I had a great experience with Tiger Team Roofing. They were on time, gave me a great price, quality materials and most of all great customer service. The owner Mike came out for the quote and he took the time to throughly check my roof unlike one of the other companies that just wanted to glance from below and provide me with a quote. Mike answered all of my questions and provided me with suggestions. Oh and Gigi best coordinator ever! She kept me up to date with the progress of my roof. Tiger Team Roofing is the best! I would recommend them to any one looking for a roofing company.

I've been meaning to leave a review since we had the new roof installed but am just getting around to it now. Everything that was promised was done on time. The crew did a good job of keeping the yard clean during the whole process, and the new roof looks great. But, after the new roof was installed and the crew had gone, I was out in my yard and noticed several cracked tiles. I called to let them know and was told someone would be out to have a look and replace any damaged tiles. I was a little disappointed that this went unnoticed by the crew, but eventually it was taken care of before the inspection. Several weeks went by and then one day I noticed a lot of lint on the bathroom floor beneath the exhaust fan. I removed the cover and found the entire exhaust fan caked in what appeared to be dryer lint so I went up into the attic and found that the dryer exhaust venting was no longer attached to the roof vent, and the attic was covered in dryer lint. The bathroom exhaust was routed into the same roof vent, so much of the lint fell back into the bathroom venting. I called Tiger Team and someone came out and used metal tape to try and hold the dryer vent in place near the roof vent. This did not last very long and was very unprofessional. I eventually ended up relocating the dryer vent somewhere else. Also, while up in the attic making the dryer vent discovery, I noticed many of the things I had stored on shelving in the attic were moved or tossed to the floor where plywood had been replaced. More unprofessionalism.

I received quotes from a few other roofers that were lower than TTR’s quote. Based on the reviews from Angie’s List, I signed with TTR in June. Kevin Chaney was a great, not-pushy salesman who I highly recommend. I received weekly communication from Gigi once the permits were in place. There was a little hiccup when the company removed the old roof and laid the underlayment. We had some terrible rain before the hot mop, and we noticed water stains in our ceiling on a Saturday. I left a message with TTR’s answering service that same Saturday, and on Sunday, the owner of the company, Gary Chester, came by and reassured that this was a 1/1000000 incident and he fixed the issue. He also offered to repair the water stain inside the home. Other than that, everything went without a hitch. You get what you pay for and we got the Best!

My moms roof needed minor maintenance according to the roof inspection. He Was on the roof briefly. Didn’t even want to take the time to look at the inspection letter. Took longer time writing up the invoice than inspecting the Roof. Wasn’t the type of service that I was expecting at all according to the reviews

From the signing of the contract through the end of the project this was by far the most pleasant experience I've ever had with any contractor. The quality of work far surpassed my expectations, as well as the remarkable customer service that was provided. I was informed on a weekly basis what would take place and when it would take place. The best part about that was that it actually happened. In fact they finished almost two weeks earlier than expected. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that asks. I am extremely pleased with my new roof.

This company was amazing. They were spot on, on schedule and on time. Andy and Gigi are amazing to work with, their crews were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. The whole process was stress free. The inspections were no problem. Nothing was a problem with these folks. They turned what could have been a very stressful experience and made it seamless and easy. I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation. We've gotten so many compliments on our new roof. Great job Tiger Team!!

These guys are amazing. I would highly recommend them. Extremely responsive and did a great job doing a full tile roof replacement. They are large enough that they have different teams to do each stage of the job. Got the tiles right away and finished the whole job in less than two weeks. The job was high quality and they even sent someone out to power wash my front walk to make sure that I was happy. You can't go wrong with these guys. Call them today!

Mike came out as promised. He and my husband went up on the roof. We agreed to have the repair done. We have since had another problem arise and he took the time to come out and evaluate it even though he didn't think it was the actual roof (ended up being the hurricane windows). He stayed in contact with us via the phone, is very easy to work with. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. WE WILL NEVER CALL ANYONE BUT THEM FOR OUR ROOFING NEEDS.

EXCELLENT. They were highly recommended by a coworker. Brian is great to deal with. He's honest, and doesn't try to over sell. Siliconed our flat roof. Had a leak afterwards, unrelated to their repair work, and they came out immediately and repaired that area as well. Even told us to not pay until we were sure all was well. We had days upon days of heavy rain, and no leaks!! Highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with Tiger Team Roofing. They provided an in depth estimate at a fair price. They were responsive to our every need, and did exactly what they were contracted for. There were no surprises and they were very professional. I would certainly recommend them.

I seldom give straight A's but Tiger Team earned it. South Florida is a nightmare for roofing with the regulations and the demand. My town requires an inspection just to get a permit not to mention the inspections during & after AND roof tiles can't be made fast enough down here. I shopped around and quality was as important as price. I chose for quality & reputation but also lucked out on price. Each step in the process is explained & you know what will happen every step of the way. The work well with all the insurance & mortgage companies & make a major headache much easier. I took Brian's advice & changed the profile of my tile too & it gave my home a much more luxurious look. Most importantly to me was that they tore off & hot mopped on the first waterproof layer (which is under the tile) on day one. Yes, I had 15 men up on my roof & at day's end, I was far from done but I was waterproof & not in need of a tarp or fearful of rain. Shocking, considering that I have a 5000 sq ft roof & had bad joists & lots of wood & fascia to replace. Can't say enough good things re them. Ask for Brian....

From start to end, the whole process went smooth and professionally!

