Description of Work: The Tiger Team (Mike) arrived on time and I walked him through the situation, leak in one of the rooms after heavy rain 2 days ago. As I had already received and estimate from another provider I had an Idea what he was about to say. Was I surprised when he returned from the roof and said the problem was a nail ( which he fixed no charge). What an honest man, as I have about three to five years left on the roof before replacing this team will be my first call when that day comes.. I know I said thank you to him but ... Description of Work: We contacted Tiger on a Monday. |Brian came out and gave us an estimate on Tuesday. Brian was great! He took photos of our roof and provided us with two estimates depending on what they found when they opened up our barrel tile roof. |He told us the roofers would arrive at 8:00 am on Friday, and true to his word, they were here at 8:00 a.m. Two roofers opened up the tile around the stack on our roof and determined that that was where the leak was occurring. Out of the two estimates given, this was going to be the lesser amount of money we'd owe. The roofers were kind and a pleasure to have at our home. It has rained since having the repair and we are leak free. We recommend this company whole heartedly! THANK YOU!! |

Description of Work: Arranged a service call to fix a major leak in the roof after meeting with my insurance adjuster. Brian was early and very professional. He informed us that the roof was not the issue but rather a crack in the stucco. GREAT TO KNOW HONEST CONTRACTORS EXIST IN SOUTH FLORIDA! He even went the extra mile and sent me an email to forward to my insurance company. Keep up the good work!!!

Description of Work: My 3 skylights had been replaced with hurricane resistant ones in 2010. Apparently the job was not done properly ( despite the permit). A few weeks ago in the pouring rain, one began to seriously leak. I called Tiger Team and Mike was prompt and professional. He examined them and explained the problems, and his team got the repairs done quickly. They also repaired an area near my chimney. I highly recommend Tiger Team Roofing.

Description of Work: I wouldn't use anyone BUT Mike and his gang. Honest, super fair, prompt. It doesn't get any better. I have used many times. Sometimes they have even come and repaired parts of the roof for free ! Simply the best.

Description of Work: Mike responded to my home and diagnosed a leak in my roof. This leak was repaired by a different roofer several years ago, apparently not so well. The crew responded in the morning and was through by end of the day. Mike and his crew were very professional and kept me informed of the work being done.

Tiger Team's rep Brian responded quickly, showed up on time and was clear in explaining the possible pitfalls in the job. We received the proposal promptly, at a price that was competitive with 2 other vendors. The repair men showed up on time, got the job done and cleaned up completely. And they honored my Angie's List discount coupon!

Description of Work: I had a roof leak when they came out they were great on time, friendly, well dressed. Gave me a price and scheduled the work. When they got up on the roof they found a lot more problems. They contacted me immediately, emailed me pictures of the problms and told me the additional money needed (very resonable) they did not make much on the job, but did a fantastic job. I kept trying to pay them and the boss said wait a few days until it rains to make sure all is in order. No more leak, I'm very happy with everything and everybody associated with Tiger Roofing. If anyone wanted to call me for a reference, I would be happy to provide one. This was the first time I used Angie's list and it was well worth the cost. A very good investment. Description of Work: this company actually did 2 separate jobs for me I was extremely pleased as I had several other estimates prior on both jobs. Brian was the roofer I dealt with. He saved me alot of money on one property as another roofer said my roof needed work and Brian disagreed. He did not try to sell me a job that I didnt need. One job was replacing fascia the other was an inspection

Description of Work: Tiger Roofing gave us an estimate and a complete evaluation of our roof problem and how they would repair it.We did get two other estimates but in the end we felt most comfortable with their evaluation and plan. We had a major leak in our kitchen coming from the roof. They completed the job as they said they would and we are extremely satisfied. We have had torrential rains and there has been no furthur leaks.We definitely would use them again for any future problem.

Description of Work: I have a leak in my bedroom. I read all the comments about Tiger Team Roofing, and I decided to call them. Brian came out to see my roof. He inspected my roof, and he said, " I would love to sell you a roof, but you have a problem with your chimney." He explained to me what the problem was, and recommenced someone who could fix my chimney and the leak. I appreciate his honesty and his professionalism. I will use his company, in the future, for any future roof problems.

Description of Work: Remove existing barrel tile roof installed 1957. Replace minor amount of rotten wood. Install complete new roofing with Eagle Roofing barrel tiles. The job was completed timely, efficiently and expertly. We would highly recommend this company and the sales representative Brian Botting. Complete professionalism from start to finish. No surprises at all.
