I liked what they had to say, but I went with another company simply because we had them before and we came to a price that I found acceptable. There was no charge for the estimate. The estimate was fair and accurate. There were just some other intangibles that explain why I went with another company as opposed to Tiger Team.

Tiger Team replaced entire roof and sections of fascia board. Very professional, dealing with Mike was a pleasure, Gigi at customer service was excellent, very pleased with result, will absolutely recommend Tiger Team

They actually said it was not a roof leak so (they) are very honest. They told me what is most likely was and they guided me in another direction. There was nothing bad. There was no price involved. They were just honest about it not being a roof issue. Their quality was very good.

Brian Botting was very informative of what was involved to perform repair. Suggested less expensive long range option of sealing versus replacement of flat roof. Insisted that payment not be sent until satisfied with work. Friendly, all work timely and with complete cleanup. Would highly recommend.

I emailed Tiger Team through their website. Christine called me and said Mike, the owner, would call the next day. When he didn't, I called the office and reminded Christine that I was waiting on his call. He called me within the next few hours and came by the house that afternoon. He emailed me an estimate that evening and we scheduled the repairs for the following week. A team of two workers came and fixed the leak within the promised half-day window. A few days later, we happened to have a big rainstorm, and there was no water in the garage. I'm very happy with the repair.

Tiger Team replaced both my tile and flat roof, including underlying repairs to both. This company is probably the most professional I have dealt with over the past 40 years of home ownership in Coral Springs. The entire process from the initial estimate to final inspection was very well organized. Their timeline was right on the money. They were there every time they were scheduled and always on time. There was constant communication to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their workers did not dawdle but put in a hard day's work every day and cleaned up after themselves. Customer service was excellent at every point of contact, friendly, courteous and efficient. We are very pleased with the result and absolutely recommend Tiger Team. They may not be the cheapest bid you get but they will be the best.

We picked them due to being the most economical. I called three companies and they came in where we wanted to be. They were the most responsive out of the three called.

From quoting to project everything went absolutely smooth.

After discussions with several neighbors who recently had their roofs replaced, by a variety of roofing companies, the one company that consistently received the unqualified highest degree of recommendation from the neighbors was Tiger Team Roofing, Inc.. My wife and I then did as much Independent research on roofing, roofing techniques, materials, building code requirements, complaint history of local roofers, etc. as we could before contacting Tiger Team and three (3) other roofers for estimates to replace my roof. Tiger Team was clear and away the most knowledgeable, direct, straight forward, and impressive of them all. We contracted with Tiger Team immediately after reviewing all four roof estimates, and could not be more pleased with the choice we made. The Tiger Team office staff kept us apprised of what was to take place throughout the process, quickly responded to any questions we had, and the teams of workers who tore off our old roof and laid down the new roof were on time every day, efficient, professional, and cleaned up during and after the job each day. They were, in a word, fantastic. A neighbor who had chosen to go with another company had started their roof a week or more before we contracted with Tiger Team; they were still waiting for their roof to be completed a week after Tiger Team had ours completed. Even the various inspectors who came to review the roofing work at the various steps in the process for code compliance, wind uplift tests, etc., had nothing but praise for Tiger Team's work. Our roof looks great, is tight and secure, was done exactly on the time schedule we were given, and the cost was exactly as estimated. Excellent! Gary and his team are true professionals. They work is top notch and their prices are spot on. Pricing with them is very straightforward. There are no high pressure tactics or any unwanted upselling. Gigi called me every Friday to give me updates on when product would be delivered, inspection dates / results. It was so painless and quick! Other houses in the neighborhood can take weeks, sometimes a month, for their roofs to be completed, Tiger Team was in an out in just over a 9 days. We are very happy with our new roof!!

They reaffirmed to me that they are the best in the business! They put a new roof on about 1 1/2 years ago. They only found one broken tile today and replaced it. They did not charge me. True class!

This company was prompt, courteous, on time, clean and kept us informed as throughout the entire process. Tiger Team was very professional and efficient. Brian was great to work with. From the estimate to the final payment, he was always punctual, courteous and accessible. The office was good about keeping us updated. The crew arrived early and completed the roof in one day. The whole process went smoothly. We are satisfied with the quality of the new roof. My husband's only complaint was he felt the crew could have done a better job in some areas of the wood replacement.

Brian and his team were awesome. They were prompt and efficient. At the end of the day they cleaned up all debris and if you didn't look up you'd never know they had been there. The team was professional and pleasant to deal with and the final price was just what was estimated. I would recommend Brian and his team if you want a quality job at a reasonable price. Hope they are around in 25 years when I need my next roof.

I am extremely pleased I chose Tiger Roofing for my job. No sales pressure from Mike, and a fair price. Mike explained Tiger’s process in greatest detail during the first visit, and encouraged me to shop around before making a choice so I would be happy with the contractor I picked. With Tiger’s price coming in right in the middle I proceeded with Tiger and they did an awesome job. The whole job from tear down to full re-roofing took just over 1 week, which is excellent compared to what I see from other re-roofing jobs in my area. Tiger seemed not to hesitate when it came to replacing rotten wood on my roof, which to me was an extremely important aspect of the job. They communicated weekly from the day I signed with them, keeping my up to date with the project. Tiger did, by all appearances, an excellent job and I am, again, very happy I picked them for my re-roofing.

