Bad, bad, bad, and bad. From start to finish. If I had had the nerve, I would have made them do it all over again. But I guess I was lucky that any of it was done. I had given them a third of the money down. Then they needed the next third to buy supplies, so they said. I just feel as though I was taken advantage of big time.
Description of Work: I had hurricane proof windows and a new screen room replaced. It was at least six months and a lot of phone calls before; they started. The workers installed one window the first day and then left. I never had the same workers twice. None of the workers knew how to caulk around the windows or around the bottom of the screen room to seal it. I don't think I was ever as disappointed in anything I have had done as I have been with this. Whenever I see the name Supreme Modeling, I grit my teeth. Never, never will I use them again.

It was a horrible experience. The order was put in in January 2007 and didn't get put in until August 8, 2007. Our order was completely messed up and we got the run around like you wouldn't believe, and after many trips back and forth, and wrong materials used, wrong windows put in, it was just a mess and we were tired of the whole thing. Glenn Robles did a walk-thru and was completely indifferent to the whole situation and the crew that did arrive said that we were lucky to get our windows, others were still waiting.
Description of Work: We ordered 5 windows, 1 door and 2 sets of sliding doors.

Not a good experience. Order was placed in November 2006 and told windows should be ready to install by the end of January 2007. We called on 2/2/07, 3/14/07, 4/10/07 and 5/24/07 to get the status of when they would be ready to install, each time we were told they were not in yet and it would be another 2-3 weeks. Finally on 6/1/07 we got a call stating that they would be here to install the following week. When they came on 6/7/07 to install they could only install 3 of the windows; the front windows were not measured correctly (by them) and had to be re-ordered. The sliding doors (replacements for french doors) had not been received yet. We also found out the front door had never been ordered. Came back during the week of 7/11/07 to install front windows, which came in as double-hung windows, not the sliders that we ordered. Nobody notified us of the change and they told us that sliders for this size window bend/bow and are difficult to slide shut. A second crew came to install the sliding doors; this 2nd crew actually did a decent job installing and mudding around the doors (which were supposed to have screen doors which had also been missed in the original order, these were installed on 8/2/07). Called owner to come to our house on 7/30/07 to see the quality of work that was done around the windows. Owner eventually came on 8/2/07 and agreed the work wasn't done around the windows and would get someone to fix and complete it; we refused to have the 1st crew return. A 3rd crew came on 8/6/07 and finished on 8/8/07. Final payment made on 8/21/07 after passing inspection. Unless you plan on watching over every aspect and detail of the job, I would not recommend this company to anyone. 9 months from start to finish.
Description of Work: Replaced 5 windows, 2 french doors and 1 front door with hurricane impact windows and doors.

The windows were 34 X 36 and it took them 5 hours to do one window. These were sub-contractors and the same workers were not sent more than once. They were supposed to start the work within 3 months, but it took them 5. When the building inspector came out he was not happy with the way the windows were installed and sealed, but there was nothing he could do about it. I am not unhappy with Supreme rather the sub-contractors they had out to do the work. The overall grade and the grade for price reflects Supreme Remodeling and the grading in the other categories is for the sub-contractors.
Description of Work: They installed new hurricane windows and did some screen repair in a Florida room.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND EFFICIENT IN THEIR WORK. THEY HAD TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE WORK SO THAT THE INSPECTOR, WHO COULDN'T COME FOR AWHILE, COULD MAKE SURE THAT THE WINDOWS WERE UP TO CODE. THEY WERE VERY CONSCIENTIOUS OF DOING THIS.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY PUT IN HURRICANE GLASS IN OUR WINDOWS.
