Avoid! It's been a nightmare dealing with Bill and everyone there to even try and get work started after providing a substantial deposit. Internal meeting after meeting, no communication broken promise after broken promise. I cannot comment on the work because they've done nothing except leave a large pile of rubble on our pool deck for over a month.

They are always pleasant and help you out even years after the job. I would never reccomend anyone that wasn't excellent. They are a company that is just terrific. Over the years, I call to ask questions and they are still very helpful.

Installation went well though the workmen had to be recalled because the concrete border broke in numerous places. I was concerned about weeds growing between the bricks and the salesmen reassured me that would not happed. I now do have weeds. Less than a year after instalation, there are deep ruts in my driveway that are not supposed to be there. The company seems to ingnoring my inquires concerning this. And, I ended up paying for a lot of bricks that were not used - almost 2 bundles - sitting by my garrage.

The job went very well. The workers were able to excavate and install in one day. We love the new extension of our back porch.

The sales staff was helpful at the showroom where I picked out the pavers, but it took several phone calls to get a salesperson out to get an estimate. He brought the paperwork to my work at a time when I didn't have time to read everything thoroughly and later discovered he had mismeasured, which ultimately had me overpaying for a few square feet. However, the crew that installed the pavers showed up promptly, did a fantastic job, and even came back to install some extra pavers in an area that wasn't diagrammed correctly on the contract. Two years later the pavers haven't sunk and still drain properly.

I have used this company for other projects before and they've always done a great job. They did with this too. I was very happy with the quality of the work done. It all looks fantastic.

I thought they had done a nice job until ants and weeds started coming through a few months later, and they came back and re-sanded and charged me another $1,300. It is not that big of a driveway.

Although I am satisfied with the overall job, I was dissatisfied with many aspects of the project. Excavators came a day early, prior to posting of the permit; tore out two 50-year old, 6 foot podocarpus, which were supposed to remain. Though the replacement cost of comparable trees is $499, the company only agreed to pay $300, stating that I could plant ''smaller trees.'' The bulldozer damaged three areas of my fence. Excavators showed up on Saturday morning and began jackhammering the walkway, until I stopped them out of courtesy for my neighbors. Sand and bricks were delivered and placed on my swale, and left there for five days, killing the grass, which I had to replace at my own expense. Though the salesperson was responsive, personable and cooperative, I was not impressed with other company reps, or the sub-contractors. Finally, although the permit indicates that the cost was $85, US Brick billed me in excess of $220, even though contract stated I would be billed.

THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS NOT THE BEST. AFTER POURING THE DRIVE, THEY DID NOT TREAT IT. THEY ARE COMING BACK TO TREAT IT, BUT IT WAS NOT PART OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE, THUS IT IS COSTING ME MORE MONEY.
