Description of Work: Gerry visited my home promptly after I called to discuss my renovation plans which included the removal of structural walls. Upon inspection and confirmation he and Carlos came up with a cost effective solution that encouraged me to proceed. We worked together with an architect to develop an overall plan complete with working drawings for filing with the building department.

+ -1 moreNo work has been done yet but I have given him a $1,400 down payment and will pay the balance once the plans are completed. His total price is $2,490. What I like about them is that they are knowledgeable and have been prompt in doing what they say they are going to do so far. The person I am dealing with laid everything out in black and white and told me what to expect. We have not finished up anything yet but I am supposed to receive the plans in a couple of weeks. He is knowledgeable about the guidelines for the offset from the property line to accommodate the addition. He told me additional things I would need, like surveying and soil boring, before the actual plans could be approved.
Description of Work: I have signed a contract with Twenty First Century Engineering - Fort Lauderdale to draw up plans for an addition to my house. I am going to have a family room and swimming pool added onto my house. This includes the building and electrical plans for my new additions.
