Fantastic to work with, great value, incredibly professional. Everything you read about Tiger Team, Brian, Gigi and the crew are spot on. They will be our choice for any repairs or roofing needs. Brian's quote was very competitive, thorough and more inclusive than the other quotes we received. We also liked the fact that they don't subcontract the work out. It was their trucks, their crew managers, etc. His presentation was very informative and really helpful for someone that recently bought their first home... and first roof. Oh and the 10-year warranty (transferable) was a nice kicker. The work happened over several days with inspections layered in between the big steps. On the first day (when they remove the roof), they cleaned up everything really well. After they left, you really couldn't tell they had 18 guys there that ripped off the whole roof earlier that day. The tile came on a few days later and it looks really clean and well-done. There were no inspection delays, permit issues or other drama with the replacement. A home inspector came to update our Four Point shortly after it was completed and he commented "you can tell they did a really good job". A roof is a big ticket expense... Sure, it may be just tile, tar and felt paper but Tiger Team really made the process painless. Perfect service and they were really responsive. I wish every contractor valued their customers the way Brian and Gigi do... it certainly takes the "sting" out of the cost! Will be in touch in 2045 when its time to replace the roof again :)

They responded very quickly to have Brian Botting come out to assess the damage. He took careful pictures and fully explained the repairs needed to all three layers of the roof, vice just slapping down new tiles. His crew arrived promptly the following Monday and performed all the repairs as promised. They cleaned up very well. I will definitely be recommending them and using them again.

We had a huge rain, wind storm and when I went home there was a leak above my window which was a problem before and at the time the roofing company that I had came out and fixed it but then it happened again. I searched on Angie's List and got three quotes from three different companies. I chose Tiger Team Roofing to come out and repair my leak. The other two companies basically told me what was wrong before they even went on top of the roof. They did not stay long but Brian from Tiger Team Roofing spoke to me first and acknowledged my issue, he then went on top of the roof and inspected carefully caring of my tiles. He told me it was the return where the other two companies stated it was my Valley. I went with Tiger Team Roofing because I felt they were more honest and they seemed to care about the issue I was having and not looking for just a number. Brian was very professional,knowledgeable and very honest. He showed me what his guys were going to do to solve the problem where the leak was on my roof. He was very patient. I am glad I chose Tiger Team Roofing because I have not had a problem since they repaired the leak.. The workers are knowledgeable and do a great job. Brian tells you every step they are taking to keep you up to date. They are on time and have respect for your home as they clean up after themselves. Brian and his team do a great job. I say 200% Tiger Team is the Best Roofing company I have worked with and I have worked with a lot of companies with the business I am in. If you want a reliable and honest company that does an excellent job of work pick Tiger Team Roofing.

I called Tiger Team out to get an estimate for our flat roof. Brian showed up at the appointed time and gave us two options for the roof. Before he left the property he had given us a written estimate for both jobs. After telling them that we were going to use them I was in constant with Gigi who does the scheduling. She called at each step of the entire process. The day before the start date Brian showed up with the foreman of the job going over exactly what Brian had promised. They showed up at the appointed time and completed job. I will continue using this company for any of my roof needs.

Every step of the re-roofing process was easy with them. From the scheduling through to the end of the job, they were professional and responsive. Brian was the gentleman who coordinated our roof. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel bad for asking lots of questions. And he came back more than once because initially, we thought we would just repair and got serious after about re-roofing so there were many more questions. He spent a great deal of time and detail and, again, never acted put upon for doing it. Gigi is also excellent. She calls just about every week, unprompted, to update the entire process. They kept on schedule, the men who worked were nice and didn't create a mess as you hear about with some other companies. We are happy with the results. There were a couple minor issues along the way, but again, this is a very professional company. They took care of everything readily. Easily. No issues at all as you hear about with some horror stories. We met with a lot of top local companies, but settled on TT because Brian seemed the most knowledgeable, the reviews here, and let's face it, sometimes you just go with your gut. He seemed trustworthy and so did the company's reviews, and they were. Of course, time will be the judge of how good the roof is and potentially the warranty. However, up until now, we wholeheartedly recommend them without hesitation.

