+ 4 moreBryan was prompt for my appointment, and a very nice person. He did exactly what he said he was going to do; he fixed the roof. I have had no leaks or problems. I will definitely use Bryan again for his services. He is friendly, responsible, and very talented. I would recommend his services to any of my friends.
Description of Work: Bryan was recommended to me by another roofing company. I had a leaking flat roof, over my bedroom. I had paid another contractor to fix the problem, and after 2 years, the same leak returned. The leak was around my chimney. It was leaking into my bedroom closet and also my bedroom. Bryan was prompt for his appointment and after his inspection, he said he could fix the problem. He came highly recommended, so we agreed on a price. $1400 was the price to cut out the ceiling and fix the structure around the chimney. I also had some wood rot around my trim. He also fixed that. The price for that was $400.

+ 7 moreRetaining Bryan was really a leap of faith because our primary residence is in Wisconsin so the majority of his work for us was done last fall with all communication via long distance and no possibility of our on-site supervision of the remodel. Bryan has totally lived up to the trust we placed in him. He treats our home as he would his own. His work is meticulous, well thought out, and immaculately executed. His subcontractors are highly capable and professional. Bryan is personally invested in insuring that every detail is attended to and that we are completely satisfied with the result. He is attentive not only to technical construction details but also to aesthetic matters; for example, he worked unstintingly to make sure we were happy with the floor tile color. Our trust in him is so complete that we continue to rely on him for more minor matters on an ongoing basis both when we are in residence and when we are away. If Bryan were not on the scene, we would be far more anxious about owning a home so far away from our primary residence. We especially appreciate his expertise in suggesting options and helping us decide how to approach a decision with a cost-effective yet satisfactory resolution. We whole-heartedly and without reservation recommend Bryan Thompson and Thompson Construction and Remodel for all of your home construction needs.
Description of Work: We retained Bryan Thompson to remodel our winter home in Hollywood. Among other things, the work involved walling off a den area, installing tile flooring, painting the entire interior, choosing and installing a new air conditioner and water heater, various plumbing repairs, mold abatement, and landscaping.

It was refreshing to have a contractor not only complete the job but complete it in a timely manor. He was very good about working with my budget and offered many solutions that would keep costs in line. They did their best to keep the work area clean and organized. For a friendly, organized and clean company that does small to large projects, I would highly recommend contacting Bryan Thompson.
