Our outdoor sofa cushions were filthy, had stains from our dogs, and mildew from the heavy rains … Glennis in the office asked for pictures and said that all the stains may not come out… Well her technicians Raul and Mauricio proved her wrong … the sofa looks just about brand new again! After several remodeling projects were finished our carpet was in dire need of being cleaned. We had two large area rugs, 16 steps going upstairs a hallway and three bedrooms all with white carpet. Although I wasn't planning on cleaning the carpet that day, a technician was available that same (Saturday) afternoon and arrived ahead of time, did a fantastic job, and accomplished the task as promised. We will certainly keep this business as a point of contact for any future needs. I would strongly recommend this business for any carpet cleaning. As a side note, the company uses high-pressure steam and not detergents, which will probably leave the carpets cleaner for a longer period of time, compared to the use of detergents for cleaning as they simply attract dirt afterwards if a pH balancing has not been requested.

I am very pleased with the service. Luis Perez is an excellent technician. He was very knowledgeable and informative and did a great job with much attention to detail. The cost was a bit high but it was quality service.

We were preparing to replace the carpet but thought we would get a “second opinion” and called Coit. The technician made no promises but cleaned the carpet so well that it is as good as new. Amazing.

I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day within my limited time frame. Isaiah arrived in a timely fashion, was courteous and professional, did not push me to purchase additional services, and did a wonderful job. Will absolutely use him again!

I'm sad writing this review as Jeff has always performed great work for me in the last 10 yrs, but now I am an official former customer and recommend other customers look elsewhere. After no shorter than a 45 min call to place appointment, I was quoted $400 on phone to clean to sofas that pet had urinated on and the area rug beneath. When technician got there advised cannot clean couches (sad but not his fault - knew it was a possibility) but then proceeded to quote me $600 to clean an every day area rug. This is at least 200x what I've paid in past for same service from this company. Seems like everyone could have avoided heartache with the extensive prelim call. Jeff if you ever become the service you used to be give me a call, otherwise best of luck with your new merger which is not working for me.

Luis and Isaiah were professional. The job they did was done very well-to our satisfaction. We are more than pleased with the look and feel of the carpet since the steam cleaning. There was no after odor and this is important to us .We recommend Coit to anyone in the West Palm Beach area needing carpet cleaning services.

My tenant move out of my apartment after only and year and 1/2 and left the place trashed. The carpet that was new when they moved in, and it was so filthy when they moved out, I thought we were going to have to replace it again. Luis came and brought the heavy equipment. The carpet mostly came clean but when showing the apartment, someone turned of the AC by accident (there is an unmarked switch in the bathroom that kills the compressor), it smelled when the place hit 90+ degrees inside since the carpet didn't have time to dry. Luis came back and sprayed the carpet to get rid of the smell and did another pass. It looked and smelled great after that. Excellent service, very responsive. Will definitely use them again.

We had the pleasure of meeting Luis Perez today for our carpet cleaning service. Luis was on time and professional from start to end. He explained all services available to me and provided helpful tips to me on how to keep my carpet clean and what to do if a stain should occur. Luis took his time and the carpet came out great. I have been using Two Brothers since 2014 and continue to be very pleased with their service. This past week Jeff was the technician assigned. He was very professional, pleasant and thorough. I will certainly use this company again and I highly recommend them to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

Our rugs got very clean! Not so much the upholstery. Probably got stained by food? Two Brothers explained things very well. They did more than was expected. The job was done in a timely manner. I would hire them again.

Jeffrey was responsive, polite and professional. He and his brother worked quickly and efficiently at a very fair price. They also cleaned some area rugs and a section of my tile floor that gets heavier traffic at no charge. Some of the stains on a light colored rug looks much better but did not disappear totally but I would absolutely use them again.

This is the 3rd time Jeffrey has cleaned my carpets. I originally hired him when I saw the great reviews on Angies List. He is always reliable, always punctual, always does a great job and the price is extremely reasonable. I would not even consider calling a different company.

Can't say enough about this company. Wish I could rate them higher than an A. Very easy to schedule. They were punctual. One of the guys was being trained and just by listening to how they were being taught to properly use the equipment, treat the carpet, and make the customer happy I knew that I had made the right choice in company. Wish every company would be as professional and customer focused as this one. If you are looking to get your carpet cleaned or any other service this company provides then look no further. Jeff was great. He was on time, and did a great job. My couch was near ruined with stain and odor and he did his best to fix that. The couch looks great! I will definitely use him again.

This review is long over-due. I have used Two Brothers (Jeffrey) multiple times for the last 3 years. He has cleaned the carpets 3x and the grout/tile once. As the all A's indicate, he is professional, communicative, and trustworthy. Additionally, I also had a plumbing leak at one point, which occurred as our kitchen was being remodeled. He came out immediately to inspect if the amount of water leaked would need his emergency services to dry the area and treat the carpet. He determined we could dry it ourselves and did not charge me for the visit. Excellent customer service, which is so rare these days. Highly recommend.

It was okay. They're great, they should come back clean. They were okay. I had a 40% off coupon; it's not a fair comparison. It was still like 250 bucks or something; it's not an inexpensive proposition when you have 12-foot drapes, 12-foot ceiling. He was professional. Maybe I would use them again, maybe, maybe not.

Jeff was great this is a rental property. I arranged everything by phone. He showed up on time and did an excellent job cleaning and removing stains from carpet. Previous tenant had a big dog that shed hair all over after cleaning and sanitizing you would never know.
