Initially, it was very cordial and the products looked good. So, I signed for them to do the closet. However, when I got the email with the plans, it was not what we discussed and when when I emailed back saying that I am concerned that they do not listen well and asked to cancel the contract, I got a call with a tirade from the sales person. He even called back and left a nasty voice mail. I would never use this company
