It was a great experience. Mike and his team were extremely professional and the office kept me updated through the the entire process. When it came to the actual work, the team were very efficient, only 2 days of labor. Overall great experience with a very professional team.

Our roof had past its usable time and we were starting to have leaks with all the South Florida rains that were coming in. We received multiple quotes from highly rated roofing contractors in the Broward and Dade county. All were very similar in price and guaranteed quality roofing services. Products all appeared to be the same quality. This was the first time we were having the roof replaced on this home but had been through this process over 20 years ago on our previous home and had a very bad experience that time round so we had very specific questions and concerns with all the contractors we met with. Tiger Team Roofing had one of the owners of the company Mike Wasco come an personally meet with us and perform the estimate. He was very informative and spent all the time we wanted discussing our concerns and past roofing issues. After comparing and considering all the offers, we took our time determining who we felt comfortable with. Because of other separate projects and our work schedules we took a little too long getting back to Tiger Team Roofing and when we asked to get back together with Mike and sign the papers we were informed that due to price increases and code changes our estimate would be going up almost $1500. We of course verified this with other contractors and agreed that we needed to get the roof replaced as soon as possible since the South Florida rainy season was fast approaching we could not afford to wait any longer. Mike Wasco came back to us and explained all the cost issues with us. I was extremely impressed with the fact that Tiger Team Roofing required no deposit or any payment until the job was completed. Mike stated to us that until the job was done to our complete satisfaction e were not required to give them a dime. I was very impressed with that. We signed with Tiger Team and from that day on through they were constantly updating us on the process from getting the permits and materials, when we were scheduled to be started and talk about punctual. They stated they would be there on Monday May 16th 2016 and at 7:50 am the trucks and full crew was in my front yard. First two days the stripped and papered my roof along with completed the flat roof. The crew was awesome and hard working all day. They were able to get the complete roof papered prior to some rain that came in the second day. One day for getting the sign off from the inspectors and on that Thursday the 19th they had a crew on the roof prior to 8am shingling the roof. The complete roof was shingled and ridge vent installed by early that afternoon. Mike was out of town until the following week so when he returned he scheduled a late afternoon meeting with me based on my schedule and went over a few minor concerns and questions I had. He answered all my questions and had a few minor concerns resolved the next day. We paid him the complete amount as agreed and we were given a written and signed proof of payments and guarantee as agreed along with certified release of any and all liens for materials and services performed. One concern that Mike resolved with me was an additional expense that I was told was part of the price increase and that was originally I was quoted based on Tiger Team having to use Stainless nails for the shingles due to a code change from April. In the end they did not have to use the stainless nails and Mike had a reimbursement check written and mailed to me the following week for the price difference. He agreed that I was quoted based on the stainless nails and since they did not have to use the more expensive stainless nails in the end he reimbursed me the difference no question. The roof looks great and as quoted all was performed to my satisfaction. The whole team from the guys working on the roof to the office staff that spoke to us through out the whole process was very professional and Mike was a true man of his word. I highly recommend using Tiger Team Roofing for any roofing needs you may have. I actually had several neighbors having their roof replaced at that same time and all of us used a different contractor but I have already told each of them how inpressed I was with Tiger Team roofing.

Brian Botting came out to look at my roof which needed to be done. Due to the pitch of my roof (steep), he did not bid on the job, as they are not equipped for this type of installation. However, he spent a good deal of time with me and was able to give me several excellent tips on how to proceed with the work. He could have just gotten in his car and gone on his way, but he took the time to help me out. Thanks Brian!

Excellent - Came out within 24 hours notice to examine area where we thought we had a leak to confirm there was definitely water coming in from roof. Explained the process of replacing section to ensure the leak was taken care of properly. After a 1 day delay due to bad weather, the team replaced an 8x10 section of the roof. professional job no doubt.

Only company that came, all others tied up for a week! Job was done on a Saturday. Very trustworthy and professional.

From the first day that we asked for an estimate, Scott's personal contact with us was professional and efficient. He provided an estimate and explained in detail what the materials were and why certain current building codes required different items. He had pictures and color samples, as well as information about the different types of materials that we could choose from. After he left, we reviewed the information and made a list of questions and concerns that we had. The staff was quick to respond and answered our questions thoroughly. After the work was completed, Scott came by personally and walked around the home with us to make sure we were satisfied with the results and to address any concerns we might have. This whole process was so smooth thanks to the professionalism and warm responses from everyone connected with this company. Just wish all of our experiences could be this worry-free!!

