The Cleaning Fairy

The Cleaning Fairy's were excellent. They did everything they said they were going to do and some extra's . We would highly recommend them to everyone. We will continue using them every two weeks now.

tWe had not used a regular housecleaning service for several months before calling The Cleaning Fairy. Ana Maria showed up at the appointed time to give us an estimate, which we accepted. The initial cleaning was to be more, and followup visits would be less. Fine On the initial visit, Ana Maria showed up with two assistants and they did an extremely thorough job cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting nearly every exposed surface. They even wiped down the kitchen knives and the rack that holds them. At the end of the day, everything was so shiny that we considered wearing sunglasses! : ) Now the teams of two or three come twice a month, and their thoroughness lets us take it much easier keeping the house up, and with no guilt whatsoever. It's money well spent.

Every time they come they do an excellent job. I would highly recommend!

Ana Maria provided excellent service. When I telephoned to inquire about availability and price, she promptly responded. In addition, she came to the house for an inspection to see precisely what was needed. The house was vacant and in need of a thorough cleaning. On the day of service, she and another lady arrived on time and began working. They both did an excellent job. Based on the quality of their worked, I have decided to hire them on a regular basis (every two weeks).

I needed to do the initial cleaning prior to moving to a one bedroom 1.5 bath condo. I spoke to Ana, who was traveling, but who never let the ball drop, not even once! We took possession of the apartment on a Tuesday, and Ana worked with Ari and another nice lady to squeeze in a cleaning on that same Thursday. Ari and her partner cleaned every surface in the apartment, and when they were finished, you could have eaten off the floor! I most DEFINITELY will be using Cleaning Fairy for my recurring cleanings. I must say, Thursday's are my favorite day of the week! We have very responsible, demanding jobs and a very active 2 year old (and our little ones toys lined up nicely!). It is absolutely priceless to walk in on cleaning day and see my house spotless, my sheets changed, floors washed, counters polished and smell of the freaky cleaned home. Thank you Ana and Ari - you relieve a significant amount of stress of being a busy working mom! The Cleaning Fairies are reasonably priced - I have heard of others paying as much for half the house - and they are very eager to keep their customers happy.

I needed help getting the house cleaned for guests that were coming. Ana was able to come out the same day after I got off work to give me an estimate and explain her services. She conducted her evaluation and gave me an estimate on the time and cost. She was able to squeeze me in to her schedule on a Sunday two days after Christmas. When my guests told us they'd be arriving earlier than expected Ana was able to start earlier and had no problem accommodating our needs. Everything was spotless and dust free. The house was ready before our guests arrived. She did an amazing job.

Called and left message giving my name, phone number twice, and that I was interested in house cleaning. When I did not hear back I tried calling again on another day and got Ana on the phone. She stated they don't clean here (off of W Broward Blvd, which is central Fort Lauderdale). I'm not sure where they do clean, but this listing really should be updated with which towns or neighborhoods they work. (And of course they really should return phone calls, regardless.)

It went very well. All areas cleaned as agreed. This was a follow up from the initial deep clean where what was to be done was established.

Sparkling clean townhouse!! Ana and her team were great! Thorough and detailed, on time and great follow up! My 2-story, 4bdrm,2 1/2 bth has never smelled so good! Highly recommended!! I really should not have waited so long to hire a "cleaning fairy"!

Ana and Ari are awesome! Professional to the core...I was impressed that they did an evaluation before coming in to clean - setting the stage. Plus they provide the best prices! Def using again.

Ana and Ari were great!! The were punctual, professional, and their quality of work was amazing! I recently purchased a new construction home. Before actually settling in, I had crown molding installed, wood flooring installed and the entire home repainted inside. Let me say, the house was a disaster after having 3 crews of men in and out for 2 weeks, on top of the initial dirt/dust/grime from the builder who did not clean my home prior to my closing! I researched a few companies and decided to call The Cleaning Fairy. I spoke with Ana. She was very pleasant on the phone. She sent me references and backgrounds checks for both her and Ari. Then we set up a consultation. They showed up on time, we walked through the house and she gave me my estimate on time and cost. The cost was very reasonable (especially for my home size and the dirty state it was in), so I went ahead and scheduled my initial cleaning service for the following week, after all the construction work was completed. When that day came, again, Ana and Ari showed up on time, got right to work and never stopped until they completed. They brought their own supplies and equipment (which was convenient for me since I was barely moved in and didn't know where my supplies was). They cleaned everything! Windows, bathrooms, cleaned all cabinets inside and out, vacuumed floors, washed floors plus dry mop, and my kitchen was spotless. Let's just say it was a breath of fresh air when they were finished. I am very pleased with the quality of work, the professionalism, cost and time. I am still using them, on a monthly basis and will continue to do so for a very long time! I highly recommend them whether you are looking for a one time deal or a continuous. I believe the quality of work would be the same either way.

The Cleaning Fairy demonstrated impeccable service and professionalism. We have bee searching and trying different personnel and the Cleaning Fairy did the best job and the fairest price. We will be using them every two weeks as we are extremely happy with the outcome.

Ana and her team cleaned my 2/2 condo. They did an amazing job! They cleaned things I didn't realize needed cleaning! They arrived early (Ana texted me to tell me they would be early) and they worked non stop for 5 hours! I did not know I needed a deep cleaning when I originally called Ana but I guess I did because everything looks wonderful! I am very happy with their work and will be having them come back monthly. At first I thought the price of $180 was a little high but coincidering all the work they did it was well worth it and Ana told me the monthly charge will be $100 which I think is very fair! Thank you girls for a job well done!!!