Extremely well. Brian Botting comes over to look at the roof -- up on the roof -- and is very knowlligble about the roofing process. One of the other two roofers basically phoned it in, said he'd come by to look at it -- but probably just looked at the roof diagrams you can buy somewhere and never showed up. Brian has a very thorough iPad series of photos that shows you exactly what is going to happen (another roofer came with a set of photos, but just for a repair as his office did not tell him I wanted a replacement -- not a confidence builder). They were able to start weeks earlier than originally estimated and finished today 8-20-15 -- ahead of the first possible hurricane building out off the coast of Africa right now. Another thing I liked about the company is that Brian suggested that I'd really want to be there on day one so I could see what things looked like when they got the old roof off. That was a good thing, because I asked them to replace more wood than they may have otherwise. I figured it may not be open to be replaced for another 40 years (any luck at all), so I told them to replace anything that was even questionable....blackened a bit from moisture, any signs of wood boring insects, etc. They showed up with a LOT of guys on day one and got the entire old roof off and all the lumber replaced -- and it was a lot of lumber on my 44 year old roof. They showed up every day after that and had the roof completed in basically 5 calendar days. The infamous Gigi, whom I'd read of when I researched the company on Angie's list, was indeed delightful to work with. Her excellent customer service orientation even extended to the company they employ as an answering service. I'd thought I was speaking to an employee, and told Gigi what a great job she did getting the message verified etc., but Gigi said it was an answering service and that she'd spent a lot of time finding a company of that caliber. Also, when you do your roof you'll get these scary letters from your city and maybe a company who supplies materials to Tiger Team telling you you're going to want to get lien release letters for each payment or they'll make you pay twice if they don't get paid. No problem, Gigi and Brian had the letters delivered to me by their staff the next day. Even after it was done, I went up on the roof with Brian and asked him to replace a couple of tiles that weren't sitting as flat as the rest -- again no problem. He had guys there replacing them flatter the next day. All in all this is one of those rare companies who actually seem to really want to get it right -- and will make sure you're satisfied with the result. I heartily recommend them if you need a roof.

Mike from Tiger Team and the employees that worked on our roof are first class. We had a leak in our Master Bedroom that was right over my husbands head. Mike came out saw the spot, checked our roof and the Team was here two days later. It has of course, not rained since the job was completed - we are certainly looking forward to our first storm. Everything went as planned. The flat portion of the roof had been leaking for a while so I knew there was going to be some repair of rotted wood. There were no events and the price was very competitive. It's been over a year since they finished and I haven't had any problems. Replacing the roof is a major expense and it's the reason I joined Angies List. I spent about 4 hours going threw the pricing and the reviews. I picked 3 to get quotes on and Tiger Team was the lowest.

I sheduled a free roof estimate online through the Angies List message board. I received a prompt message back requesting a phone number. A young lady called me to ask preliminary questions about the roof. She scheduled an appointment for a day or two later. On day of the estimate I received a message saying the technician had a wrong number and couldnt reach me. Even though I had been contacted by phone a few days earlier I typed back a message with my phone number again. Mike, the general manager , called to say he was in the area and if he could swing by to look at the job. When he arrived he said he was sorry but couldn't do the job because they no longer did attached townhomes like mine. When I told him my next door neighbor had his roof repaired by them a week ago and another neighbor recently he apologized and said they shouldnt have been done. He said he had been on vacation and would talk to his staff about doing this kind of job. After telling him my unease with his company he suggested he would go up on roof anyway and would do whatever to please me as he didn't want a bad review. At this point I was totally turned off and politely refused. He called me about 10 minutes later apologizing that HE had made a mistake. The office had explained my complex had firewalls between units and work could be performed. He suggested he would come back or someone else would come back if I preferred. I said thanks and said I would think about it. While I appreciate the offer to make amends my trust had been compromised and I've learned to trust my instincts. I called other Angies List roofers with great reviews and was satisfied.

