It worked out great! He offered to evaluate all of our estimates from two other companies. He is very detailed.

I contacted this company for an estimate for repair of a roof leak. They were reasonably responsive, calling me back within a couple of days, and showing up to examine the roof and attic shortly thereafter. Brian was very courteous, but I got the distinct impression that he did not want to repair this roof, but rather replace it. Long story short, he kept pursuing the fact that the roof was nearing the end of it's life , and should be replaced. He provided a repair estimate that was 55% higher than the next highest bid and 300% higher than the lowest bid. All three bidders were Angies List "A" rated by dozens of members. Brian's description of the work to be done appeared to be the most comprehensive, but probably overkill in view of the nature of the area to be repaired ("field repair, no flashing needed"). The "Approx Cost" is the bid offered, I did not use this company for the repairs only because they were not price-competitive.

With ratings this high, they had to be really good or good at gaming the ratings. These people are REALLY good. Brian gave me a quote which was not much higher than I had spent on another roof two years ago. That job was MUCH simpler. The quote included an "allowance" for replacing decking. I knew it would be more. I was a "high maintenance" customer. The home owner lives in Massachusetts and the house is in a HOA. Lots of back and forth with documents. Gigi of their office could not have been friendlier or more patient. They arrived at 8:15 on the day scheduled. I arrived at 9:45 to find 10 people in orange shirts on the roof, and four trucks parked outside. It is an over 55 community, so we had the attention of lots of neighbors. They had the whole thing off and a LOT of carpentry done that day. The whole roof was finished the next day. There was a soffit they could not fix, but they handled a third party to come and fix it. They did not want any money until the job was finished. The cost for additional decking was about a third of what I had expected it to be. Brian and I were having trouble with our schedules to meet so that I could pay them. I went to their office. Gigi is even nicer in person than she is on the phone. Service experiences don't get any better than this!

With surgical precision! We had a weekly update as to how our project was progressing. We were given an install date with plenty of notice to make sure it worked with our schedule. Began the project on a Monday at 8:30 am and completed the project at 5 pm on that Friday. 5 business days! We were amazed and delighted. Pool and landscaping we protected with tarps. Work site was very clean at the end of each work day. There monster crew worked in perfect harmony. Highly recommend Tiger Team Roofing. A world class company. I would be happy to be a reference. Repaired balcony roof leak. I also previously used them to fix a main roof leak and they replaced an aluminum bathroom vent and sealed to fix the leak. Both jobs were done well. They worked with me to schedule the roof leak repair in the afternoon rather than the morning, since my schedule required this time frame. They are very professional and do good work. Would use them again and recommend to all. Although my mailing address is Pompano Beach, I am in Parkland so would recommend to all in Parkland also.

It went very well. I was very happy because Gigi followed up with on a regular basis.

TIGER TEAM ROOFING IS THE BEST!!! I would not let anyone else touch my roof. The manager came to take a look as agreed, within 30 minutes I had a written detailed professional proposal with price. Within a few days a team came on time as scheduled with 4 roofers and 2 trucks. They were very professional and polite. They did a great job and went the extra mile by painting/sealing a section of the wall around the actual roof work. Everything was completed in one day. After they finished, they cleaned up our drive way and removed all the debris and garbage. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE THEM! Thank you Team Tiger!

Only time will tell how the coating holds up, but this company, and Gary, in particular, is a delight to deal with. He took the time to answer my many questions, most of which I'd done research on and already knew the answers to. But everything he told me was exactly what I'd heard from the Gaco dealer. Tiger Team was less expensive than another top named roofer for the same service. Showed up when promised, did work professionally and were extremely responsive and professional throughout. I highly recommend them for their honesty and professionalism.

I hired another roofer to do the job for half the cost he quoted. and work was done timely and passed the reinspection.