From the very first encounter through to the last meeting Tiger Team gave me excellent service. Brian verbally explained and showed me with photos what was going to take place, step by step, when furnishing me with my new roof. When work began the crew was professional and worked with care. My job was a very big job and so Tiger Team sent additional men as the day went on to finish that portion of the job, as promised, on that one day. Brian showed me pictures of the work in progress so that I could see exactly what was taking place on my roof. Gigi also emailed me those photos and more. Even though the crew worked a very long hot day and must have been exhausted they still remained afterwards to clean up my property and leave it as they originally found it. Work progressed speedily and with the same attention to care as before. Brian checked constantly to see how the work was progressing and Gigi kept me informed as to the dates and times each next step was to occur. The roof was finished in a timely manner. A neighbor around the block, whose roof was started way before mine, still has the tiles sitting on her roof while mine is completed, passed inspection, and the best part...is leak free. I have never had a smoother experience with a job as I have had with Tiger Team Roofing. They clean up everyday after the day is done, they keep you informed every step of the way, and they do what they say, all of which are rare in my experience. I could not be happier.

I was very impressed with this company. I wish every contractor be like them. Punctual, professional, reliable. They called me every Friday to up date what was going on. It took them a week from start to finish my roof. Gary, the owner of the company is very knowledgeable . I highly recommend this company for any roof job.

At the end of 2013 my husband and I discovered a leak over the entrance to our garage. Over a period of 6 months we had the same roofer, who was a friend of my husbands, come out and attempt to repeatedly and unsuccessfully repair this leak, which as you can imagine was very frustrating, especially as the leak became larger over this time frame. Enter Tiger Team Roofing whom we met and spoke with at a Home Show we attended at the Ft. Lauderdale Convention Center. We were very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism they exuded. We contacted Brian Botting, who is a team leader and responsible for giving free, no obligation estimates to come out to our home as we were interested in hiring them to address this issue. This was in April of 2014. We agreed to what we felt was a very reasonable estimate for repairs to resolve this issue ($1587.00) which involved an entire day of labor removing and replacing materials, and sealing the affected area. They even removed all trash and material when they were finished and replaced our broken roof tile with extra tile we had on hand. The workers who came out, Ricardo and Rito, were knowledgable, hardworking, through and a pleasure to deal with. They did such a wonderful job to this day we have had no further issues in this area of our roof. Recently, April 2016, we discovered a water stain on the ceiling of our dining room near our chandelier that we suspected was another water breach in our roofing materials/roof tile and once again called Brian out for an estimate. After visually inspecting the roof inside our home and going up on our roof to investigate Brain gave us a detailed estimate as to what he felt needed to be done to correct this issue. He agreed because of the location that my husbands assessment that it could possibly be a result of a solar roofing panel that had been installed a year before when we installed a solar water heater. Once again we felt the estimate was fair for the necessary work to be done and received a quote of $961.00. I would like to point out that Tiger Team Roofing unlike other companies does not require a deposit and only requires payment once the actual work has been completed on the day they do the job. They also noted once again that their labor and workmanship is warranted for 1 year from the date of the repair. Almost no one does this anymore. Consider yourself lucky if most companies give you a 30 day warranty. We were delighted that not only were Rito and Ricardo once again were dispatched to perform the work for us but that they actually remembered my husband and I. How rare is that these day?. Truly unprecedented and goes to the quality, integrity and excellent character of the workers this family owned business hires and highlights values/principles that are important to them. They truly understand their workers represent them to their customers and are very discriminate in their hiring practices. We have received outstanding service from everyone we interacted with at this company. Ricardo and Rito spent almost 3 hours on our roof searching for the cause of our “leak”. They determined it was not a roof leak but rather the result of condensation from our Trane XL19I A/C Unit which is very proficient at removing moisture from the air. While we did not expect they would charge us the full amount of Brian’s estimate, we were astounded that absolutely no payment for services of any kind was required. We would have expected to at least pay a minimal charge for the the hours that Ricardo and Rito spent on our roof working so diligently to find the source of the problem. This company shares my husband's and my work ethic that we practice at our family owned software development company. Tiger Team Roofing has a very unusual, in this day and age, sense of integrity and has a propensity for doing the right thing which we greatly respect and admire. I am not someone who is easily impressed but this company has succeeded in doing just that, impressing the **** out of me. For example allow me to share with you that we discovered while vetting this company that they have obtained the highest honor that is reserved for only the top 3% of the roofing contractors in North America and that is to be awarded the GAF Master Elite Contractor designation. This honor is bestowed on those companies that have rave reviews from actual customers and is also based on inspections performed by certified GAF inspectors. They back their work with the Golden Pledge Warranty which is the only warranty in the roofing industry that is backed by the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval. They have also earned an A rating from the Better Business Bureau with ZERO complaints. How rare is that? This is a stellar company, with people from their office staff to their workers who exude a passion for properly serving their customers that radiates downward from the owners/management team. Kudos for a job well done. I can state with all sincerity and honesty that my husband and I will be calling Tiger Team Roofing in the future whenever our roof requires repairs and they will be the only company we will contact when it is time to replace our 21+ year old roof. We are confident they will still be in business and expect this company will be passed down to other family members over many generations. Let’s help them do this. Repaired it the first time but after they were finished I went into attic and there was rotten/wet wood, where they repaired the roof. I Should have went into attic right away when I was on the roof I saw what looked like damp wood and I questioned the roofer who said it was OK. As the roofer said just because someone gets on the roof doesn't make him a roofer, he proved his point. Called the sales rep. who gave me the run around for a few days ie missing appointments telling me it wasn't that bad. Finally called the owner who said he would come out and look at it but after I sent him the pictures he said it would be redone. Same guy came out to repair it a second time. They repaired a bigger spot to the gutter and same guy was going to leave a piece of rotten cedar. I was up there and was not too happy questioned it he said it was OK. But when I took my hand and started breaking it apart he said OK they would replace. Then to top it off he was going to use a piece of cedar from another job which had a water stain on it and been painted. I said no F&*king way I pay top dollar and your going to use old materials. Wasn't very happy with that especially after being here a second time. After the job was almost done owner comes out and asks how's it going. I told him I didn't expect to be the foreman on the job and the work would have been unacceptable if I wasn't there to supervises. He said everything is great best guys he has, then I pointed out where one guy was caulking a 1 to 1.5 inch gap between cedar and roof he said the would mix some mud up, thanks. Then a couple of weeks later spots on ceiling came back Tiger came out found out he left wet insulation in the ceiling. If your willing to supervise the job it will get done right the second time you hope.