We just bought a new house and the inspector told us that the roof needed 1k in repairs and had 2 small leaks. I called Tiger Team for a look and a second opinion. They came out and took me on the roof to show me what he noticed. I was told the nail they said was up looked like it was already fixed and the siding next to the house that the inspector told me is a problem he showed me it looked fine. They are very informative and if I have a problem with my roof anytime in the future Tiger Team Roofing Inc will be the first people I call.

There was not a single thing Tiger Team Roofing could have done to make the experience better. Imagine a roofer that calls you weekly prior the work to let you know how everything is progressing. Imagine a roofer that coordinates with other contractors without you having to make a dozen phone calls. Imagine a roofer that provides white glove treatment from the moment you call them for an estimate to the moment that the work is finish. Gigi in the office Is wonderful and Gary delivers on his commitments. I could not have picked a better roofer, and neither can you. Now for details. They showed up on time for the estimate. Provided a full assessment of the condition ot the existing roof. Other roofers which I also asked for estimates were J&K, Johnson and City Roofing, all excellent roofers with great reputations. And all of them were very impressive but Gary just stood out from the crowd. His explanation of the options was beyond anything done by the others. The quote was not the best of the group but neither was the worst. The details of what was going to be done was so superior to what the others had provided that I had confidence that the small difference in cost was worth it. After that, Gigi provide weekly phone calls to update me on the status. I knew when they had pulled the permit, I knew that they had coordinated with the plumber. I know the target date for the job and as the date grew closer knew the dates of material delivery, the date the job was to start and the dates my driveway would be occupies. It's hard to believe that this could have been any better. The actual job started on time and completed on time. During the job I received a twice daily calls from Gigi letting me know what was going to happen that day and at the end of the day what had been accomplished. Oh, and the roof looks great. Tiger Team Roofing was an exceptional find and I would recommend them to anyone.

They were very fast to respond, come out and quote, and then perform the repair work. The guys were very friendly and did a great job. A few big rainstorms have come since the leak was repaired and I haven't had any more issues so it's been a huge relief. I have another section in my roof that was leaking intermittently that I'll be having Tiger Team come to repair. These guys are great!

This was a big project that was executed very quickly. Brian at the tiger team was very helpful in getting the paperwork started and visited several times during the installation to make sure I was satisfied. Jesus was under a lot of pressure because of the rain and a lot of extra plywood to be replaced. However Jesus and his team were able to complete the job despite all the challenges that presented. The installation was done exactly as presented and the project completed in 7 days. The staff was friendly and always prompt. I am writing this review to thank everyone for their hard work, and commitment to fix my home. Myself and my family are all very grateful for what you have done.

Brian knew the issue as soon as I told him my roof was leaking into my garage ceiling. After getting a few other estimates, we decided we were most comfortable going with Tiger Team for our roof repair. The entire process was painless and the workers were not only professional, but they took the time to explain the issue and provide updates until the job was complete. The cleaned up completely and when you pull up to the house you can't even tell where the repair was made. I will use Tiger Team in the future for any roofing needs. A+++

Brian Botting was a pleasure to work with, and he and Gigi Calderon provided frequent and timely updates as to project's scheduling. Crews were extremely hard-working, and great care was taken to keep yard, driveway/walkway, patio & pool covered, safe and clean. Cost includes the retrofit of four skylights in roof by subcontractor (who also provided excellent service).

