The floors were basically matte when we purchased the home, and now they're bright, polished and shine as if they were newly installed. Franco did an amazing job in such little time! I called him for an estimate and he was at our home in hours. Once we agreed upon a price, he was there the next morning and had our floors polished in a day. I bought a house whose travertine floor was very damaged: full of small holes & indentations and with big nicks on the steps. Stone Floor USA made it look beautiful again! Franco & his assistants were very accommodating, professional, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

The floor came out great. Fernando explained the process very well. He also explained what the final product may look like depending on the condition of the old floor. In the end I got a smooth glossy floor.

Franco was great! He came out to our property at the exact time that he said he would. He provided an estimate and explained to us the entire process. He was also entirely correct on his time frame, he said it would be 2-3 days work and he completed everything in 3 days. After the three days all I can say is I am completely in love with my polished concrete floors!! Franco and his assistant Alavaro were awesome and I can't wait for to hire them to do my back patio area. From here forward I will always recommend Franco for these jobs.

They never showed for the appointment made. No one even tried to contact me. I called them and was told they forgot about my appointment. It was highly unprofessional and a waste of my day. I want a full refund immediately.

Good. Didn't understand need for 2 workers, he was more than adequate. Woman came in and just stood there. He was extremely knowledgeable and careful. Plan to use again when/if floors get done.

Overall the service went great. The main sunroom floor was very worn after raising kids and dogs and it being the only exit out to the backyard & pool area. We had the flooring installed over 12 years ago and it showed - very worn, dull floors. I received a email special from Angies list for the cleaning and polishing of floor & the vendor had good reviews so I purchased the special, knowing it would only cover a small piece of the job. They came out right away to inspect and provide a full estimate & I accepted it and set a date to complete. Showed up on time, were very professional and got the floors as good as they can get. Best thing is that they use one of the best sealants in the market and you could pour any liquid on top and nothing penetrates the sealant and impacts the floor. Wish I did this 10 years ago! Highly recommend.

The upshot: I hired Franco and Stone Floor USA Corp to polish the marble floors in a condo I purchased in mid July 2016, based on reviews I read on Angie's list. I was extremely pleased with his service and highly recommend him. I would definitely hire him again. The details: I bought a 1250sqft, 2bed/2bath condo in mid-July 2016. I had scheduled a grout repairman to repair the floors in the kitchen and master bath (also the shower), but upon arrival that repairman said the stone needed to be polished and he couldn't do that himself. There were numerous stains, and the marble needed resealing.This left me in a bit of a hard spot, because I had less than a week to get this done before the movers arrived and didn't have anyone to do it. It was a Saturday and I went on Angie's list and called a few places. I left messages with two of the contractors stating that I needed a very quick turnaround and would they please call me back right away; neither of them called me back until Monday or mid-week when it was far to late. In contrast, Franco picked up the phone immediately and was able to come to give me an in-person quote later that day. Even though his English is not that good we were able to communicate just fine. He quoted me $800 and was able to fit me in the following Tuesday, which means he overlapped with the painters but the work would be done before I had to move in. He did not ask for any money up front, I assume because the work only took one day. Franco was quite responsive over text message and arrived promptly at 9am on the appointed day. His assistant arrived a bit later. Franco was courteous, professional, and took his time. When he was done the floors looked absolutely amazing: they had a mirror shine and the grout was good as new (he replaced the grout in most of the areas). The shower, which looked bleak before, was incredible. He even went an extra step and caulked up a few exposed places where the shower doors met the stone. I highly recommend his work!