I secured 3 roof repair quotes in January of 2015 from 3 different Angie's List companies. Tiger Team came out inspected the damaged area & provided a written quote along with the others. Their price was approximately $150-300 less than the other 2 companies offering the same service. All 3 were highly rated, so I choose Tiger Team. The repair was to remove the shingles, replace bad decking as needed, clean, prime & reseal the metal wall flashing, install base sheet, & install new shingles to the repaired area. The workers came out as promised, but left after approximately 20 minutes without saying anything. The General Manager called me a little later to state that the workers ("two of his best") could not "remove the old shingles without causing more damage." I did not understand why they could not remove them, as they were going to be replaced anyway as per the quote. So rather than argue with the General Manager, I simply chose the other company. The General Manager of Tiger Team did offer to provide me with an estimate to replace the entire roof, but I felt that this was not needed as the other companies looked at the other parts of the roof & they were OK. They did provide me with a quote as per my request a few days later. The other company came out, had no problem removing the shingles, & did the repair with no problem in a few hours. My conclusion is that Tiger Team underbid the job initially & then chose not to do the repair.

Brian came out to give a quote for fixing roof tiles. He also pointed out that my flat roof had no life left. He took pictures of everything, which is helpful if you don't want to climb a ladder. His suggestion was to re-granulate and seal to further extend the life of my roof before it has to be completely replaced. The work that was done was more affordable and allows me to save up for the big cost of replacement. Brian was professional and helpful. The workers sent to do the job were professional and took great measures to make sure they cleaned up their mess and to rinse off my patio and plants from debris. Would recommend Tiger Team Roofing based on my experience.

Tiger Team Roofing is by far the absolute best company that I have ever worked with. T-I-G-E-R? Talk about a company that is Trustworthy and Thorough. The owner?s Integrity was Impeccable, so refreshing in today?s world of greed and self-interests. This Great, Grade ?A? company Exceeded all my Expectations. Their Responsiveness and Reliability are no doubt part of their Recipe for success. Brian, the project manager, impressed me from our very first meeting. He was not a pushy sales person, but friendly, polite and professional. He was sincere and always attentive and available. Any questions or concerns were given prompt consideration and attention. When we discovered additional water damage to a wall, Tiger was very accommodating in allowing the extra repair work to be scheduled amidst the re-roofing. The thoroughness and proficient TEAM of this company included daily and weekly calls as needed from Gigi, their amazingly competent and knowledgeable office manager. It was never a mystery about what was expected or what was happening next. Throughout the job, as I found multiple opportunities to observe and document (with pictures), all Tiger Team?s workers were extremely cooperative and helpful. As if all of their personnel were not amazing enough, then I had the pleasure of doing business with the actual owner, Gary. His sincerity and integrity was beyond refreshing. On one of my occasions to check out the progress of the job, I ?caught? Gary commenting to the hired construction team about how he ?wanted it done right, no shortcuts!? He did not know I was listening in at that moment. Additionally, when there was another problem of a rut made in a neighbor?s yard that was definitely from another company?s truck, Gary absolutely insisted on paying for the repair of the grass. He wanted all involved to know that Tiger Team was a responsible company. That they were! I consider Tiger Team to be a premier example of an ethical company committed to excellence! Tiger?s pricing was not the least of the three bids I took, but they were not the most expensive. Most people do not feel great when they have to write out such big checks. I can say that I was more than happy with not only the value I received for my payment, but also equally important to me, for whom I was making the check out to. Their business model should be the example for any company who truly wants to hear repeated Customer Satisfaction success stories!

There were two areas that needed repaired. They did a fantastic job.

Very punctual and professional. Usually roofers are SOOO hard to get ahold of, but they got in touch with us within 2 days (over a holiday weekend) and came out right away to take a look. Ultimately it didn't look like a leak, but I appreciate their time and their honesty in assessing the roof. I'll definitely use them in the future should issues arrive.

