Tree Of US Inc

I called this tree service twice, once leaving a message with my name, number and explaining I needed an estimate for some tree work. I never heard back. The second time, I got the voice mail again and didn't bother leaving a message. I then tried emailing this man and asked if he was still in business or if he came to my area. Never heard back from him in that form either. If he didn't want the job for whatever reason, all he would have had to do is call and explain this. That would have been the professional way to handle it. I have no idea how good his work is, since first, you need to get a hold of them to arrange an appointment. I'm no longer interested in this company to do the work. I'm thinking their level of "professionalism" may very well be reflected in their total lack of concern for a potential new customer. Who needs that headache?

I would recommend them. They cleaned up good. They did what I asked them to do. I would probably call them again. This was my first time using them.

We just bought a property with a lot of over grown trees and a lot of trees that needed to be removed. Dan was great and got everything taken care of for us. We did have to wait a bit to have everything completed but it was well worth the wait. They did an amazing job and I would recommend them to everyone.

Couldn't be happier with the service. Used them twice. Very professional, knowledgable and tidy! Will use them every year to clean up my palms and fertilize them. We've used other companies with much less satisfaction.

The result looked great. Now, a year later, it is still clear that a professional job was performed.

I'm happy with the Tree Of US Inc. I've used them for about five years. Ben Harden, the owner of Tree Of US Inc, is the highest level of arborist and I trust him. He did miss an appointment once because they were so busy but responded immediately to do the work the next day. I would recommend them to others.