Brian came out to meet with us and give us an estimate. He was up on the roof, walking around looking at everything in person. Answered all our questions and went over all options. Very thorough. Very Honest. Communication: A++ Gigi called weekly to keep us updated on timelines for everything from deliveries to inspections.She called each week even if no new updates were available to keep us posted. Quick to respond with any questions we had. The teams that came out were very professional.They set up protection around the house, covered the pool, & added a tarp over the driveway,They came to do a job and that's what they did. Very quick and thorough. Always cleaned up everything each day. Quality and workmanship is top priority. They go that little extra. They do not contract work out. They do it all within their company. Cost is mid range, but the contract includes more then the other companies. ( extra plywood, fascia boards ect...) I would HIGHLY recommend Tiger Team Roofing.

I can’t even begin to say how well everything went and how extremely happy we are with the work done. I highly recommend this company and would do business with them again!

Tiger Team was very professional and did a great job in repairing my roof and bird stop where a tree landed. They also fixed a few other tiles that were cracked from a previous pressure-cleaning of the roof. They tried to replace the panel of the bird stop that was smashed, but the piece they brought didn't match exactly. So, they were able to straighten out the portion that was smashed, and unless you are right next to the house and know where the damage occurred, you can't tell that the panel was damaged. Since the job didn't require the amount of work that Gary had originally estimated, he was kind enough to deduct some money off of the original price he quoted me. Tiger Team also pointed out an area of wood rot that will be needing attention, and when I am ready to make that repair, I will be calling on Gary and Tiger Team again.

Brian showed up 10 minutes late. In less than 5 minutes told me I needed a new roof. He didn't even get the ladder out. When I asked him what my options were he stated we needed a new roof that would cost approximately $30,000. I had already taken time off of work to meet him and I asked him to measure so that I could get a written quote. He said he would have to come back out in order to do that. he was not prepared to measure??? I waited 3 weeks for this appointment, which I should really call a waste of time. Buyer beware This company is in the business of replacing roofs and does not have time to repair. Buyer beware

It went smoother than I could ever have expected! Mike explained everything and even when I had questions throughout the process, he always answered them. He explained the whole progress, what was needed from me, and he also coordinated with the screen/gutter company to help in the process. The workers were on time, communicated well, and cleaned up everything! I absolutely chose the right company for this. I got quotes from 7 different companies.

I will always call on Mike at Tiger Team Roofing in the future.

It went great, on time, 2 very nice polite gentleman did the work. Very professional, cleaned up and would hire this company again.

I called to have an estimate on a roof repair and Mike came a few days later. I did not have any work done, in fact I couldn't even get an estimate. After a misunderstanding with other owner, Gary, back in October, 2017, which was not even initiated by me, I was told they didn't want this job. In fact, in October a few tiles on my house were replaced at my neighbors request by Tiger Team who was doing work for my neighbor. When they came they start banging on my roof. They never came to my door to say they were here and at that time I had no idea who they were. Even after that incident I 'thought' I wanted to work with the company because I currently have a roof leak and thought they would do a good job but I guess they don't need my business. There's a reason for everything.

I had done roofing in the past but too old now. I had two leaks as well as needed some repair to a flat portion on my roof. I got 4 quotes and while Tiger team was not the lowest (the cheap usually comes out expensive) I felt that their quote was very fair and Mike was very professional through the evaluation process explaining in detail what they intended to do. The crew showed up right on time and was professional and friendly, never talked down to me even when I questioned how they planned on doing the repair and off they went to work. About an hour into the repair of the largest leak I went out to check on them and when I saw a lot of rotted wood in my front yard I knew that there was more hidden damage than expected. I checked on them from time to time and a few hour repair turned into an all day affair due to underlying damage which could not be seen prior. A roof is like a box of chocolates, you don't know what you got until you get into it. At the end the foreman showed me pictures of the process and damage. The largest leak was at the bottom of a valley and they completely replaced everything all of the way up to the peak due to all of the rotted wood to make sure that it was done right and I agreed 100%. He said that it would be a little more than quoted (which I already expected) and Mike would call and we would discuss it. My gut feeling of Mike was that he was an honest and fair person so I was somewhat at ease, but when I spoke to mike only charged for labor and materials on the additional work which was about half of what I expected so I was thrilled. Later that weekend I went up on the roof to check the work and was very impressed by the quality and how thorough they were. I highly recommend Tiger Team Roofing and will use them in the future for any of my roofing needs.

Project went well. Brian came out without me even having to be here to provide quote. Quote was emailed to me the next day. I’ve used them before and went with them. They called me within a week to schedule. I thought I’d have to wait a while since they were very busy but they got me on quick. I was called every morning when something was going to take place and remained aware the entire time of happenings. There was one mishap where a nail punctured my freon line and the job had to be stalled for that repair to be complete. Although this was aggravating, it happens. It’s clear in the contract that Tiger Team isn’t responsible for these repairs. Brian, However, came to my house immediately when the hole was discover by my a/c guys. Brian, the a/c guy and my husband all cane together to come up w a solution to have the ac line fixed all while the tiling didn’t get delayed. They coordinated so the roofer could do what was needed for the ac all while the crew started the tiling at the other side of the house. There were no more hiccups and the rest went smooth.

What an excellent experience. Brian came out to look at the roof and was extremely thorough. He gave us a detailed estimate and was very professional. He showed me pictures of my roof and then showed me the step by step pictures of what was going to occur. Everything he said would be done was completed when he said it would be. I really loved his follow up. The roofers that came out were just as professional and did a beautiful job. I was provided pictures of the process and the the completed job. Beautiful work!They cleaned up as well. I would highly recommend this company.
