+ -1 moreTerrible. Individual came for a diagnostic and broke a part. Later 1.5 days after replaced with the wrong part and he knew since it was making a weird noise. Causing further damages to the fridge and then never coming back to finish the job. Complete irresponsible.

+ -1 moreTech’s was called 4 times to repair: first time to diagnose and replace fuse in dryer; second time with same issue and tech again replaced fuse and advised us to clean vent to roof (husband cleared vent which had not been cleaned for at least 10 years); third time with same dryer issue and tech came back to again replace fuse and also the heating element. Now today was his fourth visit with same issue and again replaced fuse. When he was asked why that issue was happening repeatedly, he said we should call Maytag to question. As a repair tech, he did not offer to call Maytag himself to resolve the issue so he could fix the dryer since he didn’t have the knowledge to solve the problem once and for all. Each time we paid him in full.
Description of Work: Dryer stopped working. Had power to timer and light inside dryer. Four times with same issue.