It recently became apparent that there was an area of rotting wood on one of the underlying plywood sheets of my roof. The leading edge of the involved plywood sheet was clearly visible, but it was difficult to determine the extent of the damage beyond what was visible. Because of a highly favorable recent report in my community regarding Tiger Team Roofing and because of their stellar reviews on Angie's List, I decided to give them a call on July 8, 2015. I spoke to Evelyn, who was absolutely delightful and highly professional. She arranged for the owner, Gary Chester, to make a site visit for the following morning between 8:30 and 9:00. Gary appeared punctually at 8:30 on the morning of July 9th. He made an immediate fine impression. He surveyed the area of concern and inspected my entire roof from above and below as well. He explained in fine detail what he found and what he thought would be required to repair my problem. He was patient with my questions and took his time to answer them thoroughly. At no time did I feel that he was trying to rush through this meeting. He gave me a price of $1381.00 for the repair. He indicated if I called him later in the day, he could actually send a crew the following morning (July 9, 2015) to start and finish the repair in one day's time. After he left my home, I was left with the impression that Gary was friendly, very honest, and highly professional. Subsequently later that afternoon, I called Gary. After he reassured me that the price was all inclusive for all that needed to be replaced and repaired, not knowing what might be hidden under the shingles, and that any material that was even in the slightest of question as to its integrity would be completely replaced, I gave him the "green light" to proceed with the project. At 8:30 the following morning (July 9th) a Tiger Team Roofing repair technician by the name of Ricardo appeared. He too made a superb initial impression. After a few minutes of introduction and explanation as to how he planned to do the repair Ricardo quickly set to work. During the course of the day Ricardo invited me to inspect what he was doing and view his progress. He too explained in detail the evolution of the repair. He also noted that he would be laying a type of plastic sheeting that would make this area impervious to any future similar problems. I was struck by Ricardo's attention to fine detail as well as his friendly and highly professional demeanor. Except for an brief lunch break Ricardo worked nonstop until the job was completed (in 90+ degree weather!!!). By 5:00 P.M. my roof was full repaired. Every scrap of debris was removed leaving my property "whistle clean." The finished repair was outstanding!!! The attention to detail was quite apparent. It is highly unlikely that this area of roof will ever again be a problem or issue. It is refreshing to see that in this day and age of mediocre work that there is a company and its employees who still adhere to an old fashioned work ethic as well as giving the customer value for their hard earned dollar. Needless to say, I am most impressed with Tiger Team Roofing, and I am glad that I called them for my roof repair project. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend. Mike was awesome. I have some cracked tiles and some splits in my fascia, and instead of trying to sell me something, he explained that I could save money doing the work myself. He told me exactly what to buy and how to apply it. This was great because the job was so small and not worth the minimum he has to charge to make a job worth it. I appreciate his honesty, because he could have just tried to take advantage and make some money off of me. Also, he shared as much knowledge as he could with me about roofs (as he could tell we are new homeowners). He was very happy to answer all of our roof related questions. If I ever have a roofing issue that I can't take care of myself I will definitely hire this company as Mike's character is proof that they are a genuine company who wants happy customers.

We had a roof leak occur just 2 months after having our roof repaired for leaks by another company. I was concerned and hesitant to call the original roofing company back, and wanted another company to assess our new leak. I called Tiger Team, and Brian called back the same day. We scheduled a time to meet, and he showed up as scheduled. After assessing the leak and prior repairs done by the other company, he assured me that the work the other company had done looked good, and that things like this can happen and to call the other company as it should be covered under warranty. He explained it wasn't necessarily a red flag that the other company shouldn't be trusted. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I have call into the other roofing company to come back to correct the repair, but should I have any problems with that, Tiger Team will be the company I call. I will also use them for any future problems. It is a challenge to find honest, competent and professional companies in south Florida, but Tiger Team is one of the few.