After calling four different roofers I decided on using Tiger Team Roofing. Prices were close for all of them, the difference was the professionalism of Gary and GiGi. Of course I checked all the reviews and met them all for estimates. Sometimes you just have a feeling that you like one company more than another. Well this time I was so right. Gary is just a really nice guy and not the typical roofer. He is also the owner! He always made me feel that he would do whatever he could to make me happy and get the job done right. His crew was very professional and friendly. Whenever I needed to know what was going on GiGi would call, sometimes before I got a chance to, telling me the next step and timeline. At one point I thought the work being done caused a plumbing problem...before I got it checked out Gary was willing to pay for it if it was his fault. Amazing! This is the kind of work ethic he has. As it turned out his company's work DID NOT cause the problem. My roof now is finished and looks so great. WOULD RECOMMEND them to anyone. From day one it was a pleasure working with Tiger Team Roofing.

The professionalism between Brian Botting, the office staff, and the workers were outstanding. They kept me in the loop of their scheduling and everything was done on time without an issue. The repaired areas blend in with the rest of the roof perfectly. Tiger Team roofing came highly recommended to me by a coworker and a friend of a friend. And with those to independent recommendations I figured I could not go wrong, and I didn't. I would not hesitate recommend them and to use them again if needed. If I could give scores higher than "A" I would.

From initial contact with Gary to the completion of the job, every contact was professional and timely. The roofers actually showed up significantly earlier than expected to begin their work and worked until very late in the day the first day. The workers were friendly and courteous and seemed to know what they were doing. Photos were taken of the work from the roof as it was being repaired so I had a good visual report since I didn't really want to climb up on my roof. I always filter Angies List reviews by "services provided" since in my opinion, reviews without services provided hold little merit as to the quality of work. I was thinking about using another provider who was nominally cheaper, but after doing my review filter on this company, nearly 100% of reviews were A so I went with them. I use AL extensively and I have seen that very infrequently. My experience with them was congruent with previous positive reviews.

The owner (Gary) showed up on time and examined the roof and then told me that the job was too complicated. They don't like doing roofs where their guys have to walk the debris to the truck; they want to park the truck under the roof because it's "easier". Gary then proceeded to tell me that my house has "custom" flashing and that it would be too hard for his team to do. My house does NOT have custom flashing, verified by the 5 other roofing companies that have provided estimates. I was then told by Gary that my skylights are also custom sized, which they are NOT; also verified by the other roofing companies. It's amazing that in my development, there are tons of other houses just like mine, with the same type of roof, that have had zero issues having their roofs replaced. Yet "the Tiger Team", is incapable of performing the same type of job. I really wanted to like the Tiger Team given their excellent reviews on Angie's list, but I would caution anyone about doing business with them.

We are very impressed with Brian Botting from tiger team roofing. We had another company do work on our roof. We were not happy with the company, the man that came out told us nothing about the repair or explain anything to us, and we didn't feel right about the repair. We were very worried. So we called tiger team roofing, even though they didn't do the repair they took the time to explain things to us. What a great company to come out and explain things that the other company should have explained to us . We also wanted to know from tiger if we need some more work done on the fascia, he was very honest and said no. We will be using tiger team roofing in the future. Thanks again Brian Botting for putting our mind a ease!!!!

Tiger Team Roofing was incredibly professional from the very first call for an estimate, to the estimate, to the actual repair. The price was fair and the work well done. The roofers were pleasant and we wouldn't consider calling any other roofer for any repairs in the future.

Gary, one of the owners, was very involved with the project of installing my new roof. he always came to check and make sure I was happy and that everything was going on schedule. They have amazing customer service and kept me informed the whole time as to the progress. The work they did was beautiful, better than I could have imagined. I was updated once a week during the reroof, until the final inspection was complete. The whole job took a little over a week, which was excellent for a brand new tile roof. Thank you for your wonderful work and great customer service. Would love to recommend this company for anyone needing a new roof.

They fixed it. They were wonderful. They were there when they said they would be there and the roof doesn't leak any more. Their price was right.