Ana and her team clean my house once a week. They do an excellent job. I often leave them notes identifying areas that I need for them to address. They spend time making sure that these areas are cleaned well. Ana and her team members are very friendly and they treat my home as they would their own. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them.

Amazing job! Very thorough and professional

Great! Ana and Ady are terrific. They do a wonderful thorough job, especially on kitchens and bathrooms. We have them come everyday. The products and equipment they use are their own and the house smells and looks super clean (even in the corners) when we come home from a busy day at work, with nice attention to details. Both women are extremely trustworthy, pleasant, hard working, reliable, punctual, and professional and it's easy to get in touch with Ana for any issues that may come up. It's always worrisome to hire new people to work in your home, but you will have no worries with and quot;the Fairies;and quot; I would recommend them without hesitation!

I had a cleaning woman who worked for me for many years. To my dismay, she recently retired. I found The Cleaning Fairy on Angie's List. The two woman who own and operate the business came for an interview. I was very impressed with how thorough they were in their assessment of my cleaning needs and what, to my surprise, had never been done. I scheduled them for the initial clean, which was fabulous. Their follow up maintenance has been superb. I give them my unqualified highest endorsement. Additionally, we schedule our next appointment before they leave and they always call to confirm the day before.. I could not be happier with their performance...my condo is sparkling and smelling delicious when they finish. They are kind , gracious, professional, and accommodating. They provide their own equipment and products so I don't have to be concerned with that. I do not hesitate to leave them in my home alone..I find them highly trustworthy and honest.

Both were very professional, brought all their own equipment and supplies . All of my initial concerns were addressed, especially the kitchen and bath areas and dusting. Anna brought to my attention any areas that she had concerns over. In March, Ana came by herself, stayed four hours and completed cleaning to my overall satisfaction. Ana was very attentive and helpful. My only advise would be to reduce the time on the cell phone. I understand customers do call but general chit-chat should be kept to a minimum, in my opinion. Overall, I would have no reservations recommending Ana to my family and friends. Homeowners will be very pleased with Anna's quality of work and her fair cost of cleaning, especially since she uses her own equipment and supplies. I intend to continue using Anna once a month and also when needed for special ooasions at my house. Thanks, Anna, for a job well done!

They did an initial cleaning back in November and they have been cleaning bi-weekly ever since. Thank goodness!! Ana is open and receptive when feedback is provided. For example, our tile floor had a residue after they cleaned it. I pointed it out to Ana , the issue was corrected and has not occurred again. If any areas are missed, need special attention, all I have to do is discuss it and it gets taken care of. The Cleaning Fairies use their own tools and supplies and have been reliable and professional. They are pet-friendly and have done everything they can to earn and keep our business.

Two women, Ana who is very thorough and Ari who is very lacking in the quality of work. I made the error of leaving for a bit while they stayed to finish. I paid in cash, $200.00 in case I didn't make it back on time to pay. Just before I left, I pointed out an area in the shower that Ari clearly missed. I returned home just as they were leaving, just about 3 - 3 1/2 hours after they arrived. Just inside the door, a dirty mark was on the tile and had clearly been missed. I checked the shower and found no change to what I pointed out. The half bath appeared to have been completely missed. Soap on the sink under the soap dispenser. Bottom portion of the toilet was dusty. My other full bath was also lacking. The top of the shower doors still had dried residue from possibly shampoo or conditioner. The area where the tub and doors meet was in need of being wiped down. The top of my wall cabinet still had dust. Baseboards in the baths and kitchen were not wiped. The top of the inside of the microwave had some butter splatter. When I contacted Ana, she asked me to send her an email indicating what I was unhappy with and she would send Ari the next day to correct. I had my daughter come by for that. Ari supposedly attempted to correct the master shower, to no avail. Ana said she spoke with Ari who indicated she could not get it clean. I had left a nylon scrubber and soft scrub as I did the previous day for her to use. Ana wanted me to wait until they got something better to clean the shower tile. When I arrived home, I cleaned an area as I normally have done and the soap residue came off. I checked all the other areas that I told Ana were missed, only to find they too were not corrected by Ari. I contacted Ana and let her know that I was very unhappy with the result. $200.00 is alot of money to pay and have so much missed. I told Ana that I feel Ari is more of a surface cleaner, than a thorough cleaner. She became very defensive when I wouldn't allow her to come back a third time to correct the issues. Instead, I informed her that I am going to continue my search for a house cleaner. I asked her to return my key and a partial refund of the$200.00. I didn't specify an amount. I had hoped she would offer a value to refund. She flat out said no refund. She claimed to have spent over 5 hours in my home. In reality, it was less than 4 .

We hired Ana and Ari about two months ago to clean our house every two weeks. During thier initial visit they listened to our needs and noted exactly what we were looking for. We had them come for the first and quot;deepand quot; clean and they did a great job. Now Ari comes every two weeks and she does a great job, we are very happy with her service and hope to have her for years to come. I would and have recomend Ana and Ari to others.

I have a two bedroom two bath townhome. Ana and Ari came to my home for the first time after I broke my arm. They now come once a month. They wash the floors, clean the kitchen, clean the bathrooms, vacuum and dust. They even wipe down the leather furniture and tidy up my clutter. When they leave everything is spotless. They also change the sheets and do any little extras I need (such as breaking up shipping boxes for recycling).

Ana and her team are VERY professional and did an excellent job for the deep cleaning and they have her partner is taking over for the weekly cleanings. She has been to my house once so far and she did an amazing job. Any thing I requested she did; I have a small dog and she let him outside and had no problem dealing with him. I would recommend them to anyone; and have already recommended them to some friends and family!!
