When I called Tiger Team, the dispatcher took all of my information and told me that Mike would be calling me directly to schedule an appointment. Not too long after that, Mike called me and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was on time and very friendly. He took a look at the ceiling areas that were a concern to me and then went onto the roof to take a look around. He was honest and told me that there was a single shingle that had come up on the vent ridge that was causing the rain to come into my home. He then told me that he would go ahead and fix it for me for free. This is above and beyond and it meant a lot! I truly appreciate his honesty and will be calling Tiger Team Roofing for all of my future roofing needs.

This is a fabulous company. All companies should run like this. They did everything they promised and more. They contact you regularly and let you know what they are going to do, what you are expected to do, when they are going to show up, etc. I dealt with Brian and Gigi and they are both very professional. I have already recommended this company and I definitely would use them again.

Mike showed up when he said he would, climbed up and walked my whole roof. Thank goodness there was no leak. I will definitely call Tiger Team if and when I need roof work.

Let me start by saying that Tiger Team Roofing is absolutely fantastic. Mike (GM and Co-owner) came to my house to perform a free-estimate roof inspection, including a close look at a possible area of leaking. Mike was incredibly honest. He stated that the roof was in excellent condition, and that some roof tiles need to be repaired or replaced but it would be far cheaper for me to contact a a qualified handyman to do that work. He also felt that the area of concern is not an immediate issue, and that it would be a waste of money to do a repair at this time. Mike explained that if there is a leak it may not even be from the roof but perhaps from the gutters (which admittedly are not pitched correctly). Mike also quickly and gladly responded to two follow up calls. During each conversation, Mike spent a great deal of time with me, providing extensive information and insight so I could make an informed decision. I've never seen such a high level of integrity, honesty and professionalism in all my years. Tiger Team Roofing clearly has great respect for its customers by not taking advantage ---not an easy thing I'm sure given there are so many competitors in this area. Although I won't be doing any roof repairs at this time, I will call only Tiger Team Roofing in the future. And one more compliment - the person who answers the phone is also very impressive. She is very nice, professional, and courteous, and she always tried to be very honest with me (e.g., how long it might take for a call back). I really appreciated that!

I would highly recommend Tiger Team Roofing. This was an amazing experience from beginning to end! Brian, the estimator, provided a detailed estimate and summary of price and services which was all inclusive with the small exception of some additiional lumber which needed to be replaced and included in the price was the most expensive tile as a possible choice. I chose Tiger Team because their estimate was much clearer and easier to understand than the two other roofers I got estimates from. The other roofers had all sorts of add-ons and it was unclear to me just what I would end up paying. Communication was great! Brian and Gigi called as needed (sometimes daily) to update me on the progress. Once the permit was ready, the old roof was taken off in one day with ten workers. They were especially careful of my pool (they covered it), shrubs and trees. The old roof was off in one day and the new tarpaper was on. They used a truck instead of an unsightly dumpster so as not to damage my Chicago brick driveway and it and all the old roof debris were removed the same day. We had a short wait while the city inspected and then the new tarpaper and tarring and then the tile went on over the course of two days. All of the workers were extrememly pleasant and left the property spotless every day they were on the site. Their final price was exactly as predicted and the new roof is beautiful and really transforms the look of my home. Thanks Brian and Gig and the Tiger Team Roofing team for a job well done!

Received several estimates for our roof and fascia replacement. Brian at Tiger Team Roofing was the only individual who took the time to sit down with us and review all of our options and the work to be done. The work was completed in a timely fashion and we are very pleased with the results. The crew did a thorough job cleaning up after the completion of the job. The roof looks great. We would highly recommend Tiger Team Roofing.

Brian came out to give an estimate for roof repairs. Ultimately it turned out the issues were general contractor issues so no work was performed but Brian was very helpful and took time to look at everything and explain everything in detail. He showed up on time, was very pleasant and knowledgeable and genuinely cared to help me resolve the issues even if I was not going to hire them for this job. Good experience. The next time I come across a roof issue I will definitely call them.