After researching many roofing companies in South Florida, we selected Tiger Team and could not be happier with our choice. Brian, our project manager, met with us initially to explain the entire process. He made recommendations and patiently answered all of our questions. Once we signed the contract, he consistently kept us up to date on the timeline (such as when permits were submitted, approved, delivery dates, start dates, inspection dates, etc.). Any time we emailed Brian with a question throughout the installation, he responded immediately. On the administrative side, Gigi was amazing! She called us regularly and kept us up to speed. She was very professional, knowledgeable and truly the nicest office manager I've ever dealt with. The roofing crew was also great; they showed up on time (or earlier), cleaned up the yard at the end of each day and were very courteous. The roof was completed within the timeframe estimated and we are so pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend Tiger Team to anyone with roofing needs! Teri Puleo

I was in the process of painting my house when I noticed water was leaking onto my car under the carport. The carport ceiling was also going to be painted. I called Tiger Team Roofing for a estimate and Gary came to my house that day. He was very professional, as soon as he took a look at the flat roof, he said it had real problems. We proceeded to walk over the main roof and noticed that it had a few nails sticking up and that he would take care of them for free. He gave me a estimate for the re-roof and I signed the contract. He started it with in the next couple days. When he came to the house for payment, I never knew even did the work! You don't pay for anything until the job is done and you are satisfied as a customer. It was all done while I was a work. No mess to clean up, no debris to pick up, perfect. I let the roof settle for about 3 weeks before resuming the preparation of the house painting. After about 4 weeks went by, They painted the ceiling and the paint bubble. The painter said the roof was still leaking and I called Gary back. He could not find any moisture under the bubbles. The painter didn't prepare the surface correctly. Gary offered me a discount of $250 to have it repainted and I said no to him because it was not his fault, it was the painters fault. When I need my other roof done within in the next 5 years, I will be contacting Tiger Team Roofing for the job!

They advised that I should get a general contractor that would subcontract roofing work. This was a very honest evaluation that they gave, instead of taking on the work. I appreciated the honesty would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing work. They were very courteous and pleasant, and even arrived 20 minutes early to get started.

2/15 - I Called for a repair estimate/visit...Explained I had a roof leak...Asked me a few questions and then said earliest to have someone out to my home would be 16 days (March 1). I said i needed sooner and would have to call another vendor...Response: "OK." Due to attitude - EVEN PRIOR TO DOING WORK - Not the type of company I would use

They did a fantastic job and so professional. Each week there was a call up-dating us on the permitting process and progress of the job. The office staff, Gigi and Christine, are fantastic and provided excellent service. Also loved the fact that Gary visited our house in the various stages to check up on work being done. That gave me great satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone that once a top quality job! Keep up the great work Tiger Team!