I chose Tiger Team Roofing based on the reviews on Angie's List and I am glad I did. Gary, the owner, came out and gave me an estimate. He was prompt for the appointment and he was professional and knowledgeable. Living in South Florida, I had read a lot of pros and cons about various roof systems and he was able to answer all my questions. I had three estimates and Tiger Team was very competitive. Once I signed the contract for work, Gigi called me every week with updates as to the progress of my permits and schedule. Gigi is absolutely lovely and I enjoyed speaking with her, now that my roof is done, I will miss her calls. On the day the roof was scheduled to be done, the crew showed up early in the morning ready to work. The original proposal was about $900 less but due to extensive rotted wood, the invoice went up. I was aware that I had a good deal of rotted wood but it was not evident just how much until the roof cover started to come off. Tiger Team was ready with the supplies so there was no disruption and my roof was completed in one day. The crew left my property clean of debris and nails and the workers were friendly and happy to answer any questions my husband had. As to the specifics, I had a four layer modified bitumen roof installed with hot tar. One thing that really stood out with me is the fact that no payment of any kind was requested until after the new roof was complete and the final given by the City. I will gladly recommend Tiger Team to anyone looking for a new roof or repair!

What a pleasure it was dealing with Garyat Tiger Team Roofing. This company is tops from start to finish.. After getting 3 estimates I felt the most comfortable with Gary for his knowledge. Also they are confident in their work and asked for no money up front. How unreal is that. They said it would be a 4 to 6 week wait depending on the weather but they would call me every week. True ro his word Gigi called me every Friday to let me know exactly what waz happening from filing for permit, when materials would be delivered what work would happen on what day and when inspector would be out. His team is very impressive. When it looked like rain his men kicked it into high gear and got all the felt sheeting done. His men were great. They were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Gary came every time they were here to check everything and make sure I was happy. After final inspection Gary waited a week to pick up check and make sure I was satisfied with completed roof. This ompany and Gary have integrity which is hard to find in any company let alone a roofing company. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I called TWICE (a day a part) to schedule an appointment but no one has ever called me back. If you need immediate repairs just forget this company. If they are not professional enough to call a customer back to schedule an appointment then they are not trustworthy enough to work on my roof!!!!!!!!!! I'm sorry i ever called this company. DO CALL SOMEONE ELSE.

This review is long overdue, for which I apologize. Tiger Team did a great job on our roof. They were very organized, calling weekly to update us on the progress of getting permits and letting us know when materials would be delivered. Their work was excellent and they cleaned the roof and yard thoroughly of nails, etc. when they were finished. They also responded quickly when we had a question after the work was done and the invoice was paid. Great company!

We first found we had a leak when we saw water stains on the ceiling in the front bedroom . I immediately called Tiger Team as we had used them before for a minor cracked roof tile which was replaced the same day. Within one hour after first calling them I was given a appointment date with Brian who later called to confirm it and time. I asked if he could move it up a few days as the weather was not looking too good. He said he would come over that day after he had finished work. He arrived on time, looked at the stains inside the house and immediately went up on the roof to find the problem. Within 15 minutes he was back down with pictures to show me problem. The flashing on the vertical wall been installed incorrectly after the roof had been replaced (after Wilma). I was given a complete list of what work was to be done and the cost in writing. Brain said that because of his work work load the repair couldn't be started for 4 to 5 days. 5 days after approving the repair. The repair crew was at our home on time 8 AM and immediately introduce themselves (Ray and Pierre). Ray showed me the material they would be using and how it would be applied. In less than 6 hours they stripped off the tile, removed the old flashing, rigid foam and whatever else needed to be done, installed new flashing, water barrier and cement and installed the tile, blew off the roof to including cleaning out my rain gutters, picked all the trash off the yard. Tiger Team personnel are totally professional and I highly recommend them for any roofing job.

I cannot say enough good things about Gary and Tiger Team Roofing. From the moment Gary walked through our front door, I knew that his company was going to do the best job?.and I was right. The price was honest and was equivalent to the other companies I interviewed (10 in all). I was impressed that the owner, Gary came and talked to me himself on price and materials. His staff, from Gigi at the command center, to the workers that replaced the old roof with our shiny new white tile made from the strongest cement available, are extremely professional and personable. They were neat and tidy and took great care in cleaning up after themselves. In your lifetime you may have to replace a tile roof only once, so make it Tiger Team Roofing, they will do an excellent job!
