Vince arrived on time. I explained the problem(s). He cleared the lines and explained what he found. He was personable, friendly, informative and didn't leave a mess.

The plumbers came on time. They were very polite and helpful. We received an estimate just after they evaluated what the problem was. Everyhing was done in an hour, and there were no messes.

Mr. Tebbe came to my store to give me a quote for some plumbing. He was very polite on the phone as well as in person. He was knowledgeable and knew what would be best for the store. He also gave a reasonable quote. Unfortunately I think we will be redesigning the space so that we won't need any plumbing work; however, if we did I would hire him.

Excellent service, came quickly and on time. Did not leave until the issue was completely solved.

The service was scheduled on Friday and took place on Saturday, but there was no surcharge. The plumber arrived on time. He had some difficulty locating the blockage, which was finally found about 75 feet from the house. He started with the sink, but went up on the roof to clear the vent. It took around (2) hours for him to find the problem, which he explained to me. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, should the need arise.

The total experiencc was awesome! Gregg the owner handled my request, professionally, extremely polite etc. He and his team are wonderful. He knew immediately what I needed, got someone out there quickly and repaired the issue saving me tons of money. Greggs team arrived on time, completed the work prombtly, left the place spotless!!

My water heater died on a Friday, and Mr. Tebbe sent someone out to replace it on Saturday. Not only did it take less time time replace it, but it was less expensive than I had anticipated. The gentleman who did the work was outstanding. This is the second time that I have used Tebbe Plumbing, and both experiences were exceptional.

First plumber arrived at the appt time, shut off water to house, started draining old water heater, cut old lines. Then went outside and started work on existing outside water line/faucet. Extended copper lines/connections, converted to PVC, ran line along base of house slightly above ground level, attaching line to house, and then ran line thru existing vent screen into garage and mounted new line/faucet on wall. While first plumber was working outside, secon plumber arrived and finished installing new water heater. All work took about 2.5 hours. Plumbers explained all work in detail and answered all my questions while they worked. Plumbers cleaned up all work debris before departing.

Called them in the morning and they told me they would be at home at noon. They showed up shortly after noon and corrected all problems in an expeditious way. They were very neat and courteous. I would use them again.

I spoke to Gregg on the first call. He informed me of all water heater options, including those he didn't sell. He was objective, fair and punctual. We agreed on the best heater for my circumstances and arranged for installation the day after delivery of the heater. The heater was installed without complication and the final price was the original quote. When I need a plumber, I'll call Gregg.

Company spent time on the phone w/ me answering questions and telling me what they would do. They were honest, did what they said and while they were here since I was paying for the time, adjusted my water heater. I will definitely use them again.

The two gentlemen, Ivan and Jake, came in asked about the problem. Went straight to it and began working on it. Identified the problem, and took swift action to complete. The entire service took about 45 minutes. No mess. The two were polite and professional.

My wife and I are very satisfied with the professional service this company gave us. We found them on Angie s List and can honestly say it is nice to see a company really care about the work they do. The people that came were very clean, courteous to us and finished the work very quickly. I highly recommend them and will use them again when I need to.

I went into the garage in the evening and observed water on the floor near the gas water heater. I have two gas water heaters of the same age and I had to replace one two years ago. I called Tebbe Plumbing and left a message. I received a telephone call within the hour from Gregg and I explained the problem. He asked me the age of the water heater and I explained that it was 15 years old. He said that he would not be able to get to it until the next day. However, after I spoke with him further, he said that he would have a plumber out to my house around noon that date. At 11:30 a.m. the plumber arrived and determined that it was not the water heater causing the problem. However, due to its age, I decided to replace the unit. The price included the LP gas water heater, a pull valve and a disposal fee. The plumber discovered the leak was coming from an air conditioner air handler and he stopped the leak for me.

He arrived on time & was very neat, professional, & finished in an hour. I will call Tebbe Plumbing again when I need work done.

He came and fixed the sink immediately. Started to work on the toilet and realized he needed another part. Left and came back one hour later. Toilet was fixed in less than 1 hour.

The plumber arrived on time for the appointment. He was professional, courteous and worked efficiently. We were billed for labor only.

Very prompt, called and they were at the house 30 mins later. Installed the new water heater in less than 2 hours. Hauled away old one.