I found Tiger Team Roofing on Angies list. The "two R's" are the most important to me...reliable and reasonable. They were both. I would recommend Tiger Team Roofing.

Mike came and inspected and gave a quote to fix the leak. There was no upsell. I would use them again.

Gary is a pleasure to work with and a real professional. His expertise was needed to do repair on my flat deck that had been leaking. I would highly recommend them and will use Tiger Team again when needed.

I called Tiger Team Roofing for a free roof inspection. I have 3 water leaks that I thought were caused from my 7 year old roof. Brian came out on the appointed day (He even called and asked if he could come earlier. When does that ever happen?) I was thrilled! Anyway, he inspected my roof and told me that he didn't think it was my roof, but that my house needed to be painted; that the rain was seeping through the stucco. He then gave me the name of a painting contractor who would be able to apply a special paint that would seal the stucco. Thank you Brian for your time and honesty. When I do need a new roof I will be calling you.

Selling my home, had a home inspection and the buyers identified a few issues. I forwarded the report to Mike and we scheduled the work to fit our plans. They came out and inspected, gave me an estimate and we agreed upon a date. The team came out as scheduled, expecting not to be able to complete the work due to weather. They came fully prepared, with material and tools. Worked the whole day, Mother Nature was reasonable and they could have waited but got it done. Very professional team, gave good feedback, explained what they were going to do and the whole process.

After obtaining three re-roofing quotes from highly rated Angie's list roofers, I decided to go with Tiger Team. When Gary, the owner of Tiger Team quoted the job, he was able to thoroughly communicate how Tiger Team would perform the work. He answered all of my questions to include the manufacturer and quality level of the products Tiger Team uses (Tiger Team uses highly rated materials). Gary also thought of a good idea on how to strengthen a potential weak spot specific to my roof. Tiger Team let me know when the tile was scheduled to arrive, when the permit was expected to be issued, the days my roof would be worked on, and when the various building inspections would occur. They almost kept me too informed. I was encouraged to observe their work as they cleared away the old tile and installed new roofing paper. The work crew was courteous and clearly well trained. Some of the other roofing companies I considered using contract out the labor. Tiger Team only uses their own employees. I had my house tented for termites following the installation of the new roof. The tenting company broke 25 of the new tiles. Even though the broken tiles were due to the carelessness of the exterminator, Gary said he would provide the labor to replace the broken tiles for free. Within 3 days of having told Gary about the broken tiles a create of new replacement tile had been delivered to my driveway. Tiger Team's business model seems to be the customer is always right. In my experience, that mentality is hard to come by. Thank you Tiger Team!

From start to finish the job went well. Scott was prompt, knowledgeable and polite and kept me abreast of all scheduling and progress. Jesus and his crew were quick, efficient, neat and organized. It is rare to find good vendors in South Florida and I would not hesitate to recommend Tiger Team for any job.

I needed some flashing replaced on my roof before I installed new gutters so I signed up for Angie's list to find a solid & dependable company with a good reputation to do the work. Upon doing my research, I locked down 4 companies to get estimates from including Tiger Team Roofing since they had such great reviews & I'm so happy I did! Mike from Tiger Team Roofing was prompt, professional & true pleasure to talk to. He provided a detailed explanation of each of the steps his team would take to resolve my issue. Out of the four companies I met with to get estimates for my roofing issue, Tiger Team Roofing was the most fairly priced & detailed in explaining what steps they would take to fix and prevent the issue from reoccurring so I booked them for the job. On installation day Mike came with his team to walk them through the repairs we discussed & they did a fantastic job, and even removed & hauled away my old gutters and flashing so I wouldn't have to worry about it, since I was also getting new gutters installed too. It was a pleasure to have found Tiger Team Roofing and I will be sure to recommend them to my family & friends. Thank you Mike & Tiger Team Roofing for a truly wonderful & stress free experience!

when i called the office to schedule an estimate, the woman i spoke to was very pleasant.she assured me that Mike would call me back to set the appointment. he called me the next day. like she said he would. we arranged for him to come out the next day and he showed up on time. he was very professional and his estimate was better than anyone elses. after i agreed to have the work done, they arrived on time and finished all the work in the time promised.they even painted the fascia board that they replaced ...what roofer does that?!!? i would absolutely use them again and i recommend them to everyone who needs a roofer.
