+ -1 moreTheir workmanship was horrible and their professionalism was horrific. They said they would come to fix their mistakes but they never did show up. Their communication was awful. This was a terrible experience.
Description of Work: They remodeled two bathrooms in our home.

+ -1 moreI called and set up an appointment for Sept. 14th, they did not show so I called. They said they would call right back, which they never did, so I called them again. They asked if they could send someone out in an hour and I was leaving so I asked if we could reschedule for Monday, which they did. It is Monday and no one has shone up or called. They were offering a free estimate through Angie's List and he seemed reluctant after I told him of such.
Description of Work: Set up appointment for them to give an estimate on my cabinets and some drywall work.

countertops, marble & granite
+ 0 moreThe salesman was not knowledgeable on the services and products and ultimately this resulted in a misunderstanding over what products they would install and they way they do business. They are probably a fine company if you choose to use the products they service.
Description of Work: We were looking for a company to install granite counter top in our kitchen. We had not selected product when we met with their salesperson. When the salesperson arrived, he did not have the right samples to look at so we went ahead and choice a granite product at a local supplier per his recommendation. Once our product was selected, they increased the quotation price after we decided to use a product other than their own and we had decided not to buy the sink, faucet and disposal through them. We had placed a deposit on the work with them and had trouble getting the sales person to return the check so ultimately stopped payment on the check. We choose another fabricator who was willing to install the products we had chosen.

+ 1 moreThey are very professional clean and always on time. I was very satisfied with their service. They were prompt to respose on any concern that we had. They have nice selection of materials that we could choose from. I will probably do some future work with them.
Description of Work: Total remodeling of my master bathroom. I never liked my master bath so we did new marble on floor and in the shower. We changed the vanity cabinet with marble countertop, and glazed glass shower door. I also replace lighting fixtures and miror.