We had a leak in our master bathroom and asked Tiger Team to come to the house and check it out. Upon inspection, Brian from Tiger Team strongly recommended re-doing the entire roof, though he did give an option to fix the part of the roof that had the leak. We opted to fix just part of the roof and not re-do the whole roof. But when Tiger Team came to the house to make the fix, they discovered a lot of damage to our 20-year-old roof and said they couldn't fix the one spot. We decided to just go ahead and get the whole roof fixed. At the time we were nervous we got bait-and-switched (meaning they upsold us on doing the whole roof without us knowing just what kind of shape our roof was in) but as we soon learned they were serious about the shape of our roof. After finalizing the terms of the deal with Brian (at a price that was lower than his initial assessment), Tiger Team secured the permit (we helped get it through our association) and began work on the house about three weeks later. The job was done in a week's time and was done like clockwork. We had a ton of broken tiles on our roof and a lot of rotted wood that needed replacing. When we saw the shape of our roof we were really glad we decided to get it re-done. But the process was relatively quick and Tiger Team made it easy to pay in four installments over the course of the project. Our roof is guaranteed for 10 years. We especially wanted to point out Gigi, a woman who basically ran the operation from the Tiger Team office. Gigi helped us every step of the way, calling us daily and keeping us posted on what was happening and what was going to happen. She was invaluable in getting everyone organized and made us feel great about our roof re-do. I wish every business we worked with had a person like Gigi working for them. Our new roof is up to hurricane code and if there are any problems we know we could call Brian and his crew would come back and fix it. We weren't planning to spend a lot of money on our roof this year but at least we got it out of the way. Giving the job to Tiger Team was the smartest decision we made.

I am very pleased with the entire experience that we had with Tiger Team Roofing. From the initial estimate to the finished repairs, the Tiger Team was fair, professional, reliable, punctual, skilled, and customer service driven. The repairs were done as scheudled and the quality of repairs was outstanding. The customer communication and follow up is outstanding and is equally as impressive as the quliaty of the repair. I do have an additional area to be repaired and I wll be cetain to have Tiger Team complete those repairs as well. My eperience wtih Tiger Team was great because of the winning combinaton of professionalism, skill and customer service.

I recently purchased a new home. During the inspection (by another company), I was advised that I had numerous broken and/or missing tiles and that the roof needed replaced. I was unable to find any of this damage myself and became suspicious so I called Brian Botting from Tiger Team to come out and take a look. He confirmed my suspicions and advised me that my roof still had at least five years of life to it. I really appreciated Brian taking the time to come out and meet with me. He was prompt and professional. He did not try to take advantage of me by selling me a new roof when my current roof is still holding up. I will definitely call on him again when needed.

From the start the entire experience was great. Brian came and gave me the original estimate and was very thorough explaining the process and ensuring that all aspects of the job were included in the original quote. Once the contract was signed Gigi kept me updated every week with the progress. The date for the job to be completed was met and the crew that came out to do the job were very professional and made sure that once they left the area was cleaned and just as it was before they came. The roof came out fantastic and I am very happy with the outcome and every step along the way. A big thanks to Brian, Gig, and the entire team!!

I'm very happy with the work done by Tiger Team roofing. Last year I hired Paletz Roofing to do this repair. They spent 20 minutes on my roof and charged me $600 to put a dab of putty on a hole in the sheathing (never use Paletz). Tiger Team came out and we complete professionals from quote through completion. They did a thorough analysis of the problem, explained it to us and showed us pictures. There quote was detailed. They showed up as scheduled and did everything they said they were going to do. The job looks great and I feel like the problem was really fixed this time instead of just putting a Band-Aid on it. I received another quote for comparable work but Tiger Team's price was better by about 15%. I'm very pleased with this provider and strongly recommend them. They did what they said they would, when they said they would and at a competitive price.

