 + -1 moreUniversal landscape did not live up to expectation - reasonably priced - but sometimes you get what you pay for. Again, hires new people who are learning on the job - so lawn service one week may be very different another week. I repeatedly asked to have the coconuts removed from my palm (over 30 coconuts) and was promised it would be done over and over and over again - no response....
Description of Work: Basic lawn service - grass was cut unevenly - hires 'new guys' who are learning on the job who use weed wackers vs. a standard lawn mower to save time and effort. I also requested literally 8 times to have the coconuts on my palm tree taken down - only to find NO work to has been done as promised - 8 times!!!

Description of Work: Universal Landscaping has been maintaining my yard for several years. They are very good and always make sure that my grass is looking great. They come with a team of people and several of my neighbors are also customers, so they do a bunch of yards in one visit. If we need anything extra done, they are always happy to do it. We pay a very reasonable price. I am not going to provide the price since it varies depending on the size of your yard, but the price we pay is very competitive. These guys are great. They come and do their work and we send them a check every month. It doesn't get any easier than this!

Description of Work: They cut the grass and make sure the yeard looks good (remove tree debris, etc).
