 + -1 moreHe does a great job, is quick, very professional, and it significantly cooled off the interior of the house in addition to preserving the flat roofs. Well worth the money.
Description of Work: Applied weather proof siliconizer to the two flat roofs, and repaired some shingles.

 + 0 moreExcellent work and outcome. roof needed to be cleaned and sealed. Albert was responsive and easy to work with and the whole process from the estimate to completion was great. The estimate was reasonable and comprehensive. He also came back to complete some minor details so the roof looked pristine.
Description of Work: Bahama/Bermuda roof was powerwashed, repairs made and then sealed.
