+ -1 moreCalled to have refrigerator repaired as it was not working properly. Company representative came out looked at the refrigerator and said it would be $1750.00 to repair. Ask what was wrong and he replied not working properly and need to replace coil and other things. I asked for a breakdown of cost of parts and labor and he said he can only tell me the total cost. So I asked him to call his office to get the information and he said his office said they will not do that. So I called the office myself and the manager said I do not need to know the breakdown and the price is what it is. I then asked again for the breakdown and he replied, look we are big league here and big league appliance companies do not do that and you do not know what you are doing and do not need to know the breakdown. I decline to proceed with this very unprofessional company.
