Streakless Shine Window Cleaning

The results were outstanding. He wasted no time and did the job well. I was more than pleased with the outcome. As I stated before he cleaned the old fashion way. No high powered pressure cleaning of the surfaces. I will definitively use him in three months when the glass is dirty again. The cost was great as well.

Carlos did an excellent job, was flexible with his work time and was willing to do a few extras like my glass cabinet doors that I didn't know I needed cleaned until the sun hit them just right. I will not hesitate to call him again in the future.

The service was fine but before he started, he walked around the house and then he said there would be an additional charge of $50 because I had some windows that would need a ladder. He did a good job. I paid for a two story house, however, I have a one story house and I thought by paying for a two story, that would cover any ladder question that might come up. I have seven regular sized windows with screens, I have three sliding glass doors (one with three panels and two with two panels), above those are windows that are the length of the doors (about 2ft high). I also have a front door with a panel above that. There is also one additional panel over one of the windows in my dining room. There is a total of 16.

They were courteous, thorough, professional, prompt and did an excellent job.

It went very well! I purchased a DEAL and had to delay using it for many months and they were patient and honored it months later. They were prompt, very professional and on time. I did have one slightly dirty window, that I noticed afterward and a couple of drips on a couple of palladium window, but that could be normal? I was still very pleased with the price and this young man's attitude and effort. I am sure, had I noticed those couple of imperfections prior to his leaving, he would have been more than willing to fix, so perfection still remains only with the gods! LOL

Wonderful I was so impressed with the work and the kindness of the owner Carlos we set up an every 6 month service call. It had been raining all week and he kept in touch to make sure he would come on a day that was clear. He was there and done in less than 2 hours. Took his time to make sure everything was just so.

Very nice but charged extra $40 becuae I had high windows. He was on time and showed up after making the appointment.

CARLOS WAS VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THE WINDOWS WERE DONE PERFECTLY. HE WAS VERY CAREFUL OF THE FLOORING INSIDE WHEN CLEANING ALSO. I HAVE USED OTHER SERVICES IN THE PAST AND THERE WERE ALWAYS STREAKS AND MISSED SPOTS. THIS IS THE ONLY SERVICE I WILL USE IN THE FUTURE.

We just had new windows and doors installed and the installers were not able to clean the windows without streaking but Carlos did a great job and they look better than new, at least until the next thunderstorm. He was a great person to deal with put everything back if he had to move it and was conscientious about taking his shoes off in the house especially since I have white carpets, no mess at all. Thank you Carlos I will recommend you to my neighbors for sure.

Carlos did a great job. He was MUCH better than the last company I hired. He responded promptly to my call and was able to schedule the appointment to meet my time frame. He was on time, called the day before to confirm and called when he was on his way. He was very careful about getting debris into the pool, so that there was very little. It's impossible not to get some debris in because of the way the deck is, but I was very please about how little there was. He was very careful with the power washing, taking care to protect fragile plants. The windows look great, and he was careful to point out any problems that might arise. There was one area where the weather stripping needs to be replaced, which he showed me. He was courteous, diligent, and professional. I can easily recommend him.

Carlos is EXCELLANT!!! showed up on time, did an awesome job on windows, went above and beyond by cleaning all tracks and screens and then cleaned my hurricane shutters for a very reasonable price. I will use this service on a regular basis and would highly reccomend him for CLEAN,CLEAN windows!

Carlos is my HERO !!! He called immediately to set up an appointment and discuss exactly what I needed done. We set a date and he showed up right on time. We have 2 huge sets of 4 panel sliding glass doors that go out onto our lanai - with a long narrow window above each set - and he took great care to make sure they were all absolutely spotless !! Then he proceeded to work his way around the side of our townhouse (we have an end unit with high ceilings and quite a few unusual windows) but he painstakingly and meticulously cleaned each and every one (getting into all of the little nooks & crannies) including our very large glass front door and 2 matching glass side panels ! Carlos is the best - extremely professional and HONEST- I'd totally forgotten I had purchased his special on-line offer and inadvertently went out with my check book in hand to pay him - until he reminded me I'd already paid with PayPal thru Angie's List - jeez - needless to say, I don't make Alzheimer jokes any longer either ! I will definitely be using Carlos for any window cleaning I need done in the future - and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a hassle free window cleaning experience :-)

The work was executed promptly was well done. My only issue is an additional charge of 70 dollars above initial contract of 79 dollars. Provider claims that the offer was limited to 20 windows and wanted an extra 70 dollars for 10 fixed panes above my windows. We settled for 55 dollars. I want to verify that the offer was limited to 20 windows.

He showed up on time and was very courteous. He did a great job on my windows and I would definitely use this service again!
