Tint Land Window Tinting

I had my windows tinted on Monday. When the installer was done he asked me to come back on Thursday so he could be the one to roll down the windows. On Thursday morning, a friend of mine was getting into my car and pointed out how many bubbles the tint had. He was correct. It looked like someone had put salt on the windows then tinted over it. I brought the car to them on Thursday (not only to honor their request but to show them the bubbles). The installer agreed to remove the tint since I was not happy. The owner of the company came out and said I needed to be "more patient" because it still needed more time to "dry". I told her that I have had MANY cars tinted and they never had these bubbles nor did it take more than three days for it to dry. She finally agreed to have the tint removed "free of charge" (how gracious of her). She then informed me that the $85 I paid for the window tint would NOT be refunded to me simply because I wasn't happy with the way it turned out. I reminded her that her receipt says "all work guaranteed". She insisted that I was NOT going to be getting a refund. After the installer was finished removing the tint she came back out to tell me it was "done and I could go". I told her that I would like a refund because it was a poor installation job and her receipt says "all work guaranteed". She said refused to acknowledge her receipt. She then informed me that she would NOW be charging me to remove HER tint off MY windows because I was being "stubborn". She then informed one of her employees to go get the keys to my car so she could hold it hostage until I paid them even more money. Luckily the keys were in my pocket. I told her i would be filing bad reviews with EVERY website and also with the BBB. She said she "didn't care". DO NOT do business with them. They do NOT stand behind their work.
