 + -1 moreJustin Davis got us 70,000.00 dollars from our insurance agency. In my opinion the insurance company's adjuster did everything he could to deny us payment. We received the 70,000.00 dollars because of the professionalism, knowledge, and work ethic of Mr. Davis. Thank you, Mr. Davis.

 + -1 moresteadfast guided us through the claim process and worked with us to ensure that all the damage was identified. It can be difficult and a bit intimitading dealing with the insurance companies and their adjusters. steadfast was with us every step of the way. They also pointed out damage that we had not seen - the water had seeped under our hardwood floors on the second floor and Justin realized it and worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure that this was included in the claim. This could have cost us $10,000 but thanks to Jonathan we were paid. Awesome service ang great people!
Description of Work: We used Steadfast when we had a leak in our cieling due to a poorly install pipe from our ac unit. steadfast acted as our adjuster on our homeowners insurance claim.

 + -1 moreIt was one of the best decisions I've made. It is very stressful when dealing with any kind of damage to your home. Using Justin as my ADJUSTOR took all of that out of the process. He coordinated all of the contractors, he instructed me on the necessary steps and precautions to keeping my family and my home safe during the process, making the experience virtually painless! He was able to get everything covered that was in need of repair to make the repair work look seamless in my home! I would and have highly recommended him to friends, and a few contractors I know, as he has had many years of experience in this industry and is familiar with all the ins and outs of the insurance contracts and paperwork! He was a pleasure to work with!??????????
Description of Work: He guided us through all of processes with each contractor, and then through the insurance claim process; beginning to end! He coordinated all Of the parties involved (i.e.: plumber, water restoration company, and repair to ceilings, walls, and flooring. He facilitated all photos and invoices to the insurance ADJUSTOR, and he was always professional, pleasant, and on schedule! I have since referred him to neighbors, many friends, and family!