I could not be more impressed with Tiger Team! Two years ago we had a leak and they came out to fix it. They did not try to sell us a new roof at that time because he (Gary) said the roof would hold up a little longer. When we had a different leak this year, I called Gary again and this time he said the repair we needed would cost too much in the scheme of things and we'd be better off getting a new roof. (It was a roof meant to last 20 years that lasted 25 -- so we can't complain...) Gary carefully explained everything that would happen, what all the costs would be (and also possible extra costs for wood, if they uncovered problems) and what the schedule would be (provided the weather would cooperate). Gigi, from the office, calls every Friday until the project is done...just to keep the customer informed. I really like that; she also called as warranted during the job. What a hard-working bunch of guys that showed up at our house! They did their job and cleaned up after themselves. I'll bet there were at least ten guys here that first day - and when they left after working about 12 hours -- there was not a can or bottle or any mess to be found! They did a good job of cleaning up the old roofing materials. I did very minimal pickup the week after they left. Everything went according to the schedule they set up (except for a little rain...). We so appreciate a business who follows through with what they said they would do. Our roof looks beautiful! I feel confident and happy to give a good rating to Tiger Team! I wish more companies in South Florida were like them!!

Tiger Team Roofing was very responsive contacting me within 24-hours of me sending them an email. Gigi who called was polite and very professional. Mike arranged to come to my home and he was so very courteous on the phone, arrived at my home at the appointed time and was extremely honest with me. He explained what I needed was not worth paying "roofer" rates for and made several helpful suggestions. In a time when most companies try to over sell the consumer and lead them on Mike and the team at Tiger Team Roofing were so refreshingly the opposite. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done.

I was highly impressed with their [ricardo and Rito] ability to do the job that was asked and they also did a excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. Brian is a very competent and timely manager. If he says he's going to get it done, it gets done. And the roofers are prompt, timely, and courteous. If you need roofing done and want to know it will be done well, these guys are great!

Researched on Angie's List, and felt that 240 positive results was a good indication that this provider was a good choice. Well, I was not disappointed. A+ from initial contact to job completion.

My experience with Tiger Team Roofing was very good. Our salesman Brian was polite, professional, prompt. Both Brian and the office manager were fantastic communicators- calls/e-mails/texts were responded to quickly. The team of roofers who did the tear off, wood work and tile installation were hardworking, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Our price quote was reasonable. We had some issues with the supplier shipping the correct skylights. This did cause delays and a headache but it was not the fault of Tiger Team. Brian worked hard to keep me happy. This is the only reason my overall rating was not an 'A'. I've already recommend Tiger Team to a coworker who selected them as well.

I signed the contract with Gary on 6/23/14 with the mutual agreement that payment in full would be due upon completion. Gary advised me that his manager, Gigi would call me every Friday with updates and to answer any and all pertinent questions regarding work. I was told they would begin within 3-4 weeks, and that entire procedure would take 3 business days, weather permitting. That Friday, Gigi called me as agreed just to touch base and eased my mind with her calm reassuring pleasant demeanor. Each subsequent Friday, Gigi called with updates advising me they applied for appropriate permits, and eventually when work would begin (Monday 7/28/14) and continued to be the conduit between me and the company addressing all snafus as they came up, and quickly resolving each competently and professionally. She deftly handled all communications with a reassuring smile (I could hear it!), right up until 8/1/2014 when roof passed final inspection. Gary came by the following week to collect payment due which came out to only $400 more than minimum quoted and that was due to not knowing how bad lumber was under old shingles after 20 years of South Florida Thunderstorms. He was as pleasant as usual and answered any last questions I had with patience and an understanding smile. I was quite satisfied and have actually gotten many compliments by neighbors to whom I most emphatically recommend Tiger Team Roofing. This was a major undertaking for me and I couldn't be happier with the results?.I strongly recommend them to anyone and suggest not putting off something as important as the roof over your head.

I found a roof leak above my garage and called a total of four roofing companies for estimates. Tiger team showed up the next day working around my schedule to fit me in as soon as possible. Brian was great knew exactly where it was coming from and gave me a written estimate on the spot with a photo of my roof he just took in color with the area circled and a detailed list of what was to be done. I went with Tiger Team because of the reviews on angies list along with there A rating on the BBB. He scheduled me for about a week out then called me two days later to fit me in because he got an opening. Ray showed up to do the work and was very respectful of my home treating it as if it were his own. Ray even stayed to about 7pm in the evening to make sure he got it all finished that day. Great company great customer service paid a little bit more than two other quotes but was still a good deal and well worth it going with such a reputable company!
