Owner involvement from initial consultation through to supervising on site project. Everything clearly spelled out in the contract which contained no weasel clauses fine printed on the back. Came in on time and on budget. I got five estimates and Stevenson was competitively priced; had solutions, not excuses, for my concerns; offered a far superior completion date without skimping on the quality of their work (which was also independently examined in addition to mandated city inspections) and kept site tidy at end of each day's work. Conscientious and professional.

I selected a wide range of roofing companies to interview to perform my reroofing. After meeting with the companies that showed up (shame on those who were no-shows) I selected Stevenson Roofing. John Stevenson arrived on time, was professional and friendly. Not only did he answered all my questions but explained the why’s and how’s of the process unique to my project. Basically put, this was a no brainer… I felt very comfortable with my decision and as it turns out it was the right decision. When the contract was signed John gave me an estimated timeline of events from removing the asphalt shingles, repairing any damaged wood, installing new tiles, inspections, etc. right through to completion which would be about 2 weeks. Other companies I interviewed estimated, for the same work, 4 to 6 weeks. His timeline was reasonably accurate even with all the rainy days that impacted the job... he finished 2 and frac12; weeks. His employees, who think very highly of John, are professional and took extraordinary care as not to damage any of the property. They cleaned up during the project and after completion. I could not have asked for anymore. One important point I want to make is that John does NOT sub out any of the work…everything is done by his employees…that is why, I believe, results in the high quality of work. I just wish all contractors/owners were as professional, ethical, helpful and easy to work with as John Stevenson. If you want your roof done right, at a good price, without headaches and stress I highly recommend Stevenson Roofing.

After receiving many quotes from local roofing companies both big and small, what sold me on Stevenson Roofing was the confidence John the owner expressed on the phone when he reviewed the estimate with me. As a first time homeowner I was warned by many people to choose the roofing company wisely, and to get ready for a long battle to finally see my completed roof. After giving my initial deposit he proceeded to get my permit and it was ready within the week, the following Monday him and his crew arrived at my house 8 Am sharp and began the job. The crew was polite, kept my property clean, and worked diligently. By the end of the week my roof was ready to receive the tile my wife and I chose. The following Monday I was woken up by the company delivering the tile for the roof, and by 8:00 Am John's crew arrived to place the tile on my roof. He called me and told me that Wednesday they would start the tile install and by Friday he would be done. There were absolutely no delays and John's end and he proved that he is a man of his word. When the city inspector came to sign off on the job he told me and quot;your roof is nice and tightand quot; . I'm happy my wife and I chose Stevenson Roofing Co. And would recommend him with no problem. He is the best and knows what he is doing. A true professional!

He is a man of his word. He does things on time and his workers clean up after themselves. My yard was spotless after. He passes inspections fast and everything is perfect. I have referred him to many of my clients and they are all satisfied.

The experience with Stevenson Roofing Co was excellent. It could not have been better. I think his service standards are such that others should be judged by them. He under-promises and over-delivers. His pricing is very good and he cares about his industry, his product and his services. He is always there. His timeliness and punctuality were spot on. The time estimate compared to time completed he was superb. He has other jobs in the area, and this is his market.

Stevenson's work is very well known and respected in Plantation and the company came highly recommended by a local developer who trusts his work as well. The job from beginning to end was a breeze with no issues at all and no complaints. Our roof was completed quickly and properly while our neighbor across the street was still waiting on his roof in shambles to be completed by a different roofing company Latite for over a month, and then Latite was back again for repairs shortly after when the rains came. Boy were we thrilled we chose Stevenson. He is local and has a reputation to uphold in this fine city, trust his work, you wont be sorry.

He was extremely professional, always on time, and very helpful with the product selections. He also made a custom color recommendation to us, that was not on display at the warehouse when we visited. The quality of the work and job clean-up was outstanding. Overall, we were just extremely pleased.

Estimate and tile choices were good. Explained the time line for ordering and starting the job. The crew was particularly neat during the tear off the old roof stage. We have a lot of landscaping that was not damaged at all. There were no breaks in the process other than waiting for the roof inspection. We have recommended them to all our friends and would definitely hire them again. Hopefully my roof will last longer than the 15 years that my last tile roof did- installed by a different company.

They are currently doing my roof. Mr. Stevenson himself came out to do the quote. He answered all my questions. He guided me towards places on the net where I could do research regarding some questions that I had. His quote was very reasonable. The work is going excellently.

He came out right away. I had a small problem on the roof that wasn’t his fault but he came out and fixed it with out charge. He only works in Plantation.

Went exceptionally well. this particular company has probably replaced half of the roofs in my development over the past 3 years. Their price was very competitive when we had the work performed and they install the roof increadibly fast. rooof was torn down, debres removed and underlayment installed in one day. within ten days, the roof was complete. three years later and still no leaks.

I THINK THAT THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND READY FOR WORK. THEY NEVER LEAVE ANY MESSES FOR US TO CLEAN UP. THEY COULD GO A LITTLE LOWER ON THEIR PRICES.

THEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE TO REPLACE THE OLD ROOF. THEY TORE OFF THE OLD ROOF AND PUT ON A NEW ONE. THIS COMPANY DID A REALLY NICE JOB AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR OTHER JOBS IN THE FUTURE.

THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK. THE MEN WORKING WERE CONTRACTORS. THERE WAS A LANGUAGE BARRIER, BUT THEY DID SUCH GOOD WORK. IT WITHSTOOD A HURRICANE. THE OWNER HAS BECOME A PERSONAL FRIEND OF OURS.