Tiger Team was selected due to the professionalism, attention to detail, and a sense of integrity and respect for the customer that was projected in the quoting phase by the project manager. He was also helpful in suggesting less-known ways that this type of expensive job can be financed, which is of great interest to those who don't have 20K cash in hand. In contrast, some of the other roofers I interviewed were less helpful and knowledgeable in this regard, and seemingly less interested in finding ways to make the deal work for both sides. My impression was that the job proceeded in a normal way in terms of the permit process and scope of work done. The quality was very good. The project manager was very courteous and responsive via both email and phone throughout, as was the office manager, who followed up with regular weekly calls to update on status. They were very informative and forthcoming at all points in the process. Overall, it was a very positive experience with Tiger Team and I was very satisfied by the quality of the results. I am happy to recommend them to anybody needing a roof replacement.

According to my wife the 2 men that came to repair the roof were very polite and courteous. She had nothing but high praises for them.

At the end of 1992 I removed the roof mounted solar panel that had been installed about 2 years earlier. Thank you, Hurricane Andrew. After removal there were 4 steel brackets left, protruding through the attic and concrete tile roof. Since they had been professionally installed, there was no problem with any leaking, so I left them as is. In 1994 we had a new roof installed to replace the original 1978 version. We discussed with the roofer whether or not to do some extra cutting into the roof to remove the brackets, or just reseal them in place. The cost of removing the brackets, sealing the areas, removing and replacing all that plywood added too much to the cost of the roof. Since the brackets weren't visible from the ground, we opted for just a resealing. It worked fine and no problems for 22 years. A week ago we noticed a 2 foot by about 1 foot spot on the living room ceiling. A quick check revealed a water leak. With daily afternoon rains prevalent we didn't waste any time looking for a reliable roofer. Angie's List has been my only go-to source for homeowners repairs and this was no exception. It took all of 5 minutes reading reviews and comments for me to call Tiger Team Roofers. I called Monday, 7/18, spoke to a very efficient and pleasant young lady who arranged an appointment with Brian for Wednesday evening. Brian, carrying the necessary tools, arrived a few minutes early. Pleasant surprise. Polite, professionally dressed, cheerful demeanor. We went outside where he took a few quick measurements, and then he climbed up on the roof. He spent a few minutes checking details, examining the individual brackets, taking pictures and writing up a line by line estimate while on the roof. When he was done he came inside and explained in detail what he found, what was needed in materials to properly repair the leak and how long it would take. He was happy to patiently answer all our questions and his confidence was contagious. The estimate was straightforward, descriptive, included the entire job and was reasonably priced. And there was no deposit or payment required until after the entire job was completed. The work was scheduled for Friday 7/22. Only two days away. Excellent. Well, due to a customer's change of plans, we got a call from Brian at 8AM Thursday, asking if we were interested in having his men come over in about a half hour and do the work a day early. "Absolutely," I said. He said fine, and there was no need for us to get out of bed as he was bringing the guys over and would show them exactly what needed to be done. I was already up and around so it was fine. At 8:30 the dogs let me know we had company. I went out to greet the two men who would be doing the work. We exchanged pleasantries for a couple of minutes after the intoductions. They were Ray and Pierre, both appropriately dressed for a killer day on a roof in South Florida in July. These guys were experienced pros who were up on the roof, with all their supplies and equipment in a matter of minutes. The work was done by mid afternoon, but there was no way I was going out in that heat to climb up and check the finished job. But Ray had taken pictures of the finished product on his phone and was justifiably proud to show me. Not only did Ray and Pierre do a flawless job, but they were nice enough to touch up some minor details they noticed while on the roof. Before leaving, the men removed all the debris, leaving nothing behind. To sum up. Everyone at Tiger Team was professional, patient and good humored. Ten minutes with Brian, and my wife and I agreed there was no need to call another roofer for another estimate. Ray and Pierre worked clean, and (aside from a little hammering) quiet. It was a pleasure working with everyone on the Tiger Team. I'd certainly recommend their expertise and work ethic to anyone needing their services.

