When Carlos got finished with the inside and outside of all windows, they were cleaner than the day I moved in when they were all brand new. Carlos is meticulous in his approach, not rushing a thing. He did so good, he'd take the windows out if need be upstairs and clean them to perfection. Some people I've seen are just happy to come and get out of your house as fast as possible thinking they did a credible job, Carlos does things so well, you can eat off the darn things when he's done. Not only does he do the glass, but every nook and cranny around it. You can't go wrong here, as he is exceptional.

Carlos did an exceptional job, bringing my windows back to a beautiful shine. He returned my initial call promptly, set up an appointment, called to say he was on his way, and arrived on time. He is polite, professional, worked extremely hard and charged a fair price. He was neat, clean and removed his shoes when working inside my home. He was able to get most of the hard water deposits off the worst window, using a special mineral dissolving cleaner and a razor blade! (Lesson learned: I should not have waited so long to have the windows cleaned!). I am pleased to give him my highest recommendation and will definitely call on him again next year.

All tasks were done efficiently and with great care. The concrete wall was especially nasty and it was cleaned with ease and looks fantastic. The windows are beautiful. I am very pleased.

Carlos was excellent. Hurricane window can be difficult to clean for various reasons. I know because I have cleaned my windows in the past. Some of the windows are almost impossible to clean but that didn't stop Carlos. He was very diligent and made sure that each window got the same cleaning. I am very happy with his work and I have recommended him to other shareholders in the building. I would definitely have Carlos back again to clean the windows.

They did a very good job. I tried to get them this year but they were completely booked. They were very thorough. For price, I paid less.

I hadn't seen the fine print where the offer did not include French windows, so there was an added cost to that, plus the fact that I knew I had more windows than the offer would cover, but that was ok. The extra cost was a bit higher than I expected, but the work was exceptional and very professional.

We have a 3/2 house that was built in 1997. When we bought the house last year, the house wasn't maintained well and it's been a lot of work for us to get it cleaned up. We've had trouble getting the windows cleaned and looking good. Carlos made the glass looked beautiful! I also added on the service to have the tracks of our sliding glass doors cleaned (they were disgusting) and they look brand new. He was easy to get in touch with, showed up on time for both the estimate and the scheduled job and was really pleasant. It's so tough to find good people to work with but Carlos was truly one of them. I would definitely use him again.
