SUPER DRY CARPET CLEANING

Description of Work: Called Super Dry Carpet and Tile ( 954-512-8103) to clean my carpets. They were prompt in responding. They have a beautiful website that says they are located in Plantation, but later I saw that it shows a Hollywood FL residential location . They came and did an okay job on my bedroom carpets which had been cleaned 3 months prior by a different company. They sold me on having my area rugs cleaned, which needed to be done, and mentioned they also clean tile for which I scheduled an appointment. The gentleman gave me an estimate of $180.00 to clean the bathroom and hallway tiles. I paid by check to Alex Beck for $340.00. I paid 50%($90.00) up front and the balance upon completion. That final check I made out to Super Dry for $90.00 ...AND FOUND OUT AFTER IT CLEARED MY BANK that it appears to be endorsed by signature Tal Zamir TAREK CORPORATION DBA OMAR SUPERMARKET. Two men showed up on the day and time scheduled. They had a strong solution in a tank with water and a wire-like broom. They scrubbed and I stayed in an adjoining room. When they were finished the floor was wet ( when I scheduled the appt. I was told the tile would be dry and beautiful upon completion). They told me that it had to dry with this chemical on it and that in the morning I had to mop it with hot water. I was not pleased to hear that, and I had no choice but to mop it the next morning.However, shortly after they left, and when I could walk on the tile I went into the bathroom to see the results. I was not pleased at all with the bathroom even after moping it in the morning. But worse, within an hour or so after they left I began to see the damage they had caused. The baseboards began to warp and my kitchen sink was stained.

Description of Work: THEY CLEANED THREE BEDROOMS AS WELL AS THE LIVING AND DINING ROOMS.
