Complete waste of time. Took weeks to get an appointment. When they show up they tell me they don't repair roofs over 20 years old. It's 21 years old. Never bothering with them again.

Excellent. Tiger Team has a large crew and works efficiently. Bryan was very good on the front end explanation and assessment. When we felt there was a communication issue at one point on the job, Bryan was very professional and addressed it. We would hire them again.

They came out and gave me an estimate of work that needed to be done. Scheduled the repair and even did the work without me needing to be home. Great Job! Fair, honest and no surprises!

My wife spoke with Mike on Oct 13th to schedule an estimate. Mike said someone would call us back to set up an appointment. Maybe they are too busy with repairs and re-roofs following the hurricane, but we never got a call back. Based on their rating here and the number of positive reviews I was very hopeful they would have a competitive estimate, but based on the lack of follow-through, i would be very hesitant to use them. I've heard horror stories and seen what neighbors have gone through with roofs taking 3-4 times as long as they should.

They were great. Compared to others they were in the middle of the pack on the price. They really did perform well. I have already referred people.

It was great to received a feedback, an expert and professional concept from Mike, indicating the problem it was not from the roof but from the window or the wall from that room. This despite I showed to him a proposal from another firm with an estimate of 2,400 USD that clearly it won't solve the problem. This is the professionalism needed in this industry. Thanks.

I called Tiger Team Roofing on 9/12/17 and spoke to Rochelle. She was pleasant on the phone and assured me that I would be contacted by someone to schedule an appointment to get an estimate for roof repair. Understanding that Hurricane Irma may have caused a delay, but today is 9/23/17 (11 days later) and I haven't received the courtesy of a return call by anyone from this company. It is very disappointing.

This company was great. We received an estimate the day after we called and the roof was repaired the following week. Excellent job and the tiles matched perfectly.

I usually don't spend time writing a review if I didn't even hire the company but I felt inclined to this time. I had damage to fascia trim on my roof from the recent hurricane. I met with Andy from Tiger Team and his honesty was refreshing. He could have easily sold me on the repair (since I convinced myself already it was needed to be done by a roof company) but instead he was honest and explained that the repair could easily be done by my handy man. I own my own company and take pride in the fact that I perform my business with integrity and its nice to know other companies in South Florida actually do the same!!! CLASS ACT....

Excellent service. Timely & efficient repair pricing. Very organized company, completed the repair within 1 week. Why i called them- have seen them replace roofs in the neighborhood and was impressed with the completion time and how good the roof looks after installation.

Everyone I dealt with at Tiger Team Roofing were professional and a pleasure to talk to from the person who took the call and scheduled the estimator, the estimator and the crew who performed the work. The job was scheduled for the week after I agreed to it. Although heavy rain delayed start by a couple of days, the schedule change was communicated and they did show up on time the day of final schedule. The job was performed while I was at work and completed by the time I got home. I was provided with pictures of the job as it progressed. The final result was excellent. The work survived the ultimate test of Hurricane Irma. I am very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone.

All went perfectly smooth. I called made an appointment for an estimate & the work was executed as agreed to and scheduled. Definitely would use Tiger team service again and recommend. They are very professional.

After my initial call and a week later I called to follow up and I was told an estimatator would call back within 1 week or so, never happened!

Working with Tiger team was the most pleasent experience ever working with a contractor. They always called to let me know where in the process we were. I always recieved same day call backs. The price wasn't the lowest but it came with quality materials, did not ask for money up front. and came with a master installers warrenty from the manufacturer good for 25 yrs.

It took them a couple of hours to repair.

Fantastic - Mike (the COO) was out to our residence within 24 hours and was able to find and repair leaks for a very reasonable price. Guarantees workmanship and timeliness (as long as the weather permits). Left workplace tidy and did a quality job. The secondary recommendation after the repair was done was to replace whole roof as he noted the prior roof was put on using shoddy materials and not done correctly (prior to our purchase of the residence). He warned us that we will have future issues in other areas of the home. Boy was he right - we experienced numerous other leaks with all the heavy rain we have been receiving. He came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate and honest timeframe and a lot of honest information as to what additional costs and timing may be depending on what was found once the original roof was off. He even helped us with finding quality other vendors for gutters, etc. Very trustworthy and honest. The other contractors that quoted us gave us run-arounds on roof-a-side, guarantees that you had to buy-up to, more $$. You can trust Mike and his team. We haven't put the new roof on yet, but his repairs and honesty are enough to go on.

Gary the owner did exactly what he said. He'll fix the leaks that I had for years. It was a very large section of the roof that needed to be replaced because of a previous repair I had done by someone else His men came out on time spent most of the day repairing the roof. With a year warranty. Great work, no problems, nice workers.

I was pleased with their work and they were good. I’ve noticed that since we’ve been having so much rain, I see that there’s another little leak. I’m calling them back for that. I have looked around before I even decided with them. I just don’t go with one person, I look around with people and some more than others. They were very kind, so I liked them. Their customer service is good. They’re going to give you the good advice, they’re not going to make you spend more than what you have to spend. I was like, “Oh, I feel like I need a new roof. I just want to do everything over, I just don’t want to do just a little patch job!” He was like, “No, I’m not going to let you do that!” So, they were not trying to take advantage me because I was a woman. People, because you’re a woman, they try to take advantage. He was not that kind of person. I respect that!

Tiger Team Roofing was extremely professional and very knowledgable. From the initial quote (which I received from Gary-one of the owners) to the weekly phone calls from the office to let us know about the progress of permits etc, Tiger Team roofing was efficient, fast and thourough. Thank you for giving us a "hassle-free" experience and new roof!

Tiger Team Roofing repaired my roof and did an excellent job! We have had it repaired by another roofer and it didn't work. It's been a whole month and no leaks. It also came with a year warranty. Brian was very friendly and very knowledgeable when giving me quote, with an actual picture of my roof and the issue.

Brian from Tiger Team came out and gave me an estimate and a much more reasonable repair option than other quotes I had received. His guys were professional and did an excellent job. Would do business again.

From time I called for an estimate until work was done this company is professional. Brian came to give us the estimate, he provided us with color photos of the area that needed to be repaired along with a reasonable estimate. We had other estimates but didn't have confidence in any other company so we hired Tiger Team on the spot. The work was scheduled, the team showed up on time introduced themselves and went right to work. We couldn't be more pleased and we would definitely recommend Tiger Team to friends and in fact have recommended them.