In 2005 Hurricane Wilma had not done any visible damage, but a closer inspection several months ago indicated some shifting of the underlayment in a number of areas. Hurricane force winds apparently forced water under the tiles, eventually seeping through the battered roofing material and soaking the plywood. Over a period of an estimated eight to ten years the water damage caused rotting of four trusses and several sheets of plywood.. This damage was only seen after the old roofing had been removed. About a year ago a leak in the roof where brackets had been installed for a solar panel many years ago, caused visible ceiling paint damage in our living room. I immediately went to Angie's List and took only a few minutes to decide on calling Tiger Team Roofing, based on customers' reviews. My review for that job was posted 7/25/16. Because of the increasing leaking problems, especially the flat roof, which I was tired of patching every two years, we opted for a new roof. With South Florida's rainy season less than two months away, it was time to get going. Because of my experience with their expertise, promptness and quality of work, when we decided to do the complete re-roofing I called Brian at Tiger without a second thought. He came by the next day, brought his equipment to measure and determine quantities of materials needed, and all the rest of it. He headed up to the roof while we watched a video he brought along. It was a narrated trip covering Tiger Team's use of specific materials for specific applications, showing how a roof is constructed and an explanation of the importance of attention to detail. Professional roofers were shown applying layer upon layer of protective materials, with valleys given special attention. When Brian finished his estimate for the roof he presented us with a detailed set of photos and drawings, and leaving out no detail of any aspect of the job gave us the estimate, including all permit costs, taxes, a structural inspection by an independent Engineering company and allowances for a limited amount of extra material if needed. All we needed to do was pick a color for the tile and sign the contract. Two days later, with an actual tile in hand, I signed off and we were good to go. The permit was issued 4/19, and the job was scheduled to begin 5/18. Morning of 5/18 the teardown crew and their dump truck arrived at 8AM and 5 or 6 guys were prying and scraping within 15 minutes. At the same time there were three men covering the 16' x 32' pool with a doubled tarp, two men setting protective coverings over the A/C, pool pump, sprinkler pump and anything else that might require it. The existing gutters were also removed. By 5PM the roof was stripped down to plywood and the crew was finishing up the debris that was on the ground. They used pole mounted magnets to insure no nails were left behind. That included the pool as well. The week following was filled with plywood and truss repairs, felt, 90 # tile underlayment on top of hot mopped asphalt, 3 new 16" galvanized metal J- vents, and the list goes on. Meanwhile, the heavy rains backed up city inspectors who would do four in-progress inspections, which also delayed the roofing progress. The last inspection before the final inspection was made during the tile laying on 5/26. The actual roofing job was completed on 5/26. Nine days, including rain delays, from teardown to completion of all work. Neighbors kept asking how that was possible. They asked why we didn't have bundles of tile sitting on the roof for weeks, so the roof could gradually settle and stop any shifting before they were installed. They were accustomed to having their roofs replaced over a month long period. And that included no returned phone calls about missed appointments. The best answer I could give for the speed and quality is Tiger Team has their own crews that do all the work. Many contractors commonly subcontract their jobs which means they can't be nearly as efficient. Tiger's crews work under Tiger's supervision, each crew receives training in their specialties. Brian, Tiger Team's field rep made promises about staying in touch, personally stopping by and checking progress with each crew's foreman. He promised that Gigi or Christine in Tiger Team's office would call me several times a week to make sure I was happy with the progress. He promised to have any issues rectified immediately, and he promised that when the dust cleared I'd be 100% satisfied. Promises, promises, promises. Well, I gotta say, the man was true to his word. As a matter of fact, the one thing I didn't like was a large piece of 1x10 fascia board which every day showed a split that grew larger. When I mentioned it to Brian he stopped by later in the day, took one look and and simply said, "No problem." The following morning Ray and 'Joshua' showed up with 20' of new, primed fascia. Not only did they replace the cracked piece, they took the time to make minor repairs to the soffit behind it. And then, because Brian had noticed it, they went around to the side of the house and did some 'improvement' work on another soffit. They did professional work, and were likeable guys. Soffit repair is unrelated to the roofing job and was done as a simple courtesy. I certainly recommend Tiger Team Roofing for any roof work, from basic repairs to replacing an entire roof. Gigi and Christine were great to work with. They know their jobs and are always glad to help. Jesus, the field crew supervisor made a point of coming by every day no matter how many other jobs were in progress. I watched Juan run the hot mopping, and I still can't figure out how they did that much work in S.FL summer heat and humidity. Watching them work for a few minutes at a time was enough to send me scuttling back into the house and drink a bottle of water. And Galvino who was the tile master didn't miss a thing. Every tile on the roof is perfectly aligned. No chips, cracks or anything less than perfect. A real talent in a tough line of work. Tiger also chose Federal Engineering & Testing in Pompano Beach to do the tile uplift testing. Adam Smith did individual testing of about 60 tiles in all, to determine they were installed properly and met Miami Dade specs. He was also kind enough to answer some of my unrelated questions about slab construction and weight distribution in residential houses. Brian Botting is Tiger Team. He truly loves his work, always has a ready smile, and knows roofing. He also knows people and is dedicated to 100% satisfaction from his customers. And his word is good as gold.

I had very pleasant encounter with Tiger Team. Brian came out and did the assessment and explained everything of what to expect, what type of materials will be used and told me to expect that some boarding would have to be replaced on some of my flat roofs. He was definitely spot on. On the days of installation, we had some rain roll in. They stayed until the clouds passed to complete the job. The office stayed in contact with me the entire time to give me updates and pictures of what was actually happening. They did a tremendous job. They cleaned up at the end of each day on site. My husband went around and cleaned up some things before the final cleanup guy came two days after the job was complete. All in all I would definitely recommend and use them again if ever needed.

Wow! Other well known roofing companies gave price between $1,500 and $2,000; as an elderly woman, my Tiger Team Roofing estimate was $6,500. Guess they needed someone to help pay off that new Tiger Team truck they drove up in.
