SPEEDY PROFESSIONAL CLEANING

She does an excellent job and is very trusting. We have two dogs and she is very good with them. She shows up on time and works very hard to make the house spotless.

Initially I was told it would take 3.5 to 4 hours to clean the house. As time progressed, less time was spent cleaning, as was evident by the jobs not being addressed. It became necessary to repeatedly request that certain basic jobs be completed. Eventually I noticed areas of tile floor were obviously not cleaned at all. For example, when I cleaned the house myself, I found loads of dust on the laminate floor under the bed. While she was a pleasant and honest worker, after awhile it became obvious that she only wanted to clean the house when no one was home, as she avoided even the possibility of seeing me. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, and the house was being speed cleaned, rather than maintained as one would expect with a weekly cleaning service. While each job does not need to be completed weekly, it is expected that they be done on a routine basis- particularly with weekly rather than biweekly cleaning.

They really blew me away with the quality of the work they did. Everyone we have had over has commented on how nice our home looks. They are truly worth every penny. They kitchen and bathrooms always look spotless and the carpets look good too.
