What an amazing service, came in on a Saturday late afternoon. He was joined by another person who helped lift the tv's and open holes. Both of them were respectful, clean doing their job and professional. Price was very fair. He installed a short extension from the wall to the outlet, nice touch. Made sure everything was left clean, vacuumed and organized. Great job Ed!

Ed and his colleague, Alex, couldn't have done a better job. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. Price was a little more than I initially extorted, but worth it. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend the TV Guy.

Called him during the week and agreed a visit on Saturday morning. He was very punctual and even texted informing that they were on its way. The owner and another assitant arrived and we agreed on the job which originally was only going to be the mounting of a 65' TV on the wall but then included the sound bar, the cable connections through the wall, clean up and simplification of cable connections (our house had more than 20 feet of cables running outside of a wall without any purpose or need). Also agreed on the spot about the removal of a Satellite Dish that was not in use. More or less they spent 3 hours working very hard to get all done. They even found out an issue with an analog cable and re wired everything without saying anything. I was so impressed about their work that decided to give them an extra $ 50 for their overall efforts and professionalism. I cannot recommend these guys enough, next time I need something like this they will be the only people to call. Many thanks for such sterling job and look forward to recommending you to as many people that I can.

We contacted the television guy on Saturday night on the Angie's list website and were so pleasantly surprised to get a return call that night and a scheduled appointment for Monday morning. The work was excellent and we are very happy!

Ed was very responsive to my initial inquiry and followed up promptly. Provided quotes in advance of installing the televisions, and was able to schedule my appointment within 48 hours. He was on time, and communicated with me through the whole process. He brought all equipment necessary to install the televisions. I highly recommend his services above and beyond anyone I've used in the past...including retail installers.

They were able to come within the the week that I called. Very polite and responsive. They were on time, got right to work, and when I asked them to add another HDMI cable AFTER they had already finished one TV, they did so without any problems even though I gave them the option to back out. I love the look without all the wires exposed. They vacuum as they drill to avoid a dusty mess. Very pleasant to work with. The charge was less than their estimate. I am very happy. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend them.

Excellent. Needed to run a new Ethernet cable. Gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled appointment 2 days later. They were on time and completed the job as I specified. They ran into some problems running the cable but were able to adapt and overcome the obstacle. Took them a little longer than they expected but kept to the quoted price. Everything clean and neat when done. Excellent experience with this contractor. I give them an "A" across the board.

I purchased 32" flat screen TV & tilt mount from major electronics retailer, who wanted to charge $299 for installation on the wall. The salesperson advised that they used outside contractors to do the work & couldn't control the price. Since this cost almost as much as the TV itself, I naturally declined. I found The Television Guy on Angie's list & spoke to Ed Sanchez who was very professional, courteous & helpful. He advised me how to deal with the cable company (I needed a new box for the TV, which was going into a spare room) & advised that since it was a small TV, he could install it on the wall with the cables hidden for $85.00. He fit me into his schedule that same week, showed up on time & with the help of his assistant Alex, did an outstanding job. Not only did he same me money, but he was also very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I definitely recommend him & will use the The Television Guy in the future.

The providers were two young gentlemen - very nice, and tried their best. The television was hung, the speakers were mounted and the wiring from the television to the stereo run behind the wall without a problem. The problem was that they overestimated their abilities. I wanted the speaker wires run behind the wall - they said they could do that until they tried and found that they couldn't run the speaker wires for that length behind the wall without a lot of difficulty. They had trouble getting the stereo system put back together properly - my husband and I had to help them with it. We asked them if they could mount and align a satellite dish (it needed to be aligned not to Dishnet or DirecTV satellites, but with Free-To-Air satellites). They said they could do that. Then we found out they could mount the dish but they didn't know how to align it. They said they would research it and get back to us, and then it would be no problem. Unfortunately, the research was never completed and we finally had to cancel that portion of the job. Their communication also could have been better. We kept having to follow up with them to find out when they would come back to finish the work and to find out what was going on with the satellite dish. They were very apologetic each time, but a little more proactiveness would have been a lot better. As I said, they are very nice and eager to learn. I will consider them again once they have gotten much more professional experience under their belts and smoothed out some of the hic-cups in their business. They need to be more realistic in what they can currently do and what they can't, which means admitting that they haven't done something before but they will be glad to try (like wiring a complicated stereo system or aligning a satellite dish). They also need to keep their customers in the loop with what is going on (running late, having problems finding items, etc) and be a little more organized in that regard. If they can straighten out the kinks in the customer service end of their business, and be much more firm with their level of experience with customers (it's OK to say you don't know!), I see them becoming a valued member of the Angie's List community

I called them on a Friday and scheduled and appointment for Saturday. On the phone based on what I told him regarding installing the TV and Sound bar he stated between 160-190 but would have to see the job to give me an exact quote. He arrived at my house right on time and when he arrived I asked him if he could rerun an Ethernet cable that I had tried to do. He said it was no problem. An hour or so later and the TV is on the wall along with the sound bar and the rats nest of cables I had before is all gone. Everything was professionally done and the price is very competitive. Furthermore there is no needless up charging and hidden pricing with this company. If you happen to need extra long HDMI cables they sell 15 feet for $15.00 dollars which is an extremely good price, again no games are played.

I normally do not write reviews but I was very impress by the detail and professionalism used by Ed, The Television Guy. First he ask me for my preferences and then in great details, he explain to me how he would perform the job to my satisfaction. After he was done he made sure to clean up and I loved that. Although, what I really loved was how everything had turn out, my living room looked like a different room. I will be mounting two more TV's with him next week when my new TV's arrive. I definitely recommend Ed, The TV Guy.
