I called Kenny Borden who was very responsive - swiftly returning my call. He is a very kind, sweet guy and put me at ease, and said not to worry. Kenny and his infinite wisdom guided me through many twists and turns, and managed to negotiate a great offer for my home. Thank goodness also for his wonderful sister Gayle, whom went above and beyond anything I could have wished for in putting all my worries at ease. Words cannot express my unending gratitude to them both. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I'm forever indebted to them. It is no exaggeration to say they took me from feeling unsupported and heavily stressed – to hopeful, feeling cared about, and supported.
