.They are also handling a problem with getting money refunded from a company I used, thanks guys will call you soon. love Karen

They did an excellent job of installing a second hard drive in a small desktop that was not designed for a second drive. They are friendly, easy to reach, and very professional. The only minor downside was that they took a day longer to complete the job than was promised. But they easily accomplished a custom installation and the drive has worked flawlessly ever since. I will happily use them again if/when one of my computers needs their service.

Excellent from beginning to end...Even made some suggestions and made some adjustments to have us running more efficiently.

My computer would not start up at all and I suspected it was a hardware problem. I wanted it repaired as soon as possible and rejected the other services, which would come to my house in a couple of days, diagnose the problem, tell me it was a hardware problem and then order the part.. I took it to the USA Computer Store and was told they would work on that day. Four hours later, I received a call that it was fixed. The problem had been a failed power supply and the cost for the diagnosis and repair, including the new power supply and sales tax was $120. I could not have been more pleased.

They got the viruses off all the computers and downloaded all the info on new computers. This took just about an hour and a half.

I would rate is as excellent for overall service.

They did an excellent job, and we would bring any of our computers to them for repair.
