Anna is by far the most cleanliness service provider I’ve ever experienced. She is punctual, consistent, affective, well mannered, respectful, and beyond professional. I would highly recommend the cleaning fairy to anyone that needs help keeping their home or office clean

I have been working with this company for many years. I have a rental unit and they are in charge of keeping it clean everytime i have new tenants coming. Always perfectly clean and done on time without complications. Cleaning each corner of the unit and making sure all is perfectly clean.

Ana and her team know what they are doing. She and her team have been cleaning my house for the past few months and I enjoy coming home to a beautifully cleaned house. My schedule is every two weeks. They know their stuff. I found out that my past cleaner was using the wrong cleaning solution for my floor tiles and that was actually making it dirtier because it was causing more dirty to stick it. She corrected it by using the proper cleaning solutions and now my floors, as well as the rest of my house, looks great. Before she starts a regular schedule, there will be initial cleaning. If you need something specific done, let her know. She is easy to communicate with and she gets back to you timely. Would I recommend her? I definitely would.

Ana does a great job cleaning my office. She has been cleaning for the past few months and the dust bunnies have disappeared. She takes care to vacuum the rugs, dust the desks & blinds, plus more. She has attention to detail and has a made a schedule so that different parts of the office get extra care. Note, that an initial cleaning will be done prior to scheduled service. She is easy to communicate with and responds timely.

They just never did the entire job, from not cleaning behind the free standing bathtub to not cleaning the top of the fridge. Put the small rugs back down on wet floors without drying Floors., Mildew left in the shower, not a terrible job but not a thorough job.

I have used Ana and Ari for awhile now. They are usually late and rush through the job. I don't have a lot of work to do in my house now that I am an empty nester, mostly dusting. I do my own bathroom and bedroom. I asked to go to every other week and they want to charge me more!!! It was overpriced to begin with!! Ana can be a little abrupt to deal with as well. Ari is nice and kind as does a good job, but the helpers cannot speak english and do not do a good job. Time to shop around for a more reasonably priced housekeeper who can communicate with me and not treat me like I am a child and get my moneys worth. It just wasnt worth the hassle to find someone else, but this is the straw that broke the camels back!! $110.00 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours work in a five bedroom, five bathroom house, two stories! Didn't spend any quality time unless I asked. Usually forgot baseboards, window sills, microwave always a mess. Didn't wipe down fridge or do anything in the laundry room. They just pushed too much water all over the floor to mop. Guess Ana made my decision for me when she tried to raise the price.

Very good. Three women. 90 minutes. 750 sq ft condo. Better than the professional cleaning service the realtors used when we moved in.

The team of 3 women did a great job. They moved all furniture to clean behind. They return every other week for regular house cleaning and are on time and professional. I have 3 dogs, and they are good with them as well. I definitely recommend The Cleaning Fairy.

They did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier. We will be hiring them for the long term. They made it look easy. They have great attention to detail.

We have a large house, 5,000 sq ft and every part of the house was 'touched' every time. I like the team because they are efficient and do not need the entire day to finish the job. There are anywhere from 2-4 people at a time! That was very important to me because we have young children and a busy life. Just as important, Ana is trustworthy. We routinely left a key or had her lock up when we could not be present. Ana is easy to coordinate with- she always answers the phone and has been flexible when we need to make changes.

These ladies are incredible. Having german shepherds, two kids, working, life, etc, my house was suffering some serious neglect. The cleaning fairies arrived and Wow! They do not stop! No breaks! Just serious cleaning …. Corners, baseboards, under couches, tops of cabinets, dusting, scrubbing. Their attention to detail is very apparent. Professional, courteous, come with own supplies, great communication, on time, flexible scheduling…simply amazing. Highly recommend. So happy I found them!

Very well. After each room was cleaned, they asked me to inspect before final finish. If more needed to be done, they did this quickly and well. Probably the best crew I have used.
