His price was fair and he was very nice to speak to over the phone. In hindsite I wish I would have went with him to begin with.

They arrived on time and worked until it was completed.

I live in NJ and have a tenant in my condo in Fort Lauderdale and was aware of a problem with a toilet. I called Wes and he agreed to look at the job and give me an estimate. After I spoke to Wes, I had my tenant call him to verify an appt. Wes said he would be there at 4pm sharp. According to my tenant, he neither showed up or called to cancel. I called the next morning, 9/25, asking for an explanation/ update, but did not receive a call back. I need someone responsible and professional, so I am calling a different company..

Disclaimer: I am not a person who is easily impressed. Nor am I a "fussy" or "difficult to please" customer. I look for professional, nice service people who do what they are supposed to efficiently. That's it. No frills and no nonsense. So, knowing that about me I feel comfortable saying that Town Plumbing was fantastic. Paulo came very quickly after our call. He was fast professional and very nice. He worked diligently to fix the problem and took great strides to keep our home clean. Additionally, he performed the needed services then went above and beyond. For example; he removed our clogged toilet after it was determined that it could not be snaked. He then snaked the drain itself and determined that the toilet was no longer usable. He took the toilet with him and performed clean up and maintenance on the flange under the toilet at no cost to us. He was great and we would certainly use them again... In fact, we already have.

After purchasing a new washing machine, we noticed that the guest bathroom (closest to the laundry room) was leaking at the toilet base. Within a week, not only was the guest bathroom toilet leaking, but also the main bathroom toilet, and both shower drains were pumping out raw sewage. Seeing that Town plumbing had hours listed until 11:30 pm and had good reviews, I called at around 10 on May 29th. After discussing the situation with Steve, he advised us to wait until the next morning to avoid a minimum $350 emergency service fee. We set an appointment for 7:30 am the next morning (today). At 7, I called to be sure that they were going to be here, and was told between 7:30 and 8. Pablo arrived at 8am. I showed him the flooded bathrooms and the sewage in the showers, and he immediately began working on unclogging the drain. After running a snake through the drain, he came in and tested the toilet and the showers, as well as having me run the washing machine. In addition, he sopped up a lot of the water and rinsed out the showers, which I did not expect, as those were not caused by his work. Once he was done, he tightened two leaking outdoor spigots and cleaned everything up. Unfortunately, I forgot to mention the Angie's List coupon that I had, but that was my own fault, and I didn't think $185 was that bad for a little over an hour's work. He was courteous, professional, and done within an hour and 15 minutes. He also promised a 30 day warranty on his work, which is wonderful. I will definitely be calling this company again.

I called this morning to have a leaky faucet fixed in our downstairs half bathroom. I made the call at 7:45 AM. The serviceman answered and said he would be here by 8:30 AM. I received a call from the owner of the company about one hour later saying that they were running late, but he would give me a 20% discount on the services. The serviceman arrived at around 9:30 AM. He was professional and friendly. He finished the work in about an hour. A replacement part was needed that the serviceman said is somewhat hard to get, but he had one in the truck. Total bill was $125.00 after the 20% discount. It was a little more than I expected to pay, but the service was quick and friendly, so I do not mind paying a bit of a premium.

Pablo was punctual and was quick to recognize the problem and fix it. He got up on the roof and snaked my whole system and was able to remove the blockage that was causing the toilet and shower overflow very quickly.

It went very well as stated above.

I had a leak in my living room ceiling. When i called and described the problem Wes immediately told me up front that they would almost certainly have to cut a hole in the ceiling. I knew this but was pleased that he had told me this up front so I wouldn't be surprised. His men came on time, were very courteous, professional and efficient. He himself also showed up during the job to check up. As I state above, they made a small hole in the ceiling, surveyed the problem, fixed the evident cause, and then tested pretty rigorously to make sure there was not some other less evident cause as well. All has been normal since the repair and it is now about a week-and-a-half later. I'm very pleased with them and with their work.

Town Plumbing responded quickly to my call about a stopped-up toilet that could not be cleared with a plunger; however, they sent a subcontractor without advising that were doing so. As previously stated, I called to have a stoppage cleared and a break in the sewer line was found. The plumber and his helper had to return to the shop to get a camera needed to confirm the suspected break but they kept me informed throughout the process. When using the camera, they did not make a video recording of the break they found or use equipment that located the exact location of the break on the floor of our home; however, they did make the correct diagnosis. One small complaint was that in cleaning up after reseating the toilet, one of my washcloths was apparently used to clean up and it was soiled so badly I thought it might not come clean; however, I am happy to report that it did.

Called night before and explained not an emergency. Pablo came out next AM, was very courteous. He tried to find replacement part unsuccessfully. I was able to find at plumbing supply and Pablo came back and installed. My concern was he drained lines including waterheater without turning off electric to waterheater. Could have damaged heater but hope not. Pablo was very courteous, neat and considerate.

Town Plumbing offered to come over for FREE and give me a quote to repair pipe that was broken by our gardener. He showed up within 1.5 hours and had the job completed fast and less expensive than his competitors. Great job.

The plumber verified there was a leak from the hose on my washing machine, but did not have a new hose with him. He put tape on it to get me through until the hose came in. He also said he would put a new spring on the door. I called him the next month and it was on back order. I called several other times and could not get an answer. Finally I called the warranty company and she agreed they didn’t answer and had to leave a message. I finally got through and they said they stopped the leak and I had no problem. I explained that it says on the receipts that the hose and clip was ordered and that you’d be back to complete the job. The warranty company said well if it isn’t leaking why would you wait this long to fix the problem. So the plumber got a copay to just provide tape on the hose. I faxed them my bill and my check. They said since it isn’t leaking there is nothing they can do about it now. If it leaks again to call. I put in a complaint. I’m assuming they probably couldn’t get the hose needed. He may have told the warranty company they don’t make that anymore; which is why the warranty company isn't helping either.

I had a vacation planned previous to the water leak so I had to set an appointment to get the work done - for one week out, on a Monday at 9 am. I temporarily stopped the leak by turning the water off for 7 days. Just after 9, the repairman (richard) called to say he had been diverted from my job to another one 30 miles away and it would be 1030 before he arrived. I called and told Wes I was very disappointed and he was unwilling to listen. Wes just kept saying Richard would arrive when he was finished and that the other job was a leak. Like I didn't have a leak. He finally got to my home at 1 pm. So much for an appointment. I had to change around meetings scheduled for later in the day. by the time they were finished, I spent $500 more to have the parallel hot water line done, Richard said it was critically leaking too. Luckily, he had all the materials on his truck to do both jobs. I was very pleased with Richard and his attention to my project and apologetic nature regarding his tardiness. Very disappointed with Wes and the ownership of Town Plumbing. Not one apology from him or explanation of why I was not as important as someone else.

I have to give them credit. They are very polite and respond very fast. Service person did call me to follow up if toilet had any pending issues.

Overall I was happy with them... Showed up when they were supposed to, job was done fast and was happy with the quality.

They came and gave an estimate for the work. They did the work to satisfaction and their price was reasonable.

He came and did a beautiful job. Alex was professional and cleaned up well. I would definitely recommend them to others.

This was an emergency situation and he responded very fast. The job continued into the evening and The workers were very polite and diligent in getting the work done. The concrete work they did matched almost completely to what was there already and to the rest of the patio. Wes, the owner is very friendly and tells you up front approx. what it is going to cost.
